Staybridge Suites Stone Oak - 샌안토니오

Excellent rooms. We had a suite with little kitchen for a good price. Very clean, felt new and cool design. The brekfast was very good to be the US. It's a 20 minute drive to downtown, but otherwise the hotell is good. Felt safe. NIce pool area! A very nice outside area with tables, sofas and a grill that you can use.

Happy to find great pet friendly hotel!

Best place for San Antonio visit. Dont waste your money on downtown hotels/motels. At Staybridge you get space with comforts of home. Our 2 bdrm suite was perfect. About 20 minutes to downtown, Ft. Sam Houston and Lackland. The maps make everything seem far from this hotel but they arent. Location was nice...close to shopping (Starbucks, grocery, etc.) […] 15 min. To the Alamo Quarry shops. I so enjoyed my stay here. the room was awesome, it had everything I needed and more. the staff was great. I drove in from Houston not knowing about all the construction and after being in traffic for more than a hour I got to the hotel about an hour before check in time and Peter was such a help by getting me in before three. I had always heard of this chain, but never used it. My wife and I have always stayed in 4 & 5 star hotels. Due to Spring Break hotels were limited in San Antonio. We got one of the last rooms listed on Hotels.com. We were very impressed. The next time you need a Home away from Home let me suggest a Staybridge Suite.

The entire staff was invested in making sure we were comfortable and happy with our stay. For the money u can't think of a better place.

The hotel was very convenient to travel between San Antonio and Gruene. It was clean, had very nice amenities and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts. the only glitch was the comfort of the HV/AC. It was very hard to regulate the air temperature. But other than that it is very nice. We loved this hotel! It was exactly 30 minutes from the river walk and 30 minutes from New Braunfels! The hotel was very clean and smelled brand new! What I loved most about the room was that it had a kitchen in it! This made our stay ten times better! Hotel is brand new. Very convenient to 281 and 1604. Underground parking garage is a big plus. Store offers weekday breakfast and 5pm happy hour. Nice touch. Over very nice and clean

This is a very nice hotel and pet friendly w/o the smell...hahaha The staff are cordial. The free meals are mediocre at best but there are so many places around the area to eat like Chama Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse which is delicious!!! The pool area was busy w/people around this time and the pool was a bit cloudy for my taste...needless to say I did […] not jump in. I live in San Antonio and was recently displaced from my apt due to flooding and my mom, 2 shih tzus and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. it was a nice experience and the hotel is relatively new. There was a high volume of tourist visiting for the theme parks and Alamo but the hotel is very nice, clean, and trendy...the pool is a bit cloudy so we […] just went in the hot tub which did not work but did not spend much time in the pool area. I loved this place. Everything we needed was located nearby I mean everything. The hotel staff were super nice. The breakfast was umm umm good. They didn't half step with the menu. We had waffles, bagels, toast, eggs, fruit, oatmeal. Self serve juices and Wolfgang Puck coffee. The pool area was nice. We had the worst experience ever, we arrived at the hotel at 7 PM and we were told that the room is not ready and they have no idea when will it be ready. Satff was also very rude. Beautiful hotel but very poor management.

I was completely shocked to find when I checked in at 9:15pm that our room wasn't going to be ready for another 30 minutes! The front desk area was packed with people who had the same issue. Since 30 minutes was probably going to turn into 60 or 90 minutes we left and came back late. All I wanted to do after a 4.5 hour drive is relax in the room. The […] woman who helped us at first was quite rude and they offered no compensation when we asked other then a late checkout, which we didn't need. This was a last minute reservation-same day! The hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly and attentive. The amenities were spot on! When traveling I am often concerned about internet access because I work remotely; however their WiFi was EXCELLENT. I had no issues connecting-even in the parking lot! I also did not have trouble connecting to […] my company's network-which I can often experience due to varying WiFi set ups and security. The room itself was great, but a little small. We stayed in a 2 double beds-suite. The bedroom was a little cramped-which is my only "complaint" however it worked for a 4 day stay for a family of 5 (3 kids 8 and under.) The pool and surrounding area was perfect-grills available for cook out-with grilling tools supplied by the hotel. The breakfast was great-lots of options and good food! Everyone on the staff was friendly. We were greeted by everyone from the housekeepers, maintenance to the front desk clerks. We had simple requests for linens, etc and they were responsive. It's located near a lot of places to eat and a couple of grocery stores so if you need to pick up snacks or a full dinner you have lots of options. We were there for a specific event about 5 miles from the hotel, so I am not sure about travel time to areas outside of that radius-ie. downtown or RiverWalk. Excellent hotel, conveniently located, absolutely beautiful, clean, excellent pool/lounge area, kid friendly. We had a great time and would stay again.

I do a lot of traveling both business and personal but I was very discouraged at the hotel choices when going to San Antonio until I found the Staybridge! It reminded me of a smaller version of the Vdara in City Center Las Vegas which is my absolute favorite hotel. It is modern, beautiful, roomy and had so many bells and whistles. The pool area is to die for! There is a complimentary breakfast and to my surprise there was also complimentary dinner with beer and wine! La puerta del baño esta a dos metros de la cama y tiene un hueco entre el piso y la puerta de poco mas de una pulgada.... Bastante incomodo
