Guangzhou Carat Hotel - 광저우

1월 초에 호텔을 이용했습니다. 매우 깨끗하고 조식도 괜찮습니다. 다만 주변에 편의점 등의 시설이 없고 택시 기사가 호텔위치를 잘 모르는 점 등이 불편했습니다. 객실 내는 무척 깨끗했으나 약간 추웠습니다. 전체적으로는 만족하고 또 다시 이용할 생각입니다.

호텔은 진짜좋은거 같구요 깔끔하구요 조식도 너무너무 맛있더라구요.. 다음에 또 광저우를 간다면 이 호텔에 다시갈겁니다.

이 호텔에서 이틀을 보냈는데 기대 이상이었습니다. 새롭고, 깨끗하며 아주 현대적인데 관리가 장비와 가구를 선택하는 데 있어 아주 관대했다는 것이 명백했습니다. 직원은 완벽하게 전문적이었고 특히 책임 매니저 "Garfield"는 모든 필요한 정보를 주기 위해 최선을 다했고 항저우를 방문하는 사람들에게 꼭 가야 할 곳에 대한 세부사항을 전달했습니다. 그녀는 호텔에서 나갈 때 마다 택시를 타도록 에스코트했고 운전사에게 통역을 했으며 자연스럽게 의도된 장소에 도착할런지에 대해 확인했습니다. 광저우로 향하는 모든 방문객에게 이 호텔을 적극 추천합니다.

호텔은 아주 깨끗합니다. 내부 장식은 아름답습니다. 호텔 조식도 매우 맛있습니다. 직원 맴버는 매우 헌신적입니다. 호텔 위치는 시내 쇼핑 몰에서 약간 멉니다. 공항 셔틀 서비스는 플러스였습니다. 사전에 서비스를 예약할 필요가 있었는데 300 RMB가 들었습니다. 택시는 돌아다니는데 아주 편리했습니다.

가장 작은 스위트에서 3일을 보냈습니다. 이 호텔을 강력히 추천합니다. 믿을 수 없이 싼 가격에 5성급 화려함을 지닌 호텔 우아한 디자인은 단순하고 알찹니다.(유리, 화강암) 흠 잡을 수 없이 깨끗한 객실입니다. 수영장은 환상적입니다. 아주 작은 체육관에 심장 기계가 잘 안되고 사용하는 동안 웨이트 기구 하나가 망가졌습니다. 환상적인 케이블 카가 있는 커다란 레크레이션 공원이 가까이에 있고 언덕 정상까지 올라갑니다.

Carat Hotel is very nice and clean. The rate is good. The breakfast is excellent. It is close to the White Clound Mountain. The only drawback is it is not near the sub-way station.

What a nice hotel in GZ. More than I expect but the location is quite inconvenience only taxi can reach there. Wish I could get a VIP card so that I can go GZ frequently.

Rooms are not well designed but clean. There are windowless rooms! Good spread of food for buffet. Staff are polite and there are English speaking employees. Airport shuttle is available but taxi is cheaper. Non-smoking rooms are truly non-smoking unlike many other hotels in china.

Complaints 1. Found a huge cockroach in the room. 2. Staff were slow to react. 3. Staff doesn't speak English. 4. Moved us to a smaller room. 5. Wanted us to pay for food we ordered prior to finding the huge cockroach. 6. There is NOTHING around the hotel. 7. Breakfast is offered but the selection is bad. 8. Either bedbugs or mosquitos bit us everywhere […] during the nights. Can't stop scratching and my arms and legs have swollen to twice the size that it normally is. 더 보기

I was very happy with room and service, People were very helpful and professional there. I had no problems and the room was very clean and nice.

hotel undoubtly is very good , staff is very polite very helpful very courteous , room size little small but still no serious compalint , hotel i s boutique hotel undoubtly a good option for holiday , for business far from city , need atleast 20 to 25 rmb everytime to city centre , though still ignorable if u have to go out once in a day u just count […] extra 50 rmb to ur budget , rest is ok , brekfast is terrific , many variety , good staff covers most of things , hotel spa is very good but too expensive m suitable for rich chinese guest , forigners enjoy the service and brekfast and room style , i didnt find swimming pool , hotel is good for family and also solo traveller if u have to call someone in room in night 더 보기

I spent more than ten days in this peacefull and modern hotel where it's easy to find good service given by nice people and good food. The hotel rate is highly convenient for the services offered and it's suitable for business and tourist people. But nothing is perfect, I couldn't find any support from manager on duty when I claimed about a losted article […] in my room and only received a cold recommendation for not to leave any valuable thing in the room while be outside. The hotel is beautifull, the people is nice but this is not a safe hotel for me. 더 보기

Great breakfast. Helpful staff but English is not so good. But overall rating is excellent hotel. Near White Clouds Mountain. I shall return.

Simple, modern and quiet, a nice getaway hotel you can find in this busy city.

Our stay in Guangzhou was for business in Baiyun District and for this it was quite a good location. Taxis are at the hotel at a moments notice. Surrounding area is not great but the community shopping area and market is safe and friendly. The hotel was a wonderful, clean, comfortable and safe haven to come back to at the end of a day. The hotel design is very modern, nice room, but hard to find location.

Business suite is not much difference to standard room.

Me and my boyfriend were staying there for 2 nights. I was attracted by the building very much coz it looks modern. My room was a standard room with open bathroom. it has only one door to share with toilet and shower, personally, I like it a lot. Love all different types of chairs and paintings placing around the hotel, looks stylist. They had welcome […] fruits ( one time ) and sweet soup ( days you are staying ). That's sweet. We really enjoy the SPA. The SPA building looks amazing, feeling relaxing when you just walk in. People working in B&B didn't seem having a lot experience. Slow and a bit careless. 더 보기

Рекомендую для бизнес поездок. Качественный сервис, хороший завтрак (для Китая). Отличный СПА
