This place is not as advertised at all!! Dirty, smelly, rundown rooms. Horrible continental breakfast. Worthless customer service that seemed " bothered" by your presence. Waste of money. Don't stay here.

Nice quiet, good Location and very Fair Price!

The hotel is in a good location, close to the airport if you are flying in. The heater didn't work, it was cold and only blew out cold air. I knew the 20 girl in the office couldn't fix it, so I just went to be and froze. I didn't feel like changing rooms at 2 in the morning. New owners have kids living on site, and its a mess! Stayed and left vehicle on site while out of town, upon arriving, called for a pick up, said 10 min. 20 minutes later I called and she was busy with the "kids" yet and forgot. 15 minutes later (3-4 minutes away) , the van showed up, asked if they didn't get the message, and the response was "we are […] swamped. Not fancy, kind of an older hotel, not much in parking, however for the price it was good and a good location for what we needed

There was short black hair all over the bed, in the sheets, every where!!! We called the desk. a girl came and handed us some clean sheets, no clean blankets or bed spread. She said , "it must be dog hair" !!! I would have been acceptable if she would have cleaned the room before we came there, but it wasn't clean at all. Upon checking in we walked through what seemed to be a Indian (from India) party or just a spot where they seem to congregate for the late hours on Tuesday. It was different. You get what you pay for so I shouldn't complain too much!

There was no parking for Uhaul trailer, rooms were older, only two towels in room with two queen beds, night receptionist was not very helpful, and it was in an older part of town.

The walls were thin where you you can hear everything going on outside and hear others talking in the other rooms. Pillows were also very thin and mattresses were hard

The Rodeway inn was a good location for where I was visiting. The service was decent. It was a small, somewhat cozy hotel. No real complaints. Provided everything I needed. I would reccomend this hotel to others looking for a hotel in this price range and area.

The room was kind of small and very cozy. Needs to be updated and small repairs to be made. It was cozy but not a 4 star hotel.

Cheap but nice. The airport shuttle was there to pick me up in under 2 minutes which was great!!!

This hotel was booked sight unseen, and it looked fine but of course it wasn't up to our standards. It was cheaper than we usually book but the location was right for us. Smokers will love it because everything stinks, even non smoking rooms. It wasn't the worse place we booked through Hotel.com, but it was close.

The long and short of it...this hotel was terrible! The only good thing about the place was the location. It was close to the hospital. We usually stay at the Hilltop Inn for proximity to the medical centers. The representative on hotels.com informed me that there were no vacancies at the Hilltop Inn, so she suggested the Rodeway Inn and informed me […] it was similar to the Hilltop and that it was a 3 star hotel. I am not sure who rates the hotels, but this rates right up there with a Motel 6, or worse. The room was in bad repair - chips in the walls / woodwork, dirty / grimy walls. The linens were dirty and stained. We found hairs in the sheets. The air freshner used to cover up any bad smells was horrible. The lighting was poor - probably to hide all of the dirt and grime. I just hope we didn't come home with bedbugs or something worse!! I will never stay at this hotel again! So I would recommend removing this hotel from your listings. 더 보기

hotel was cheap but the service was bad. location not so bad. It is owned by a Pakistani who tries to promote Islam, I mean just a little not too much. The room was clean but too much street noise. Although this hotel was clean, our family felt it was not worth the money we spent. We did not even shower due to the fact we could barely get any warm water in the shower and no warm water at all at the sink.

I can't beleive this is a two star motel the rooms were filthy, and smelled terrible. I thought Roadway was a better motel franchise than that, maybe it was management but I will never stay at Roadway again. If it had not paid in advance for the rooms I would not have stayed the night.

It was very basic. Staff seemed friendly enough. Room VERY basic, but it was cheap. 3 minutes to airport.

Didn't feel the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was meager. Room was smelly, but looked fairly clean. Beds are standard (cheap & uncomfortable) without any memory foam. This is the least desireable Rodeway property that I have ever stayed at. The room was ok the bath room was very small. The upstairs tenant was loud and very rude. The breakfast was very limited and there was no fruit. The price may have been competetive but the room was not. I would not stay here again.

It is located way off of I90 in the old part of town, which I sort of what I expected based on the price, but the room?The first thing you say when you open the door is "this place reeks!" This is one of those places where you don't feel comfortable taking off your shoes and then you find yourself thinking"if the room stinks this bad, what about the […] bed?" YIKES! Parking at the hotel was horrible, inadequate spaces. Walls are very thin, could hear activity next door and above. When the person upstairs took a shower, our bathtub gurgled, and while we showered, the bathtub drained extremely slow, leaving you standing in a foot of water when finished. I guess you get what you pay for.

Clean, reasonable for Price, Frendly and helpful staff, Everything you need for a nite stay.

We had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and quiet and the neighborhood was safe and enjoyable. The staff was friendly and engaging and the concontinental breakfast in the morning was perfect. My only complaint would have to be the distance of the hotel from the highway. The heat lamp in the bathroom was not working. One of the lamps next to the bed was not working. When I went down to the lobby for breakfast the next day, the juice machine was not on, SO I had to turn it on. Really disappointed in the breakfast. Toast, bagel, cereal. Only problems were that the maid did not empty all drawers and there were things left by previous people. We had no towels and no extra toilet paper either. The refrigerator in the room "whistled" all the first night. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Will stay again when we go back to Billings in two weeks. Great for pets. This hotel was a good place to stay for the money. I could tell they had really tried to clean the room. The tub, toilet, doors and door knobs looked straight out of the 70s. The carpet looked like it was from the 80s. But everything was pretty clean and smelled fine. The bed was comfy and the hotel was quiet. My daughter did have a hard time connecting to wireless internet and the internet in the lobby was down, but we were only there for the night so it was no big deal. This was a convenient location to the colleges in the area. It worked out for my business connections.

We had a wonderful stay. The lobby is beautiful and clean as are the rooms. The motel staff were courteous and very helpful. We were allowed to leave our car parked there and they offer a free shuttle to the airport. Our flight left at 6 a.m. so we had to get a ride at 4:30 a.m. to the airport which they didn't seem to mind doing at all.
