인 온 더 힐 (Inn On The Hill) - 하티스버그

We had no problems checking in. Our room was nice, quiet, and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The only problem I could site was that the swimming pool was closed - the manager said they were having a maintainence problem. But they opened it back up later in the evening. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Very poor service. Room was so hot we had to move rooms. Unprofessional housekeeping. Received a call from the front desk that woke my family up at 1am with no apology from the worker. Dimly lit inside and outside and lounge/bar inside lobby didn't make my family feel safe. Breakfast was a joke. Don't waste your time or money. Lightbulb was burned out in the bathroom, and toilet ran until we jiggled the handle. We would have asked to have a different room, but we had already unpacked the car and moved in to the room. Bedspreads were very dated and old fashioned looking. Pool was so dirty that we decided not to take the two year old to swim. A little disconcerting to look out the door and not see other cars in the parking lot...a perfect place for a car break-in, mugging or abduction, etc. No one around to see or hear if you are in trouble. 더 보기

The Inn on the Hill is a dump. When we checked in the air conditioner was not on. It took all night to cool the room and it never got really cool. There was no hot water to shower with in the morning. The courtyard picture on the web sight is very deceiving. I will never stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone.

The pool was dirty. The pool was nothing like the picture.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, was relatively large, and contained a mini refrigerator and microwave. Our main complaint involved the "breakfast." It basically consisted of coffee, a few boxes of cereal, juice and milk. It was also in the middle of the lobby with a couch but no tables at which to sit.

I chose this hotel because the "star" rating was slightly higher than the others I was considering. I also chose it over one that I had stayed in previously that was very much acceptable but was trying to move up just a notch. Very dissapointed. Once you get past the lobby - which is fine - the rest of the facility is in poor condition. Our room had […] no towels, coffee area was missing imprortant items such as cups. The air conditioner shut off evey 1 - 2 hours during the night and had to be reset then it would work after about another hour or so.
