My family and I recently spent 4nights at the Staybridge and I have to say it was great, the suite was clean and large enough to hold my family. The staff was very nice and the breakfast every morning was great. I would say if you need a hotel in this area the Staybridge is a good one.

We spent two nights at the Staybridge Suites in Liverpool, New York and found the accommodations to be superb. The suite was spacious and very tastefully designed. It was truly a restful two nights of slumber. The staff was well-trained and efficient. The lobby design was comfortable and breakfast was more than adequate. Everything was wonderful...once you find it. There is a big sign that says Holiday Inn, but no sign for Staybridge Inn...a bit confusing not only for me, but others who drove by asking if this was the Staybridte inn.

Excellent Hotel, only 5 months old. Beautiful decor and rooms. Very comfortable beds. Great shower with HOT water and nice water pressure. Booked a Two Dbl. Bed Suite and was pleasently surprised how large and how nice this room was. We were on the 2nd Floor next to the 2-Story Lobby and never heard any noises. The room AC unit, inside closet, was a […] bit noisy, but run it cooler before bed and shut down prior to bed. Hotel is conveniently located right off Rt. 90 & Rt 80, which is in an excellent location! Could not believe how nice, and how large a variety, the FREE Buffet Breakfast was!!! Marlynda at the front Desk met us the 1st night at check-in and she was there all weekend, and was EXTREMELY Pleasant and Helpful. Was going to Icoban Resturant the night of our arrival and mentioned this to Marlynda and she even gave us directions to get there. Ordered Room Service the 2nd night, and it came fast and was very good. In all, the hotel staff at Staybridge & the Holiday Inn, which is attached and in-front of the Staybridge were very helpful, nice and accomodating. Large Parking Lot on 3 sides of building with nice landscaping and outside grills. Overall GREAT Hotel, GREAT Experience & Great Staff! I will definately stay again in Spring and next year. 더 보기

We used the Staybridge as a "stopping point" for a longer family trip that went on to Vermont. We wished that we were able to stay another night, as the facility was truly exceptional. Excellent value for the dollar. Very good service. The breakfast was very well done, and NOT a typical "continental Breakfast". You will NOT go away hungry !

The hotel is beautiful and our room was gorgeous! I wish we were staying longer and not just overnight. It is more expensive than some, but there is a full complimentary breakfast, and the hotel is brand new. We have stayed in other hotels in the area for a little less that were dives. The one negative was there is no sign on the outside of the hotel […] so we weren't sure we were in the right location. There is a Holiday Inn right next door and people were walking in trying to check into the wrong hotel. 더 보기

The first day we came back to our room the bed was unmade but new towels. There is a loud unnerving banging everyday at 5:15 am on the wall next to our shower behind the elevators. The couch for the suites do not fold into a bed. The free breakfast has bland fake eggs. 9:30am closing time for breakfast is earlier than most hotels.

Brand new facility (open 2 months) neat and clean - - - Large indoor pool. Seemed to be a family friendly place. Otherwise just another suite motel along the interstate.

The two-bedroom suite has two full bathrooms and a nice kitchen that is fully stocked with dishware, pots and pans, etc. There was a king-sized bed in one of the bedrooms and two full -sized beds in the other bedroom. The living room, while small, was comfortably furnished. We did not have time during our short stay to visit the pool, gym, or other […] amenities, and so, cannot comment on those sites. In brief, we were quite impressed with the suite and the hotel. Our one complaint is that the name of the hotel is not prominently displayed on the outside of the building. So, we weren't sure we had arrived at the 'right' hotel until after we had checked at the registration desk. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel if one needs a two-bedroom suite. 더 보기

We stayed for just one night, but wished we could have stayed longer. Our room was beautifully appointed and upon arrival we received an upgrade. There were lots of places to eat close by and though the breakfast buffet (included) was very busy they seem to keep up with replentishing the choices. The fresh fruit cup was unusual for the usual hotel free […] breakfast and the toasters actually worked well unlike the last 3 free breakfast bars we had in other places. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accomodations. This is a new facility with lots of home comforts such as a large refrigerator and dishwasher. Staff was helpful and considerate.

Loved this Hotel....new, clean, exceptional...would highly recommend, worth the money

Très belle chambre très confortable. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner très correcte. Personnel agréable et à votre service. Belle piscine mais n'était pas propre au moment de notre court séjour à l'hôtel. Très proche du centre-ville de Syracuse. je recommanderais cet hôtel.
