블루 다이아몬드 호텔 (Blue Diamond Hotel) - 호치민 시티

호텔 직원들도 친절하고, 서비스 정신도 좋습니다. (100점 만점에 90점 이상) 객실 내부는 깨끗한 편이며, 호텔 위치와 주변환경도 만족스럽습니다. 다만 몇 가지 결점이 있다면, 시트를 무조건 교체하지는 않는 것 같습니다. 제가 어지럽히지 않는 편이라서 사용하지 않은 것으로 착각한 것인지도 모르겠습니다만, 자기 전에 시트에서 일지를 작성하다보니 작게 볼펜 자국이 묻었었는데 다음날보니그대로더군요. 또한 간혹 밤에 복도에서 시끄럽게 떠드는 손님이 있는데, 소리가 너무 크게 들려서 거슬렸습니다. 방음은 썩 좋지 못하다고 생각되었지만, 심야 시간에는 매우 조용했습니다. 이 방에서 묵으실 때 창문이 없는 방을 택하시면, 조금 […] 답답함을 느끼실 수도 있습니다. 방에 작은 창이 있는데 그것은 건물 내부의 중앙 통로와 연결되어 있습니다. 짧게 3~4일 정도라면 괜찮지만, 일주일 이상 장기간 투숙하게 된다면 조금 힘들 것 같습니다. 창문은 스위트 룸에만 있다고 하는데, 알아보니 가격 차이가 크더군요. 그 가격이라면 다른 선택을 하는 것이 좋지 않을까 싶었습니다. 그에 비해 아침식사는 매우 훌륭한 편입니다. (호텔의 숙박비에 비해) 꽤 수준 높은 음식이 제공됩니다. 뷔페식 아침식사인데 메뉴가 매일 매일 조금씩 바뀌었습니다. 주의) 소시지의 신선도는 좀 좋지 않았던 것 같습니다. 또한, 늦게 가게 되면 한 두 종류의 음식은 부족할 수도 있으니 투숙하실 때는 아침 식사는 이른 시간에 가시는 편이 좋을 것 같습니다. 전체적으로 만족스럽고, 다음에 또 짧은 기간 머물게 된다면 이곳으로 와도 괜찮을 것 같습니다. 더 보기

우리가 여기서 예약했던 저렴한 객실은 hotels.com과 그 웹사이트에서 정말 좋아보였다. 우리가 도착했을 때 그것은 1층에 있는 체육관과 술집 옆에 있는 창문도 없고 흰 곰팡이 냄새가 나는 방이었다는 것을 발견했다. (내가 동남아시아에 있는 3주 동안 갔던 호텔 중 경험했던 최악의 영어를 구사하는) 호텔 직원들은 우리가 업그레이드 요금을 나지 않는 한 우리를 더 높은 층에 있는 같은 종류의 방으로 옮겨주기를 거절했다. 아마도 다른 방들과 데스크 직원들은 더 좋을지 모르지만 우리의 전반적 경험은 좋지 않았다.

Blue Diamond는 숙박하기 훌륭한 호텔이다. 직원들은 아는 것이 많고 협조적이다; 그 위치도 훌륭하고 호텔도 깨끗하다. 우리는 그곳에 두 번 묵었고 두 번 다 모든 것이 좋았다.

I like the hotel. Breakfast was good . Had some new dishes everyday. The hotel was convenient to all. Fleas market is only two blocks away . Good to by some souvenir t-shirts. Make sure you bargain, t-shirt average price is 90 dong. The foot massage was good. You can print your email at the business computer and pick it up at the receptionist desk. […] The only thing is that they could not scan my document but that is a lot to ask for. I have a wonderful experience with the receptionists and the staffs working in Blue Diamond Hotel. They are knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. If you are in doubt, just ask them. However, the hotel needs to improve areas like changing sheets more frequently and have better sheets and towels. I recognized that my sheet was not changed for a few days […] becase I found out the sheet was very unique and it has several holes on it. The towels are kind old. We stayed in BDH for 5 nights with 2 kids. The location in Saigon is very central, the staff is very friendly and helpfull. The foot massage service is really a must (we did it together with the kids). Hotel is good. Just 2 blocks from the Ben Theh Market. Room is clean , although it is a bit small. The twin beds is just put side by side. Breakfst is good, lots of variety of food. Service is good.

This hotel is so close to the Ben than Market, so if you like bargaining and haggling for a good price this if for you. The war museum and reunification palace is also just around the corner. Hotel staff are friendly and that also includes the kitchen staff. Tours were easy to book with the hotel and well priced. The only negative was the room descrption, […] when we arrived we had no outside window in room. there was a small frosted one that faced a wall, so i felt like i was in a box. And we had no safe in the room which on our booking notification we were told there was one. Passport could be left at the front desk safe but we had to carry around all our cash which was a little scary seeing we had just arrived with the full amount. Found a great price and had a nice room with a view high up above the street. The complimentary breakfast had a nice selection. The service was good or excellent if you don't use a washcloth because after requesting a set twice it seems they do not know what that is even after showing them one that i had brought from the states.The location was within […] walking distance to many points of interest but after learning the hard way that the markets have gotten more expensive, my wife and I had decided to just solely go to Nha Trang in the future for the money as goods are half the price of Saigon with a much better view and a fraction of the traffic congestion. The blue diamond provides a buffet breakfast that is second to none. It changes every day with both Vietnamese and western selections. The staff all speak good English and go out of their way to make sure you are well served. We had a full breakfast each day that lasted us 'till well into the afternoon. The location is great, the price is right, the breakfast buffet is complete. Staff and service are typical for vietnam, very very basic english and not overly friendly. 2 min walk from night and day market and close to major sites. Stayed here for a couple of nights while exploring Saigon and its surroundings. Perfect location close to the Ben Thanh market, streets of lovely restaurants and walking distance to other city attractions. Clean room, a decent breakfast and polite staff with good knowledge of English. Would definitely stay here again if I return to HCMC.

