Great hotel;, nice and clean and modern, the staff were very helpful, very close to the station although we could not hear a thing. Shot cut to the city centre through the station and easy to find. On the down side the breakfast at 18 Euro per person was a bit pricey although there are plent of eating establishments in the town.

Swanky hotel but technology doesn't work (curtains wouldn't close electronically, TV and remote didn't work), and staff service in Brasserie non-existent. Great beds though.

Modern and new this is a nice hotel with large rooms and close proximity to the city of Lille.

5 stars my foot. Hotel is empty. On a road conveniently 5 mins from the eurostar- town is accessible via the unpleasant skid row- avenue Willy Brandt. The promised gym is not open until September- deduct 1 star (refund?). The hotel wide wi-fi doesn't work on IPAD- it works on a laptop, but keeps disconnecting and is v slow- nothing like a 5 star hotel […] should be. Breakfast is served beside the entrance to the casino- so you can enjoy watching the compulsive gamblers queueing up whilst they wait for it to open. One of the reception staff was helpful and english fluent- the others were nice- but not quite up to the mark yet. Not recommended 더 보기

After many train trips throughout Europe within the week, what a pleasure to find the modernity and comfort of Lucien Barriere , so close to the Station of Lille Europe. The shape of the hotel is distinctive, you cant miss it as you leave the station. The smorgasbord was delicious, the room brand new and beautifully appointed. The staff were welcoming […] and could not do enough to help you. There was a bit of congestion for the check out the next morning, so do allow a bit of time for this if you are travelling for business. Merci ! 더 보기

Great hotel if you need to be close to the congress center, two train stations, Eura Lille shopping center and that area. As others have indicated, this hotel is new, in great condition, with super-friendly staff who speak decent English and make every effort to help. The room is made twice a day - during the day and one more time for the night (close […] curtains, etc.). The buffet breakfast is actually very decent but does set one back 16 euros. The only possible drawback is the temperature in the room - very warm at the lowest setting on the thermostat. I would go back in a heartbeat. 더 보기

Extremely well located for Lille Europe station. I was on a visit with work colleagues - the staff are friendly, the hotel is modern, clean and well presented. The only slight problem I had was my room was warmer than I would have liked even after turning the AC down and that the brasserie should have a better buffet menu! Will definitely stay here […] again and hope the food is improved - or would go out. I was offered complimentary room service breakfast too - there was some confusion on the room service for other members of my party and the hotel did not charge us for it - customer service as it should be. 더 보기

Chambres impeccables confortables mais l'environnement n'a pas beaucoup d'intérêt.

Hôtel très luxueux, chambre très propre et bien équipée. Personnel sympathique mais prise en charge un peu longue à la réception. Nous avons eu droit à un coupon pour une coupe de champagne gratuite au casino.

Agréable, proche de la gare, en plein coeur du quartier des affaires de Lille. Chambre propre, qualité de service raisonnable pour un 5* - même si il pourrait toujours mieux faire - A faire

Malgré la proximité du Casino et l'environnement plutôt banal et éloigné du centre-ville, les chambres et le service de l'hôtel sont irréprochables. Les chambres sont superbes, modernes, accueillantes. La technologie, de pointe. Le thé, sublime. La salle de bain, esthétique et fonctionnelle. Une vrai pause... Aje vous le recommande.

grace à une importante promotion, nous avons pu séjourner dans cet hotel. Celà dit, les prix des consommations du mini bar dans la chambre sont ultra excessifs ainsi que le prix du petit dejeuner. les + : Ultra silencieu - clean - les - : marche de 15 min pour ce rendre ds le centre à pied

Hotel de très bon confort, propre qui mérite ses 5*. Le mois dernier nous avons déjà séjourné dans cet hotel et nous avions dans la chambre une bouteille d'eau minérale et une autre gazeuse offertes. Cette fois ci il n'y avait aucune bouteille offerte. Les bouteilles se trouvaient dans le mini bar et étaient payantes (information donnée par les hôtesses […] de l' accueil. Cet hôtel récent dispose de grandes chambres très confortables parfaitement isolées, dotées d'un équipement complet et de belle qualité. Le personnel est très attentionné.

J'ai choisi cet hôtel pour des raisons de proximité de la gare et du zénith Arena mais aussi pour osn espace SPA. Mais en arrivant on nous a dit qu'il n'était pas encore ouvert et ce n'est pas indiqué sur la fiche de l'hôtel... donc NE CHOISISSEZ PAS CET HOTEL SI VOUS Y ALLEZ POUR LE SPA ! Tout le reste est très bien

Tres bel établissement, tres belle chambre spacieuse, et personnel tres aimable. Un remarque toutefois concernant la tenue vestimentaire du personnel. Au vu du standing de l'hotel il serait bon d'avoir une tenue irreprochable. Le chemisier de la receptionniste n'était parfaitement repassé, et le jeune homme qui a pris en charge nos bagages manquait […] de "tenu". (Col de chemise trop grand, pantalon proche du jean noir, et chaussures plus que quelconque...) Rien de grave, mais au même titre que la décoration florale, l'hotel devrait envisager un dress code, voir fournir un costume à son personnel. 더 보기

Design, confortable, excellent service

Had been open for just two weeks when I booked for attending a trade fair. Located perfectly near the conference center and with a 5 min walk to train station, both of them. Everything was perfect!
