호텔은 작지만 저희 가족 초딩,중딩 포함 4인가족이 묵은 객실은 스위툼같은 공간이 있어서 좋았어요. 킹베드 하나와 보조 침대하나를 준비해뒀던데 충분했답니다. 화장실도 넓고 . 인테리어가 세련되지는 않았지만 깨끗하게 유지되어있고 더운물도 잘 나오고 무선인터넷도 잘 연결되구요, 아침은 쌀국수종류랑 달걀요리 종류를 주문받아서 먹었어요. 원래 조식 2인포함이었는데 그냥 넷 다 공짜로 줍디다. 저희집은 다들 쌀국수를 좋아해서 3일동안 소고기 닭고기 국물을 바꿔서 먹었어요. 신카페까지 택시비도 얼마나오지 않았구요.3구역이지만 1구역까지 금방 가더라구요. 시내중심에 있는 좋은 호텔에 갈거아니라면 업무차 가시거나 하면 괜찮을것 같아요. […] 호텔옆에 식당도 꽤 있구요제일 불편한점은 직원들이 영어를 잘모르는거예요.후기에 어떤 외국분이 넘 나쁘게 써놔서 도착전에 걱정햇는데 그분이 예민했던것 같아요. 더 보기

우리는 이틀 밤을 묵었고 직원들의 서비스는 괜찮았다, 방은 작았지만 편안했고 우리가 가려고 했던 장소들과 가까이 위치했다.

나는 Thien Thao에서 한 주 동안의 숙박을 즐겼다. 단점들은 모두 소음과 관련된 것들이다; 나는 복도에 있는 사람들의 소리를 들을 수 있었고 밖이 혼잡스러웠다. 나는 벽들이 얇아서 그렇다고 생각했지만 창문들이 충분히 맞거나/밀폐되지 않았다는 것을 눈치 챘다. 하지만 직원들은 협조적이었고 방은 안락했으며, 그래서 결국 나만 그곳에 잠을 자고 휴식을 취하러 있었고, 만약 당신이 오후에 쉬고 싶다면, 어느 모로 보나 그곳은 상당히 조용하다. 나는 그곳에서 내가 보내는 시간 동안 보살펴지고, 안락한 느낌을 받았다.

We stayed just for some hours, but room was nice.

Good price, nice staff, in walking distance (in you like to walk) to many things on the to-do-list. Close to many small restaurants, bank, supermarket aso.

Stayed here for4 days everything was clean and staff very pleasant .Cant complain about anything except the noise from the traffic outside starts at 6am and ends at 1pm . If you plan to stay here its not the most central location but for 2 dollars in a taxi your at the markets and the (backpacker) cheap good food area.

Simple, clean, comparatively spacious room. Don't expect a room with a great view though. Small selection for breakfast but a la carte. Super friendly and attentive staff. Very inexpensive, so overall very happy with this place, despite it's not so central location. Taxis are easy to get and cheap though.

Thien Thao is an inexpensive, small and nice hotel located in District 3. The location is a bit off from everything and the area is full of one way streets, making it difficult to get there. There are a few restaurants nearby the hotel, but if you want to see the town or go shopping it's better to get a taxi. Hotel was very nice and cheap. In room was huge bed and good equipment. Breakfast via menu, very tasty, but there were no fruits, just bananas. Staff was realy friendly and helped us by everything. The hotel is clean and comfortable, but not good for family.

Service was incredible, helped us booked anything we needed. We stayed here on arrival in Ho Chi Minh and when we came back to fly out again. They are very good with late night arrival and early morning departure. They even allowed a half-day early check in when our train came back to Ho Chi Minh at 4am. we had a very comfortable few days in this hotel. Conveniently placed in the city, it was safe, clean and very well organised. We booked trips also via them and were very pleased. Highly recommended.

This is a comfortable and cozy hotel located in district 3. Free breakfast is usually included from 6-9:30pm, and they have a great selection of items including scrambled eggs, fresh baguettes and pho. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only drawback, is that it is not near the main attractions in district 1 e.g. Ben Thanh markets, […] Tax free department store etc. Walking distance is at least 20 minutes, so you will need to take a taxi or bus no. 2 (bus stop is only 1 min walk), which will take to you directly to the main bus stop at Ben Thanh. 더 보기

3 of us has to book and pay for 2 twin rooms. There is a problem with the plumbing in one of the rooms with a constant foul smell from the toilet. Staff were unable to fix it while we stayed there x 2 nights. Although we've paid for 4 people the staff was reluctant to let us order 4 breakfast and there were only 1 kind of fruit.

