Casa Nicarosa Hotel - 마닐라

our luggage got lost during the flights. the owner of the hotel called the airline-company and insisted in an immediate research. the next day we received our luggage delivered to the hotel.

First I must say to bring the map of this place with you as the taxi driver couldn't even find our hotel. Once finding the hotel we checked into our rooms. At this point we had two rooms. It took about 15 minutes to check into our rooms. We were then escorted to our rooms. There is not an elevator so our rooms were on the third floor and there are not […] any phones in the rooms either. So if you needed something you must go back down the stairs. So we went into both of our rooms, which were very basic with a bed, television, a/c unit in the wall, and a bathroom. Very basic which is fine for the price you pay. We mainly picked this hotel because not only was it cheap, convenient to where we had to be but because of the internet. Neither one of our rooms worked with the internet and outside our rooms were routers. So we went back down stairs with our items to turn those two rooms in for another room on the second floor. Mind you we still paid for two rooms for one night. We got one new room on the second floor with a fridge in it as well. The fridge was unplugged with someones left over food in it and again there was a router right out side our door. The internet still didn't work. We asked about this and the staff assured us they were working on it. So we were asked to sit out into the lobby of the second floor to us the internet. We did until it was time for us to leave but we were not in the comfort of our own room to make phone calls like we needed to do. We left at this time to go to the mall which the staff told us that the internet would work better when we returned. Well it didn't and actually it worked worse as we could only sit on the first floor in the lobby to use the internet. The whole time it was wireless and then too the internet barely worked down on the first floor lobby. We only stayed one night but would never stay here again. 더 보기

I booked a deluxe room and got one that was far less. The patio was the bottom of a thirty foot concrete rectangular prism. It felt like a prison with a lot of mosquitoes. The service was awful. There was no drinking water until I complained. There were no toiletries, for instance, toothpaste. We left the towels on the floor to be changed but they were […] just hung back up in the bathroom. The elevator made really scary noises. There were spider webs on the ceilings.We were out most of the time, but coming back was always stressful. I bet it was once a beautiful house but the management has ruined this one. Stay someplace else. 더 보기

It was ok... nothing great, hidden away and could be a lot better as the place looks grand with the staircase but it just did not tick all the boxes. I cannot put my finger on what is missing but it was ok - the best thing was a old spring mattress which is hard to find in the philippines.. Not much else i can say apart from it was ok and i might stay […] again... BTW don't take their taxi service as its 400php for a 120-150php ride.. 더 보기

For inexpensive hotel, I would recommend this place for their clean room w/ wifi and very nice people working in this hotel.

All was excellent, clean, friendly ... I will come again.

in my travels thru out the years, I have never found a hotel anything like this one, and I appreciate the opportunity to comment on it. I found this family owned hotel to be the nicest of all, with a high quality of service and very personable and highly trained and knowledgeable staff. The staff were ready and able to wait on your every request, at […] times even before you made one. It was a real pleasure to have met the owner, at times sitting down with you for conversation to get to know each and every guest. She was a very pleasant lady and fun to be with, always being certain that all our needs were met. The hotel served freshly made breakfast to your individual tastes. If it were posible to rate the hotel and staff any higher than this survey permits, i certainly would do so. I would recommend Casa Nicarosa to everyone without one moment of hesitation. This hotel has been my best experiance of all the hotels, I have stayed at and will plan on being their guest again. 더 보기

The hotel is not on the street but actually behind a building and accessed by the driveway. If not for the sign we would have driven by still looking for the portico shown in the photos on this site. The hotel is a throwback to a different time in the Philippines and shows its age. Although it is relatively maintained, the air conditioners are old […] and the elevator was a one time ride. A message posted on the door explaining how to get out if a brown-out occurs greets you as the elevator jerks into motion The room has minimal ammenities and the overhead light in my room was humming loudly. The hotel doesnot allow any visitors after 11pm even if they are just there to meet up before going out on the town. This policy is not stated anywhere but you will be informed by the gaurd at the driveway gate if you arrive with a guest or a guest attempts to visit you at this time. Housekeeping needs to be directed as my room was not cleaned unless I spoke with them and requested it. Overall if your intention is to have a place strictly for sleeping and have no plans to have guests or friends stop in to visit, this hotel is adequate. 더 보기

清洁卫生，住宿舒适，清静方便，价格合理。不足是蚊子多，无无线网，上网要到二楼大厅。二是早餐自费。

アットホームな感じで、スタッフもフレンドリーです！ 部屋でWI-FIが入らないのが残念でした！ 金額を考えれば十分なホテルだと思います！

久しぶりに最低なホテルに出会いました。まあ値段からいえば仕方の無い事なのでしょうが・・・・。ホテルのチェックインの際まだ早いので荷物を預けて遊びに行きましたが私が悪いのですがビニール袋にお菓子や夜食べよと思ったヌードルを入れておいたが帰ってきたらヌードルが１個無い。友人と二個残しておいたのに・・・・。ホテルに預けたら取られたアチャー こんなんアリ たまげました。

入口は通りから奥まったところにあり、看板を見逃さないようにする。事前に地図等で、場所をよく確認することが必要。両隣の通りははﾅｲﾄｽﾎﾟｯﾄで賑わっているので、夜はﾀｸｼｰでないと戻るのは危険。通りからの入口は鉄格子門で遮断されており、ガードマン常駐なので、夜のｾｷｭﾘﾃｨｰはしっかりしている。部屋は広くバスタブなしで、冷蔵庫もない。ｼｬﾜｰも最初水を出したときは汚い水が出ることもある。食事をする所はない。ﾎﾃﾙの従業員の対応は親切。付近はスーツで歩ける環境ではなく、ﾎﾃﾙﾀｸｼｰもないため、出かける際は「ﾎﾞｰｲにﾒｰﾀｰﾀｸｼｰを手配してもらうのが良い。ﾋﾞｼﾞﾈｽ向きではなく、素泊まり志向で、ある程度英語ができる観光客向けか。

Hotellet har en helt grei standard. Rommet vi fikk hadde faktisk kjøleskap og det er ikke vanlig for hotell rom i den prisklassen. Rommet og hotellet virket rent og ryddig. Hotellets ansatte var vennlige. Hotellet har ingen utsikt og ligger skjult mellom høye murer og bygninger, så det er vanskelig å se dette hotellet fra gaten!
