선셋 비즈니스 호텔 (Sunset Business Hotel) - 부산

중저가의 가격으로 이런 정도의 좋은 호텔은 별로 없을 듯 합니다. 방만 잘 잡으시면 바다도 보입니다^^

가깝다. 깨끗하다. 일반 호텔보다 깨끗하다.

해운대 주요 호텔은 대부분 숙박해보았는데요. 최근 적정 가격대비 씨클라우드가 좋다고 생각해왔거든요. 이번에 발견한 선셋 비즈니스호텔. 해운대 인근 노보텔, 파라다이스호텔, 씨클라우드와 도보로 5분내 거리이면서 가격대비 최고라는 생각을 하게 되었습니다. 내년에도 이용하려구요. 호텔패스 감사합니다.

호텔도 낡고, 말만 호텔이지 여관급이네요.

가격도 저렴하고, 깨끗했습니다. 해수욕장이랑 가까워서 편했구요.. 다만.. 창가에 건물밖에 안보였다는거.. 바다가 보였음 더 좋았을텐데.. 하지만 그래도 편하게 잘 보내다 왔습니다^^

측면으로 바다가 보인다고 설명은 되어있었지만 사실 크게 기대하지 않았어요. 그런데 ~~~ 해운대 바다가 눈에 확 펼쳐지더라구요.^^ 비치까지도 무척 가깝고요. 객실도 넓고 깨끗하고 침대도 편안했습니다. 1층의 바도 오가는 사람들 구경하기 좋게 테라스석도 있고 맥주도 시원했습니다.^^ 단점을 꼽자면 맞은편의 씨클라우드 호텔 객실이 너무 가까워서 불편했습니다. 그리고 저희는 조식으로 아메리칸스타일을 먹었는데 가격에 비해 식사가 좀 부실했어요 ㅠ.ㅠ

해운대 해변과 아주 가까운 곳에 깨끗하고 적절한 가격의 호텔입니다. 주변에 편의점, 음식점도 가깝고 정면으로 해변을 마주하고 있지는 않지만 창문 너머로 45도 각도로 해변은 보입니다. 화장실과 화장실 앞 세면대가 하나 더 있다는 점, 그리고 작은 냉장고지만 아주 냉동/냉장이 빵빵하다는 점... 그리고 무엇보다 해변이 너무 가깝다는거... 산책하고 싶을때 언제든 나가서 해변을 거닐수 있어서 좋았습니다. 워낙 해안 산책로가 잘 되어 있어 횟집 센터까지도 산책삼아 걸어서 다녀왔구요. 지하 주차장이 oneway라는 것과 옆 건물이 공사중이었던 것 빼고는 모두 만족스러웠습니다.

일단 처음에 전화 확인을 했을때.. 예약이 안돼었다고 해서..; 완젼 놀랬어요 근데 다시 전화 해서는 죄송하다고 백번 사과하심 ㅡㅡ 무튼 체크인 후 딱 호텔에 들어가니 깔끔했습니다. 그리고 아침조식 너무 좋아염 조식도 저렴하구 ㅋㅋ 또 갈꺼예욤

The rooms are spacious although sparse. They are clean and have basic amenities. Any problems we encountered, related to the air conditioner was immediately seen to and rectified. Although hotel downstairs doesn't look like a hotel but the rooms and lobby are at higher floor and it is totally different. Staff try their best to explain in English and they very helpful . The room is big and very comfortable.

Hotel location is very convenient, only 3 minutes walk from the bus stop to Gimhae airport. The manager in duty was ready to welcome us and was very helpful. He offered the room upgrade from standard double to the deluxe twin since we traveled with our baby and after checking the room, we ended up being upgraded to the suite corner with a beach view! […] My second bookings with hotels.com and got my second room upgrade! I stayed there before and I like it. I think the restaurant there can have a better stmosphere. Put some nice curtains up and make it more inviting. The breakfast there was very good. My room was very good and I enjoyed my stay there. Get some maps in English for foreign travelers. Everything is in Korean. Many foreighners like to stay at a business […] hotel. My room was clean and hotel service was good, but I was surprised by what you DONT get in the room: no desk, no luggage stand, no safe. It was also the strangest bathtub/shower I have used. But for the price, in this excellent location, it is a value.

Great location near beach. Breakfast not included and not worth 10,000KRW so only other nearby option is Dunkin Doughnuts across the street. But staff is very friendly and usually, someone there can speak good English. All in all, very nice place for the price.