They have started a massage service on the first floor. Nice to have services in house.

The Blue Diamond does a wonderful buffet breakfast which changes every day. There is a wonderful mix of Vietnamese and western foods and the service is outstanding. This with the good location makes the Blue Diamond a real deal

Very central location. Really nice friendly staff. Breakfast reasonable. Opposite several massage parlours which were quite entertaining but not a seedy area. Would definitely book again.

Staff on desk a bit stern - not happy or friendly. Bus boys were friendly. B/fast was nice. Location great - short walking distance to markets and some sights. Watch out for the cyclos at the markets - they'll try to rip you off by quoting a fee to a sight and then showing you the same leaflet with an exhorbitant hourly fee.

The hotel is located near tourist attraction and Ben Ten Market. The customer service at the reception was good. Housekeeping service is good as well.

delux room was clean small & no window (a very small window into the light well ) very claustrophobic ... My friend got upgraded to higher class room, and said that it was OK.

I had a superior room wich don't have a window.well, they really have one small to the corridor (indoor). It is claustrophobic. Poor breakfast also. Good location, very nice staff, but better options for the same price nearby

Had a great 4 night stay in Ho Chih Minh and will definitely repeat the stay here .We were welcomed by great staff who were only too happy to be of help and it was great being in District 1 , only a walking distance fr great food and the main markets . Good quiet location. We had a rare room - nice and quiet. Staff were well trained and helpful. Not in the high end hotel area, nor is it in the backpacker area - a good area to be in. Wifi is a bit limited, although adequate. Breakfasts OK. We would come back.

The hotel is in walking distance of the Ben Thanh Market, museums and lots of good restaurants. The hotel costs about $7 USD from the airport by taxi. All the employees at Blue Diamond Hotel spoke English and were all very helpful and welcoming. When we booked, it was said that there would be a safe in the room. Upon our arrival, there wasn't one and […] we called front desk about it. The lady did argue with us for a bit and wanted to charge us for the safe, but in the end we stood our ground and explained that it was booked when we made our reservation. She eventually sent up a safe and they screwed it into a cabinet in the room. Blue Diamond hotel is a nice 3 star hotel. But I think only the luxury rooms that can accommodate 3 peoples (with extra bed), because other types of room are small. The room is clean, the bathroom is clean and spacious and the Wi-Fi connection in the room is pretty good. My partner and I chose a Deluxe room and were very pleased with it. It is spacious, even the bath room, and clean. Our room was in the back, facing another hotel, and so was very quiet. The location is perfect - just two short blocks from Ben Thanh Market and right next to the Reunification Palace. The hotel staff are all very helpful and friendly.

First of all, great location! About 30 min from the airport with the bad traffic - 150000 dong by meter. Next to ben thanh market which was not impressive at all, but walking distance to all other attractions in district 1, including hotels, bars, clubs, good food. Great location, friendly n helpful staff are all I can say about this hotel. The transfer that I arranged directly with the hotel was there on time for both ways. Everyday the rooms are spotlessly cleaned by the housekeepers. I booked the Premier Deluxe room and was very happy with all the amenities provided. Will strongly recommend this hotel!!

Clean, convenient & good service!

Great Hotel for the money, clean comfortable rooms with good internet connection and friendly staff. I will go there again.

Apprehensive at first prior to arrival but cannot find any faults from time of arrival to departure. What could have been better would be to have a handrail on the steps to the lobby. Came with my aged parents and they found it a little difficult and dangerous to climb up and down the stairs everytime we went out shopping or sightseeing.

nothing in ho chin minh is to shout about except the hotel staff. they were friendly, helpful and able to communicate effectively. the hotel may not be 5 star but it is affordable and the service is amazing and accommodating. if i visit HCMC again i'd definitely stay back there.

Hotel is located close to market. (Ben Thanh) Staff were ok. Had to ask them a few times about an enquiry we had. Agree with the other reviews room smells of damp.

This is my first visit to HCMC and first time staying in a 3-star hotel as such. It is also my first time booked through Hotels.com. I felt so at home frm the moment i checked-in till the last day. All the staff was so friendly and very helpful. Although the superior room was a bit small but it doesnt matter much to me coz i spend most of my time outside. […] Room is well equipped with simple modern amenities. Only thing is the flat screen tv doesnt show any english movies at all. Not even a channel for that. Vietnamese movies without subtitles Breakfast buffet was sumptuos and tasty too. Business centre is at the corner of the restaurant and i find it very useful and practical for the hotel guests to access to it. It took about less than 10 mins walk to the Ben Thanh Market. And many shops are within walking distance. Its quite safe to walk at night too. I strongly recommend this hotel to those couples/partners whom are in low to medium budget,looking and expecting for a peaceful and safe surroundings,good food,good stay and good holiday.
