The front desk staff were outstanding: very friendly and helpful. The hotel is nice, relatively new. There are already signs of wear - for example there was a hole in the wall inside our closet. I would highly recommend the hotel to travelling families.

"I could here every word from the paper-thin walls"

It was a decent but small room. However I could here every curse word, which were peppered into every sentence. Also there was more than I needed to know about their personal relationship, if you get my drift. Why insulation wouldn't be a priority when building a hotel?

Great hotel. Very spacious and clean. Bathroom was great size. Everything was updated. Nice lobby and breakfest area. Breakfest had something for everyone. Hotel is right down the road from Wolf Chase shopping mall.

This hotel is in a very nice new area and the hotel is new. We are a family of 4 with small dog. The 2 Queen beds were fine for us. The hotel is surrounded by lots of shopping and restaurants. We had no trouble getting to Graceland and Beale Street from here.

The staff was very nice. Room was clean, neat, and comfortable. Convenient to highway access, restaurants, shopping, and services (next door to a car repair center where I needed some work done). Will stay here again when we come back.