Similar to like Comfort Inn in the US. Not where i would stay for a vacation but just fine for business trips.

There is someone here said that this hotel is better than Sea Cloud(C-Cloud? which locates at right next to this hotel) and I paid for this hotel. When I got my room, I was really pissed off. You can't compare those two hotels. Sea Cloud have much better rooms and it's only USD 20.00 more per day.

Beach in a very safe area. Hotel reception is on the 9 th floor of a building and the corridor leading to the elevators does look a bit unappealing but once you are upon the 9th floor, rooms are nice and clean.

When we first entered our room, we were very impressed with the modern and clean appearance of the Sunset Business Hotel's rooms. That feeling disappeared over the next few days as we realized there were major problems with the room. First, despite being quite large, there were no dresser or shelves to speak of in the room making our 3-night stay difficult. […] For a businessman who takes a change of underwear and a pair of socks and "lives" out of his suitcase this may be reasonable, but very impractical for a couple traveling with several weeks worth of clothing. Also, the A/C went berserk our first night changing from 22 degrees C to 30 and shutting off completely an hour later! I thought the neighboring tenant's remote control must have controlled our unit's A/C, but the front desk said it was just an anomaly. I simply don't believe that. I suspect the management decided to turn off the A/C after midnight to save money and chose not to tell me the truth. Finally, the shower was poorly designed. Most of the water that bounced off me onto the wall would drain onto the floor as it was built to flow that way. Very messy! We had to use a towel to block the water from draining onto the floor after discovering the problem. It would have cost us at least half a day to cancel and move to another hotel, otherwise we would have done so. 더 보기

This hotel is located on the 9th to 15th floor of a high rise building half a block away from beautiful Haeundae beach, and a quick two block walk away from the subway station, so the location is excellent. Just be aware that this is the far east end of the city, on the opposite side of the airport, and it takes a while to get there from the center […] or the airport. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped with a giant wall-mounted LCD screen TV. There were some cosmetic issues due to age like peeling wallpaper, but nothing major. There are some night clubs and a 24 hour Thai massage parlor on the lower floors. On the 14th floor I did notice some noise from the night clubs, but it wasn't loud enough to keep me awake at night, and I'm usually a light sleeper, so it's not a big deal. It might be an issue on the lower floors though. They only have Wi-Fi on certain floors (free wired Internet access on others), so be sure to ask at check-in. 더 보기

Sunset Business in Busan was surrounded by good shopping and eateries. The subway is within walking distance. The beach, aquarium, casino, etc. is accross the street. The Hotel employees were very helfpful. Even though our room looked newly refurbished there seem to be a moldy oder in the bathroom. Our room was small but the lanai and the mountain to […] ocean view made up for it. One big drawback is that the airport shuttle could not drop us off in front of the hotel. So with our luggage and carry-ons we had to cross two crosswalks to get to Sunset. We paid for a 3 star hotel and that is exactly what we got. 더 보기

from the outside looks pretty tame as the hotel only starts on floors 9 and up, but the rooms were actually pretty nice. and the location was just blocks from the Haeundae station. My boyfriend and I stayed 2 days during Chuseok- an extremely busy time to be traveling in Korea. This place was not as expensive as the majority of hotels in the area and had the best location. We had a view of the beach from our room and the room was modern and nicely decorated. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was clean and comfortable and three minutes' walk to the beach. The staff were friendly, and the two restaurants beneath the hotel were delicious as well!

Good hotel. Located in a tourist location so very noisy at nights. Had to pay for use of toothbrushes and tooth paste etc whcih were provided free of cost in all the hotels I ever stayed in Asian countries. Good place for youngsters who enjoy night life may not be as great for the people who want to catch-up with rest after a day of walking and visitng […] places. Nice place, close to the beach and night life. Rooms are very comfortable but bathrooms could use shower curtains. Hotel begins on the 9th floor and has roof access for views.

The facilities in the room are very modern. Very spacious and clean. However, in the room that I am in, there is a pillar that takes up space which are wasted. Beds are comfortable. Great location to the beach, subway system, train station, and restaurants.

They upgraded our room to a two room suite for free! We had a view of the beach. Rooms were clean and modern. Free WIFI - rare in South Korea!