This is a value for money hotel and what makes it stand out is the staff. They were very professional, accomodating and,went out of their way to be helpful. The hotel is in District 3, just on the edges of District 1 and while walking to the central market area is doable at about 30 minutes, taking a taxi is easier and costs about 3USD, not bad.

On my trip, I split time between Dist. 3 and Dist. 1. In D3, I stayed at Thien Thao Hotel because I wanted to get a closer look at how the local VN live. This hotel will be a bit out of the way for a tourist, as you will need to take a taxi or motorbike to anything a tourist would want to see. That said, if you want to eat and shop like the locals this place fits the bill. Room was large as HCMC standards go, generally comfortable, and a few dollars cheaper than a comparable D1 hotel. The front desk was friendly, although they seem to have a bit of trouble understanding English, the security dude was a bit shifty. Breakfast was a choice of pho or Western eggs, served in an area just past the lobby and next to the elevator. Biggest complaint was the shower backed up because the maid did not clean the drain trap and it didn't have hot water until probably said Japanese tourists complained. 더 보기

We asked for their pick up service from the airport to their hotel in advance. However, we waited for almost an hour before the driver arrived, stating there was traffic. The only reason I doubt this excuse is that it started to rain and there was traffic, but it still only took about 20min to go to the hotel.

Booked this hotel 5 days ago. I am in my room now, can't sleep, thick clouds of cigarette smoke from neighboring rooms, (I'm supposed to be in a NON-SMOKING room), very noisy outside, front of hotel littered with garbage, stinks badly, dirty noisy street with vendors and beggars in front of hotel. Hotel VERY FAR away from downtown. No restaurants nearby. […] Taxi to downtown will eat into your budget. Taxi drivers very cunning and dishonest. They will drive you all over the place so that they can get more money. Sometimes they will pretend that they don't have change, so that they can keep your money. Or they will outright refuse to give you change, or give you half of your change. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. THE ROOMS ARE SUPER SMALL. BATH ROOM SO SMALL, YOU HAVE TO SQUEEZE YOUR WAY IN. I'M VERY SKINNY, 5,10 AND 155 LBS, BUT IT IS DIFFICULT TO GET IN AND OUT OF BATHROOM. TRY USING THE TOILET. THAT'S EVEN WORSE. STAFF NOT FRIENDLY OR HELPFUL. First time in asia and this hotel made me very comfortable and secure.A cool base camp for exploration of area.Secure feeling when you walk in from the days travels and are greeted with a smile and friendly hello! I visit Vietnam frequently and would definitely stay at this hotel again. The neighborhood was safe with shops nearby, and the breakfast offered each morning even included some non-Vietnamese items like eggs. The price was very reasonable and and excellent value for this kind of hotel

Stayed at the hotel 2 night two times. About 6 km from airport. The hotel offers good service. Helpfull with everything, calling to book bus for us to the coast, printing various documents for us, etc. Breakfast ok, nothing fancy but more than we´d anticipated. Not much to do in the area around the hotel, but is not that far by foot to the sights, […] war remnant museum, rejunification palace, ben thin marked, etc. No noise at all. Rooms ok. We stayed there for 6 nights in a suite. Prior to booking we read reviews whichspoke of noise at the front of the hotel, so were a little concerned when we were shown to our room at the front of the hotel on the 7th floor. We needn't have worried. The music wasn't intrusive and it was finished by 9pm. Check in - quick and efficient, but very friendly Room- […] huge, clean and comfortable. We did not expect such a big room for the price. Cleanliness- very clean. the carpets are showing signs of age, but that is the only negative. Breakfasts- we've had larger at other hotels, but left every day feeling satisfied. Fresh baguettes accompany most menu choices Staff- friendly and attentative. This is a good middle of the road hotel. It's plush enough to be very comfortable without being too pretentious. The rooms are a decent size, well equipped with a shower en suite, air con, TV and minibar. The TV channels are a bit limited but unless you need access to world news, as I do, it shouldn't be an issue. The staff are excellent and very friendly, […] I couldn't score them higher, they easily outdid the staff of many 5 star hotels I've stayed in without being crawlers. Its about a 25 minute walk from the tourist centre of Saigon so close enough to walk to and far enough to escape the hustle and bustle. This hotel was great! Super clean, friendly staff and nice location. Only thing was that it could be a little noisy on the bottom floors. Other than that, they were very accommodating and the breakfast was nice.

