단지 교통이 불편할뿐이지 Orchard Park 이름에 걸맞게 상당히 편안한 호텔입니다. 오픈한지 얼마 되지 않은 이유도 있지만, 기타 시설 또한 깨끗하고 좋습니다.

Pros: Indoor SPA pools and swimming pool in the hotel is in good size. Room is generally clean and comfortable. I booked the hotel to catch early morning flight out of TPE. Unfortunately, it falls short on that convenience, the shuttle to the airport does not even start before 9:30AM, taxi is about 15 minute ride through a rundown neighborhood. In retrospect, it is probably better to spend extra 20 dollars and go to Novotel for this purpose.

The Staff were very friendly and professionals. They are very considerate for a late check out policy. They allowed me to check out at 2:30 pm because my flight was not until 4:40 pm and the hotel is just 10 minutes away to the airport. Complimentary shuttle service is a plus. Hotel was clean, comfortable and highly accessible to the airport. I went there on the second last day of my trip as i've got to catch an early flight the next day. However, when we tried to get food from outside of the hotel, our only alternative was the convenience stores opposite(7-11 or Family mart). Getting a cab to Taoyuan City cost us USD$20 […] one way, around 30 minutes ride. Buffet dinner was unimpressive. On the other hand, bed was comfortable, room was clean. Especially enjoyed the bathtub which looked spotlessly clean and the toilet bowl was like those in Japan. Although Orchard provides free shuttle services to/from the high-speed rail and the airport, it is on fixed schedules. Therefore it is important to call in advance to find out their shuttle service hours as they are more than 1 hour apart. And the biggest disappointment is there is no free shuttle service to the airport until 9:30 AM unless you book […] their early-bird special, which is not available on Hotel.com. I ended up paying $200 NT for a car-pooled shuttle to the airport. The other disappointment is when I called the hotel a day before check-in to reserve shuttle services, the receptionist didn't disclose the fact that I won't get free shuttle service for my early flight at 8:50 AM. A hotel to select for a convenient short stay, close to the airport, and right inbetween the two business hubs Hsinchu and Taipei. An excellent price/quality level, spacious rooms with all the necessary provisions, clean, quiet. No negatives whatsoever, however be aware there is no sighteeing surrounding.

The final shuttle from the airport was 5pm. My 7pm arrival required a taxi costing around 300TWD ($10USD). The hotel is new (late '09 opening). My taxi driver didn't know the hotel, so I was glad I had printed my reservation receipt for the taxi driver to read. Regarding the shuttle from the hotel to the airport, you need to register for it. The room was very clean and spacious. There was free wired internet and the bellman offered to get me a cable if I didn't have one. The bed and linens were first class. There was a nice safe in the room. The toilet was full service with heated seat and a button shower for the perfect finishing touch. I wasn't hungry enough for the evening buffet, so I decided to dine a la carte in the Chinese restaurant. 房間很好, 設備新, 服務也不錯, 有免費車送到桃園機場. 只是自助早餐難吃了一點.

飯店距離桃園機場有點遠，約15-20分鐘車程，浴室打掃不夠仔細有發現前人遺留的垃圾，沒有預留訂的房型這些需要改善。整體來說服務人員態度非常好，床非常舒服，房間空間也很大，很安靜，大門前有便利超商，很適合休息。

酒店整體非常不錯,服務很好,離機場很近,下次還會考慮選擇此飯店的!

我們在hotels.com訂的是一張大床的房間，到房間後卻發現是兩張床，飯店人員很快地幫我們更換新房間 (從606換到1013)。但新房間的無線網路無法連線，跟櫃台借網路線，想使用有線網路，飯店人員卻說可能會連不上，因為這間房間的網路到我們入住前為止，都還是壞的。不懂為何房間有瑕疵還讓客人入住，而且也未事先告知，由於當時已經超過10點，所以我們也無法使用樓下的公用電腦。希望以後能改善。

成田からホーチミンへチャイナを使って行くにあたって、台北で１泊しなければいけないチケットでした。夕方台北着ー翌朝５：３０には空港にてチェックインするのに便利なＨｏｔｅｌを探していたところ、オーチャードパークをhotel.comでみつけました。 先ず、空港に近い、部屋は綺麗、夕食はヴュッフェでしたが品数が多くそれなりに台湾の雰囲気もあり、楽しめました。 外の様子はよくわかりませんが、目の前に７イレブンがあったように記憶しています。 乗り継ぎのために泊るには満足でしたね。お勧めですよ。

Op zich redelijk hotel. Helaas erg lokaal ingesteld ondanks locatie dicht bij luchthaven. Ontbijt / diner slecht.

Hotel is close to the international airport. It is a brand new hotel. Room is clean and spacious. Dining area is comfortable.

整體感覺乏善可陳 看似便宜 但是位置跟服務都不盡理想 甚至停車場毫無管制 任何人可以隨意進出
