Nice place very nice staff...clean rooms, fun pool area, awesome breakfast...convenient location!

Very friendly staff and my room was very clean. Will stay again when my business takes me to Chippewa Falls.

We were only there for one night. The Front desk person helped up get a number of a pizza joint that would delivery late that night. I would say if you don't have kids this place may not be the place for you. Many little ones running the halls and breakfast room b/c it is a hotel with a small indoor water park. That was my only concern

This was a neat clean hotel just south of town. I did not need the pool but it looked nice too.I would stay again.

This hotel was very clean, there is a pool and hot tub, it is in a great location, short highway drive into downtown Chippewa Falls. Breakfast is good too.

My 8 year old son, 6 yeard old daughter and I recently stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. It was a mini get-away for us, as we only live about 5 miles from the hotel. I made the reservation online, and had no problems checking in. The staff was very polite and friendly, and they were diligent about knowing who were the guests and who was there just using […] the pool area. Our room was pleasant and clean, and I really appreciated the sheet they put OVER the comforter on their beds, it feels more sanitary to me. The bedding was very plush and comfortable. We had a fridge and nice sized flat screen tv. I would have liked a microwave in the room, but wasn't willing to pay more for that ammenity. My only disappointment with the room was not having a table provided. There was a desk with one chair, and it was hard to find suitable places for BOTH kids to eat comfortably and without making a mess on the bed or the floor. I liked the separtation of the sink and mirror area from the actual bathroom. I have to say however, that the bathroom was TINY. Very little room to manuever between tub and toilet once the door was closed. Not a big issue, just worth mentioning. The continental breakfast was wonderful, with a nice selection of very tasty and warm food. The kids were able to find plenty of things that they liked, and they still talk about how good the bacon was! Saving the best for last, the best feature of the hotel by far is the swimming area. It's every kids' dream! The decor is warm, welcoming and rustic with a beautiful mural along the back wall. There is something for everyone there, a 1 inch pool with mini slide for the littlest ones, a climbing/play area with tunnels and caves for the explorers, a water fall, a super fun twisty slide that ends in a 3 foot deep pool, a large pool that ranges from 31/2 to almost 6 feet deep, and a nice sized hot tub with a waterfall and timer control for the jets. Nice place to stay, we had our grandchildren with us and they had a ball in the indoor pool and the slide pool. Room was very clean. Would go back here again

This was the first hotel we stayed at and it set a good tone for the trip. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. The staff was really friendly, but gave us a key to a room that was already occupied! The only other minor quibble we had was that the breakfast ran out of eggs and bacon in the first couple hours of the breakfast. This was our first time to Chippewa Falls and we picked this hotel because of its convenience to the brewery. It is also very near a grocery store, McDonald's and Subway as well as other non-chain restaurants. When you walk into the lobby, the pool that is advertised on the website is immediately located to your left, through a glass door. I took a peek and all I saw was a sea of children--running, screaming, laughing playing. That was fine...not a problem. We don't have to use the spa. Nothing to lose sleep over. What was something to lose sleep over was the sound of little feet running up and down the hall at 7am. Great hotel at a fair price - room was clean and very accommodating. Staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was great; the hotel worker who was responsible did a fantastic job as was very busy! Would recommend if you're staying in the Chippewa Falls/Eau Claire area!

I will be returning to this hotel we loved the pool area with the water slide and the smaller pool for the little ones my grandson had a good time there the breakfast was great just wished they had a workout room but over all it was nice not to mention very clean

very quiet rooms, it's nice to not be able to hear your neighbor at all, which is unlike so many other hotels. the breakfast was decent too. all in all, a good place to be

Stay was OK. Have stayed here before. Second floor (without elevator) is a pain to carry heavy suitcases.

This hotel stay was the last night of 8 my family had while traveling to a friend's wedding. Everything about the hotel met or exceeded my family's expectations. The room was great but next time I will request a handicap room because my husband has trouble breathing after climbing stairs. They did make a mistake and only checked us in for 1 night so when we returned to the hotel the second night we couldn't get into our room.
