휴양지로는 딱인 위치에 자리하고 있어요. 그치민 쇼핑과 시내는 택시를 이용해 나가야 하기때문에 나갈때마다 경비가 좀 들어요. 호텔 자체에서 셔틀버스를 이용하면 경비를 많이 절감할 수는 있어요. 하지만 하루 건너 푸켓타운과 센트럴을 간다는 불편함이 있으니 계획짤 때 확인하세요. 그 외에 호텔의 전망은 그야말로 너무 아름다웠어요. 픽업서비스 또한 잘돼있구요. 단 로비로 전화할 때 돈을 내지만 적은 돈이라 괜찮았어요. 다른 분들도 즐거운 여행됐으면 하네요.

It was great to be relaxed. The breakfast was perfect and the room was quiet cozy. I liked all of things in the hotel. Felt very private. The only thing that I didn't like was there was nothing outside of the resort and I should take a shuttle bus to go downtown and the hotel charged some money( not cheap) per person.

훌륭한 조식과 적당한 크기의 룸, 룸 컨디션도 좋은 편이었고, 3개의 수영장도 편리하게 이용할 수 있었습니다. 비치에서는 무료로 카누 등을 이용할 수 있어 좋았습니다. 다만 엑스트라 베드를 미리 예약시부터 추가요금을 지불하고 예약하였는데 준비가 되어 있지 않았다던지, 트윈베드를 예약했는데 킹이 준비되어 있다던지..하는 실수가 있었고.. 대체로 직원들은 친절했으나 미묘한 완고함과.. 그다지 마음을 편하게 해주는 서비스는 아니었던 것 같습니다.

저는 어머니와 함께 엘레베이션 스위트룸에서 4일 밤을 지냈습니다. 여자들만의 여행을 하고 있었어요.호텔 건물은 매우 아름다웠어요. 전망과 건물, 수영장, 설계 등등이 모두 아주 멋졌습니다. 고객 서비스도 훌륭했어요. 저는 뷔페 아침 식사에 매우 감동을 받았습니다.(객실 비에 포함) 저희들은 모든 식당과 룸서비스(객실 비에 포함 안 됨)를 시도했는데 아주 좋았습니다. 스파는 탁월했고 매우 전문적이었습니다. 이곳이 5성 호텔이기 때문에 제가 사소한 불만을 가지는 것은 당연하다고 생각됩니다. 첫째 침대가 끔찍했어요. 너무나 부드러워서 그 속에 가라앉습니다. 베개도 역시 나빴어요. 너무 크고 단단해서 편안한 느낌이 전혀 안 듭니다. […] 아침마다 허리가 아팠고 편안하지가 않아서 밤에도 잠을 깼습니다. 저희들만 이렇게 느낀 것이 아니었어요. 수영장에서 다른 손님들도 침대가 너무 부드러워서 안 좋았다고 얘기를 하고 있었습니다. 다음은 호텔의 부실공사에 따는 구조상의 결함입니다. 예를 들면 욕실의 캐비닛은 닫히지 않습니다. 문이 너무 크기 때문입니다. 샤워 실의 창문의 윗부분에는 마감과 프레임사이에 반 인치의 공간이 있습니다. 전체적으로는 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 대부분의 시간을 수영장에서 아름다운 전망을 즐기면서 시간을 보냈습니다. 침대가 좋았다면 아주 멋진 시간을 보낼 수도 있었을 것 같습니다. 더 보기

This just might be an issue with myself, but the bed was a bit soft, not even close to firm so I woke each day with a sore back. Maybe to force people down to the spa, haha. Other than that, I had a small pool right outside my room, that was the best and the view of the bay.

Beautiful resort if you plan not to leave during your stay in Phuket. Hotel is on a separate island, so it is not walking distance to anything local. The resort itself was okay but to get to your room you had to take a tuk tuk as there were very steep hills and it took some strenght to walk down to the main hotel as well. The staff was friendly. The amendities in the room was very little compared to other Westin hotels and the shower room leaked so our hall floor got flooded every time we took a […] shower. Fantastic hotel, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff are very friendly and helpful, we did not have any problems. We hired a car which came in very handy as the hotel is about 15 minutes from Phuket. We ate all of our meals at the hotel, the food is amazing and there is a lot of choice.