The hotel is located in the top floors of building above many other businesses. Strange concept for an American but not so out of the ordinary for the area. Don't let the set-up fool you. The hotel is very nice and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is literally half a block from the beach, so if you was surf and sand, this is a good locale. The lovely city of Busan is a great place to visit and the Sunset Business Hotel was excellent value. The room was bueatifully designed: large with nice furniture and fittings plus a view to the Ocean. This hotel is the nicest hotel I have stayed in in many trips despite it being so cheap. The hotel doesn't have all the service trimmings such as a concierge […] or someone to help you out of your taxi but these are largely unnecessary anyway. The hotel location was excellent with nice view of street and beach and great places and restaurants nearby. Personnel was very friendly and the room was awesome. Will definitely stay here if we´re back to Busan.

One of the best hotels I ever stayed in South Korea! I have stayed at alot of hotels for work in South Korea and the Sunset Business Hotel ranks up there by far! The hotel rooms are very modern great TVs and very clean! I stayed there on Jan. 6 before I returned to the U.S. The check in took less then 4 mins which I couldnt beleive and they upgraded […] my room from a corner suit to a full suit which was awesome with a wrap around balcony that looked over the whole beach! The front desk people speak very good english and are more then willing to give you any advice to what need you may have! Great location food bars night life and train station right down the road! All in all this hotel is great I have stayed 5 times and will be staying there again im sure!!! If there was one thing they could dobetter it would be to get wireless internet! It is not a 5 star hotel, but it is as close as 5 star with the price of 4star. Professional staffs and great location. Will recommend it to my friends.

ゴールデンウィークに5泊しました。デラックスツインは広々としていて、のんびり過ごせました。駅やヘウンデ市場に近く、下にはコンビニ、ビーチもすぐ近くとロケーションは抜群に良かったです。ただ、シャワーを浴びていると毎回急に熱くなったりすることがあり、困りました。また、私は非常に寒がりなためブランケットをもう一枚頼んだら、なんと追加料金が掛かると言われました。ブランケットで追加料金を請求されたのは初めてで、びっくりしました。毛布とシャワーの件以外は問題なく、満足です。

由於太夜check in, 只有city view的房間， 一入房間，朋友們都很滿意，房間大又乾淨時尚，只是不懂韓文，不懂怎樣操作冷暖氣，入睡時只提供暖氣，調不到冷氣，房間温度太高

ビーチから近く、地下鉄駅も近くにあるため、とても便利でした。 周りにコンビニや飲食店（韓国料理、カフェ、ファーストフード）も多いので、困ることもないと思います。 有名なホテルが周辺にはありますが、特に豪華さを求めずに滞在をするのであれば、リーズナブルに快適に過ごせると思います。

お風呂の排水が悪く、部屋の壁も薄いみたいで隣の声が聞こえて残念でした。救われたのは、スッタフが親切、丁寧だったので唯一よっかたです。

とにかく立地最高です。ビーチまで１分、窓から見えます。コンビニは下、１番便利なホテルです。リムジンまでが向かい側のノボテルまで歩きますが・・・。但し、モーニングコールを電話でたのんでいたのに、電話来なかったです。これはびっくりです。ほてるのサービスは普通です。前日泊ったリベラの方がよかったです。全体的には、これからも１番先に予約入れたいホテルです。

Ett bra hotell nära stranden och intressant shopping och restauranger. Även nära till tunnelbana, vilket är bästa och billigaste sättet att ta sig till hotellet från tågstationen. Frukosten, tillval, är förstås inte att rekommendera men det finns småbutiker runt hörnet för att köpa bra frukost.

コーナースウィートに大人３名で２泊。部屋からはビーチが一望でき、部屋は広くて清潔。ジャグジー付きの浴室からも海が望める。空港リムジンバスの停留所も目の前、地下鉄の駅も近く、大変便利。周辺にはレストラン・カフェ・コンビニなどたくさんあり、何をするにも困らない。ビーチ・水族館は目の前。 しかし、スタッフの対応に不満あり→大人３名の予約にもかかわらず、ＥＸベットの用意も不可。タオル類やスリッパ等も２名分のみで、チェックイン時にお願いしたが、追加料金で借りることができたのは薄い布団セットのみ。硬い木の床の上に薄い布団で寝ることになった。タオルも追加してもらえたのは１泊めにフェイスタオルのみ。バスタオルは貸してもらえなかった。非常に惨めな気分になった。３名宿泊の対応ができないのなら、最初から予約を受け […] るべきではないと思う。 더 보기
