만다린 오리엔탈 (Mandarin Oriental) - 마카오

이틀동안 머무르는 동안 매우 행복한 경험이었습니다. 다음에 다시 가고 싶은 호텔입니다. 스텝들도 매우 친절합니다. 아주 좋은 곳에 위치하고 있고 환송은 터미널까지 셔틀로 이동할 수 있어서 깊은 인상을 받았습니다.

It was our first time visit to Macau, so researched really well before deciding which hotel to stay. Then decided to stay at this hotel after long thought, becasue 1) doesn' have any casino attached to it 2)overall reputation was great. We got to the hotel before check-in time but wanted to finish the check-in procedure and went to the desk, but actually […] they apologised that the room wasn't ready and offered compensation drink at the cafe! Immedeately had a great feeling for the hotel. The room was just great. Had a good view, the room was spacious and they sent us Jasmine leed room perfume which smelled lovely. All the staff was so kind, enjoyed the food at the restaurant as well. Once, the room key didn't work at the elevators (need to insert the key to prerss any bottun to go up), but the staff promptly served us and we didn't feel like it was any problem. The location is also very good. It is very close to the centre casino area, and also not very far from the historic area. And the hotel next to it has a massive casino, so it is convenient for anyone who wants to visit casino. Also the hotel is attached to a luxurious shopping centre, so it was good. We love our stay at the Mandarin Oriental in Macau. The view was beautiful. It has style. I like it - because there's no casino on the ground floor, which makes the hotel pretty unique. And if you really want to try your luck, there's an indoor path to link you to the MGM hotel next door. I definitely will choose this location again. great service, great location

This hotel is sooooo strange. It is not like any other Mandarin I've stayed with. Won't stay again.

My boyfriend and I wanted a weekend getaway from the bustle of HK, so we decided on MO because we wanted a non-casino hotel to avoid rowdy gambling crowd. This was an excellent choice. Upside: - new hotel - good view of Cotai strip - good location next to MGM, we can walk to Wynn, Lisboa, Senado Square, Ruins of St Paul, Macau museum etc tourist destinations. - […] reasonably priced - concierge is reasonably well-knowledged and able to answer most of our queries / or at least direct us to where we have in mind. - there are not as many rooms as Venetian, to me is an upside as the hotel retains a boutique feel to it. Downside: - staff are rather new, so things can get a little frantic. - the free pier pick-up didn't arrive. we didn't want to wait 15 mins for shuttle so we took a taxi which is less than MOP30 anyway, and a 5 mins ride. 더 보기

There is finally a legit 5* in Macau! The level of service and detail at the Mandarin Oriental in Macau is on par with their other hotels all over the world. The great thing about this hotel is it lacks a casino, which in Macau is very rare. We were informed that we were being upgraded and we're checked into our rooms. The rooms here at the MO are enormous compared to the average room in Asia. I would say its at LEAST twice the size of the average Asia hotel room. There is a home theatre system in the room/bathroom and an ipod hook up which was ammmazing!! i want took hook that up in my bathroom too. The cake shop downstairs was also delicious! カジノが近くて、孤立していることがとても良い。皆スタッフも優しくて親切だった。部屋数も少ないから客層も良い。安心して2泊した。 サンフランシスコのマンダリンともどもお薦め。

ホテルの部屋や人に全く文句はありません。 特に風呂からの眺めが絶景でした！ 当方、観光スポットまで極力、徒歩での移動を 行ったため、少し歩く距離が長くなったのが 唯一の欠点でした。 カジノに毎晩行くという方以外にとっては、 値段的にうまみがあれば、とてもお勧めです。

Locate at the awesome place in Macau, surrounded by nice view, shopping center and famous casinos. Highly recommended!!!

クオリティ、サービスともに文句無し。 カジノがないことホテル内をウロチョロする人もいないので治安の面からいってもあんしんできる。 ここに泊まって違うカジノホテルに遊びに行くのが Good! すぐ近くにMGMなど巨大カジノホテルがあるので！

オープンキャンペーンで１泊分の宿泊費で2泊しました。お部屋はコーナーで広く、窓も多くてきれいでした。 バスタブに髪が落ちていたりアメニティグッズが２日目に補充されていなかったりということがありました。ベルを鳴らすなというサインとお掃除しないでというサインのボタンが入口にありますが、お掃除直後にベルのほうのボタンを押さずに浴室で着替えているとベルが鳴り、着替え中なので無視していたら勝手にドアを開けて何か言われ続けました。スパから帰ってきたらベッドの上にクリーニングに出すキットが入ったトレーがどんと置かれていました。エアコンはきつすぎるので切っていたのですがそれでもたまに冷気が送り込まれてきます。切ったままスパに行って帰ってきたら２２℃に設定されていて、怒りがこみ上げてきました。お掃除が済んでい […] ても何度も入ってくるのがうざいです。 プールは温水ジャグジーや室内サウナもあり、よかったです。スパは早めに行くと無料でミストサウナに入れます。 エスプレッソマシン、瞬間湯沸かしポット、マンダリンのお茶がたっぷり用意されていました。ウェルカムフルーツはオレンジ３個でした。 더 보기