We opted for a Superior Room with Plunge Pool and were sad to find that the plunge pool was unusable due to it being freezing cold. The bed was ridiculously soft the likes of which, I've never encountered before. We had to catch a very early flight before breakfast started and were told a breakfast basket would be sent up to us before checkout, that […] never arrived. The air conditioner woke us up several times when it cycled on/off. I don't try to find things wrong with places I stay but these few things stuck out. Other than these few things it is the most amazingly arrayed resort with everything you could need (a good thing since the surrounding neighbourhood isn't too nice after dark). Getting everywhere by golf buggy (you can't walk to reception for example) was a new thing for me and their system worked relatively well. Everything was perfect especially the staff at the Kids activity centre. Thank you Jenny and Na. Just be prepared to pay for transport out of the resort. Also as a football fan, there was no football channels in the room or anywhere in the hotel to watch EPL and I missed the Liverpool vs Man Utd game. Sigh.......

Awesome hotel. Had read a few reviews on this place before going. One guy was complaining about the cost of the food, wi-fi and basically every ammenity they have there. He is correct, they do charge for that stuff, but if you have money what does it matter...right? If you are looking for some place cheap with cheap food and free wi-fi..don't stop here, […] keep on driving. He also was complaining about the "climb" to get to his room etc..This place IS on the side of a big hill and it does have NUMEROUS stairs, but the staff is more than happy to drive you anywhere you want to go in golf carts if you are willing to wait a bit...I personally enjoyed the climb as it helped me burn off the many calories consumed at the Italian resturant on site...which had AWESOME FOOD!!! The staff was by far VERY friendly and helpful...I will miss Tootka and Mai in the Italian resturant...their funny friendly attitude realy made my stay there most enjoyable...This place is huge and well maintained, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It is however located away from the beach hot spots as it is on the east side on a murky bay. If I had to do it over again I would opt to go further north on the west side and be more secluded perhaps. Plunge pool rooms not worth it as the room pools are poorly maintained and not usable due to dirty brown water. Ended up only using the resorts main pools. Service is not as good as in other resorts, staff are quick to say "no" and dont look for other ways to help out. When we were there, there was a big conference and the hotel used 2 out of the 3 […] main restaurants to accommodate the conference and the resort guests were notable to use these restaurants during that time. Beautiful Property, but beware... Everyone lied. Prices for food and services quoted are not the 'real' prices. Basic Dinner quoted at 1000 bht was 1800 bht per person, plus 17% (which they claim did not include tip) and that's without beverage. Spa charges are very high to begin with, then they did a 'bait and switch' and charged almost double, lying […] about services that are clearly printed in their brochure (50 min Massage is not worth over $300). Rooms are nice, but not accessable. Our room was on the top of the hill, and only one of their carts could climb (the electric carts couldn't make it either), and it was an hour to an hour-and-a-half wait for a ride to the room, from the pool, restaurant or spa. In 98 degree heat in March, I didn't want to climb an entire hill every time we left the room. I felt the Staff was not honest (especially the Spa Staff), and clearly not honorable like most Thai people. Very disappointing, as I love to visit Thailand, but will stay somewhere else next time that really is 5 star... clearly, this property isn't. 더 보기

Checking out of a resort and feeling that you should have stayed a few more nights, pretty much says it all. IF your looking to stay within the resort, and you dont want buzzing action at night - this is the place. The Beach was'nt much of a beach, but then I personally am more of a pool person. 3 awesome pools with beautiful landscaping> I couldnt […] ask for anything more. Even though I used just the one. The service was brilliant. We were there for 5 nights with our one year old and I can safely say that this is a very child friendly place. The only couple of drawbacks about the place would be that there wasnt any place for the kids to run around, and theres no real beach. The water didnt look very inviting and you could hear the sound of the ocean which is something you'd probably come to expect on a beach getaway. All in all - we had a super time at the westin. So if your looking for a quite family get away - this is the hotel - we stayed at the basic room, and it was more than sufficient.