Staff was really kind and helpful. We got an upgrade to the suite because we were the 300 german guest :-) Very good and tidy room. very close to the airport and 15 min by foot to the city centre. We will go there again when we return to HCMC.

This hotel is located in a central part of town and was within walking distance to lots of attractions.Although the hotel in in a busy stree there was no noise and sleeping was good.The staff were very friendly and accommadating. I would choose to stay there again.

Very helpful staff who gave good info about the area - they even posted some post cards for us. The room carpet had not been vacuumed but otherwise was OK. Good breakfast, and a cheap taxi ride to the major sights.

My stay at Thien Thao hotel was excellent. The room itself came with air conditioning, complimentary bottled water, a mini bar and cable with premium channels like HBO and Cinemax (great for any downtime). The hotel provided free high speed internet, wifi, complimentary breakfast, currency exchange services, a map of the area and was extremely helpful […] when it came to suggesting places to visit, getting cabs and setting up tours. As far as the hotel's neighborhood. I must say that the hotel was not in the tourist district, but was in a pretty safe neighborhood (as far as I could tell). my friend and myself walked pretty much every when we weren't wearing our massive backpacks and would sometimes be out at midnight to grab water or a fruit smoothy from a nearby snack cart. Within a 5 minute walk there are several shops, restaurants and even a little bakery which we frequented often. So, all in all, our stay at the hotel was way better than expected and I will definitely stay here again should I ever make it back to Vietnam. 더 보기

I spent 21 days at this hotel. Breakfast is included with all rooms & is a menu instead of the usual buffet. The food was satisfactory. Housekeeping is spotty at best. Some days there would be no soap, others the trash can emptied but not reassembled. Sheets are not changed daily. A tax ride to the airport was 110k VND with tip, to Q1 Le Loi area […] about 40k. A return taxi costs more because of one way streets. Many taxi drivers try to take advantage of the situation. If you do not know the city have the receptionist create a small map telling the taxi exactly what route to take. I found the best food within walking distance to be Lotteria, Mon Hue & Pizza Inn (near Maximark on Duong 3/2). The wireless internet was horrid at best. This was a business trip for me and the constant internet outages were a hindrance & constant source of frustration. There is an exceptionally high level of noise from other rooms. It did not particularly bother me but did make my business associate edgy. The room above him had a child who was apparently often running around the room. Calls to reception to complain did little to help. If you're a tourist, there for a few days & do not need good internet bandwidth, enjoy. Friendly staff & reasonably convenient location. 더 보기

Check in was easy. Rooms were clean. We had clean room and fresh towels everyday which was great. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue was the walls of the room are thin so if you have a noisy family next to you, you'll be able to hear them. District 3 is not near any major shopping spot but it is a nice place to stay if you like […] to be away from the hustle and bustle. Many great places to eat in District 1. Clean, comfortable and well priced. The hotel is everything a traveler wants when you arrive in a strange city. Staff are friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel was great - a bit away from the madness of the tourist area but close enough to get to everything. I will stay here every time I am in HCMC.

The hotel is in Saigon Town Centre Great value for money. Excellent breakfast. Nice staff with good English. Taxi from Airport ca. 100-120 Thousand Dong (4-5 Euro) 30 min. drive. Take only Taxi with metre!

The service of the hotel was amazing. We arrived at 5.30 in the morning (a good 6 hours before check-in), and the staff got us a room within 15 minutes, and served us breakfast - all free of charge. Overall a very good hotel, quite close to cinema, market, restaurants etc

Thien Thao Hotel на самом деле неплохой отель, но не трехзвездный как написано тут на сайте. На ресепшене честно написано про две звезды и своим двум звездам отель вполне соответствует. Достаточно чисто, неплохой хоть и простенький завтрак. Но расположен отель далеко от туристических достопримечательностей, европейскую еду вокруг не найдешь. Ну и фотография […] отеля не совсем соответствует действительности. В общем, если вы экономите деньги, то вам здесь вполне подойдет, но готовьтесь к двухзвездному уровню комфорта 더 보기
