"Winter Visit"
The ownership of the motel is extremely proud of it. There was no shampoo provided, make sure to bring your own. The rubber toilet handle broke and the staff placed a long telephone wire so that we could operate the toilet, maintenance was not available. Room was great! Big, clean, & comfortable. "Always a great visit"
I loved everything about the stay except the bed. I had a king size bed but it was so uncomfortable. I had backaches each day. I just made a trip across the country from Philadelphia to Phoenix. I stayed at a Red Roof, a Drury Inn, this Motel 6, and a La Quinta. The Motel 6 surprisingly was the second nicest place I stayed in. The room was spacious, very clean, and had perfect spaces for everything. The decor was maybe a bit dated, but other than that exactly what you want […] from your hotel, and you can hit the place with a baseball from Route #40. The only negatives I had were the front desk man when I arrived, who acted like I should count myself lucky to have gotten a room, given all of the fracking people there for natural gas. I thought to myself I'd be lucky if my stay was free, but otherwise I'm a paying customer just like them. We were just passing through, but it was fine for us. We had a little trouble finding the motel. It's on a street (Domino Drive) that might be confused with an alleyway between a Shell station and a Taco Bell.
