Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and enjoyed my stay. I did have a few problems with regards to the room at first though. I had paid extra for a "Sea SIDE VIEW balcony, which apparently is much different from a sea VIEW. I could barely see the sea to the side due to all the palms leaning over the balcony, meaning they were blocking the full view, be […] aware of this, they take define it VERY precisely. I kept on complaining and after 45 mins. time managed to get upgraded to a floor higher up (still with a Sea SIDE VIEW, but this time I could see just over the top of the palm, much better, but took a lot of struggling with the receptionists despite that is was low season. Apart from that the hotel was very nice and new. Location is half an hour along the highway to the new town and 45 mins to the old historic town. Breakfast is a buffet of mediocre to low quality due to the ingredients used (although the freshly cooked omelettes were good), I imagine dinner is not much better for the people chosing full board, just a warning. Remember to print your confirmation from Hotels.com since they cannot find out how to invoice Hotels.com just with the confirmation number written down. 더 보기

There are some great points about this hotel.Location to Budva is great. It has lovely gardens, nice pool, great animation team (probably the best I have ever encountered). Great views from the Terrace restaurant. However the beach is awful and you have no option but to pay for even standing on the beach. The food is very low quality, we paid half board […] but choose to eat out for one night. We had to pay a deposit for towels which I think is unacceptable at a 4 star hotel. Also because we were half board and not fully inclusive(FI) we were constantly told we had to pay for our drinks in an extremely rude manner when of course we were prepared to pay for our drinks. However many of the bars would not accept payment as they only dealt with (FI) so couldn't even buy a drink at the pool. at dinner when my son was choking I asked for a glass of water as the drinks had not arrived by then that we were paying for and we told we could only order from a certain waiter whilst MY SON WAS CHOKING!!! I had to leave my son to run to get water from a tap myself. There was a startling lack of common sense and customer care. It a beautiful hotal if you dont mind the huge building site around it but I would not recommend it as you are treated poorly if half board and the food was to poor quality for FI. 더 보기

Если скостить у отеля одну звезду - претензий не будет никаких. В отеле хорошая инфраструктура для проведения конференций/семинаров. В остальном все достаточно средне - неудобное расположение (вокруг стройка и разруха), среднее качество еды (например, довольно странное предложение по рыбе для средиземноморского отеля и полное отсутствие местной кухни). […] В стандартном ТВИН нет холодильника, через раз на обогрев работает кондишен, проблемы с сантехникой, трехцветный телевизор времен И.Тито (видимо). Все в общем понравилось. Очень портит впечатление стройка, расположенная рядом с отелем.
