I stayed here for 3 nights and completely enjoyed the stay throughout. The location is excellent with accessibility to the subway and many restaurants and food outlets. The shower is great too. The staff service and politeness was poor by japanese standard. 1) On check-in I gave my booking name, the record came up alright, but the serious-looking staff demanded I produce the confirmation even though I said it was in my luggage which was not convenient to open in the small lobby. I finally had to get it for her. 2) There is no sugar and coffee […] in the room. So for the first 2 days I asked the reception for sugar for my own coffee which I got it alright. On the third day I asked again but a girl staff said there's no sugar. I took time to convince them that there was sugar because I got it for 2 days. They still argued. Finally a more senior staff went inside and came back with it. I didn't quite mind their blunder but their impolite way of handling guests was so un-japanese like. 3) On departure day I asked them to book the airport bus for us but they said they couldn't do and that I had to walk across to another hotel to do it. By the way, the bus schedule in a small piece of paper they gave me contained incorrect time table. I didn't expect these in Japan. I hope the hotel management look into this staff issue. 더 보기

Clean, modern hotel in a wonderful location. Most hotel rooms in Tokyo are small and this room was no exception and I wondered why a lot of space was devoted to a sun lounge type chair.. Then I realised it was a massage chair, which was a pleasant surprise.. Staff were very helpful and I would thoroughly recommend staying here

Le prix relativement modéré est bien sûr lié à la petite taille des chambres, et à l'absence de services du type "business area". En revanche, l'insonorisation est remarquable (eu égard au chemin de fer tout proche), et l'équipement des chambres est irréprochable. Déconseillé aux claustrophobes.
