One of the cleanest, most comfortable hotels I have ever stayed in. In 33 years of traveling on a weekly basis I have stayed in some great places and some real dumps. It is truly a no smoking hotel, clean, even the grout in the restroom on the main floor was spotless. Friendly staff, and convenient to the highway.

This hotel is right off the interstate basically in the parking lot for the mall. The location seemed nice enough. Our room was clean and comfy, and the shower was giant and very very nice, although there was no bath. The hot tub and pool were both well maintained. All in all a great value for us.

Up-to-date and attractive. Had the ambiance you come to expect from Marriott

The hotel was fabulous. Rooms were beautiful and the beds are the most comfortable I've ever slept in. I wish I was there more than one night!

Was very impressed with our stay. The beds were very comfortable, the room was very clean, and the staff was very friendly.

The decor was outstanding. Deep reds and golds and patterned wall covering and lovely graphic art work. The designer gets an Aplus.

Cute Boutique look to hotel. Helpful and nice staff. Nice rooms. Felt like I could spend the whole day in the room.

We stayed here on our way to Baltimore. Very new and fresh finishes. Friendly staff. Easy access to 70. Would stay here again!

Horrible Service. The second day we were locked out of our room for more than 30 mins. We were visiting my mother who smokes. The second day we picked her up and she was smoking in my vehicle and using a bottle as an ash tray. The next morning while my wife and I were packing to check out, my mother cleaned out our vehicle and put the trash in the trash […] cans in the room. Two days later, I get charged $250 for "evidence of smoking in the room." The GM was very rude and aggressive. 더 보기

Room was excellent and new. LCD flat screen with wired or wifi internet.

The hotel is new and very nice. The room are awesome, the beds comfy and the service vey good. The only problem I had is the breakfast that is like eating at a local burger king. They can do alot better with their meals, I believe if they offered a good continental breakfast most of their customers would not miind paying especially those with children […] I we do. 더 보기

Nice hotel, with good amenities in the lobby, including a nice Starbucks with breakfast and a bar. Room was exceptionally comfortable, with a very good bed. Hagerstown isn't that big, so the location was fine, but an out lot adjoining the shopping mall in town wasn't the prettiest location I could imagine. This hotel surprised me with the overall layout and room. The room was more than comfortable; a king size bed, desk and a small sofa. Most striking was the bathroom. The walk-in shower can easily fit two people comfortably.

The hotel is brand new so everything is clean and in great working order. The address is so new it doesn't show up on GPS and the people at the front desk can't tell you how to get there but if you make it to Valley Mall they share the parking lot. It's a nice facility.

This is a brand new hotel. Great service, bistro food awesome. comfy bed and flat screen tv..... located with mall access. No complaints!
