My wife already contacted you guys about our stay. We weren't pleased at all

I expected more from a Hyatt. Staff was friendly and welcoming but the toilet seat had dried urine on it, the coffee maker in the room had not been cleaned out, I had to wonder about my sheets and other bedding, and during continental breakfast, the top plate was obviously dirty. When I gave it back to the staff, they didn't seem concerned. My room […] had a full sized sofa and desk area too, so was not what I needed for my one overnight. The bathroom light was so dim I couldn't see to shave in the shower. No tub. Hallway was dark and uninviting too. I will not stay here again. It is right under the freeway but I was so tired I didn't hear anything. The pool was not nice and there was no hot tub. The lounge area was nicely decorated but the little food bar was overpriced and the food was just so-so. Sorry, but I will not be back. 더 보기

The staff at this hotel were extremely personable and helpful. The room was very clean, large and comfortable...loved the sectional sofa to hang out on! It was within walking distance of Jerome Bettis' restaurant Grille 36, which had great food and a unique variety on the menu. (He was even there!) I would definately highly recommend this hotel.

OUR STAY AT THE HOTEL WAS GREAT! THE FRONT DESK STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND CHECK IN WAS QUICK AND EFFICIENT. WE REQUIRED CAR SERVICE TO GET TO OUR DESTINATION AND THE STAFF TOOK CARE OF ORDERING THE SERVICE FOR US. OVERALL, THE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT AND I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO OUR FRIENDS.

Nice new hotel, great location to casino, restaurants and entertainment. Convenient shuttle service to nearby locations and very courteous front desk staff. Workout room clean and all new equipment, treadmills, stair master & stationary bike in good working condition. Enjoyed our stay!

Got to the hotel and everything seemed to be in order. The workers at the front desk were very nice and outgoing. Got to our room and there were LARGE CRUMBS on the floor next to the sofa. Other than the crumbs the room was very nice. Every place we wanted to go to that night and in the morning was close which made it a very good location. The morning […] workers at the desk were very rude and when we went to check out we were charge for parking. I didn't mind paying for parking but we were never told about it when we checked in. Overall everything was excellent. Customer service was so wonderful, very professional and friendly. I would love to come back and stay at the Hyatt. Thank you for the fantastic experience.

Our heater in our room would either blow out ice cold air or very hot air there was never a comfortable setting and could never turn off the heater. When we told the worker at the front desk. He showed no interest in helping with our situation. Then the hotel key I was given would not work the door or parking gate, thank goodness we were given two. […] So we atleast had one to fall back on. I have stayed at other Hyatt Hotels before and never had any problems. I will stay at Hyatt again, but I will pursue issues if any, alot more next time. 더 보기

we booked this for one night to just sleep in, and it had alot of nice features. I loved the living room area, we watched TV and had some room to kick back out feet and relax. The TV was a bonus too, 42 inch LCD is pretty nice. Overall great stay, great service, very nice hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. Very clean and convenient. But above all, the service was excellent . The entire staff made this a very pleasant experience and would recomend to all.

the staff was friendly and effiencient and the rooms were immaculate i,d surely stay again

For a non-smoker the overall stay would be excellent. As a smoker found it to be to much trouble to have to go down from extreme end of hall on 7th floor to downstairs to smoke. Plus, I thought $18 for parking w/o valet service was extreme. I would recommend for non-smokers only.

Hallways were lined with dirty linens, received charges for parking. Which were not explained up front.. for cost of stay the overall experience was lacking.

I loved the hotel but the parking was way to expensive for one night.

First of all the bathroom smelled of Urine just as we went into the room. The room and linen smelled musty. The hotel is right next to a major elevated roadway which is very noisy. The food provided is very limited, not good, and way overpriced for the area. This is the first hotel I have even been in where the check in counter was attached to the bar. […] We checking in were in the zoo as the bar patrons eye balled us all. Stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway in Pittsburgh. Great location, beautiful hotel and such a great price! Went to dinner at Morton's and the free shuttle took us there and picked us up with no problems. The front desk attendant was wonderful and answered all of our questions. We has a king bed room with a view of PNC park. Beautifully updated […] room and the breakfast in the morning was great! Everyone was very friendly and helpful especially since i was not familiar with Pittsburgh. They gave restaurant recommendations and helped me book reservations for a restaurant really close.

Everything up to expectations. The room was incredibly large and comfortable.

The staff was very helpful, the room was a nice size for 2 adults and three kids, convienantly located near our destination for the day...the Carnegie Science Center. The only complaint that I would have about the hotel was the room smelled a little musty, everything else was very clean but it just had a smell to it that bothered my husbands asthma […] and the extra blanket wasn't very warm for the cold wintery night. The only thing that stopped me from giving the hotel a 5 is that I had a hard time getting food delivered to me bc of the location- its JUST outside the delivery zones for downtown and most of the places around the hotel dont deliver or are just glorified fast food. But great room and hospitality!

Even though we didn't see a sporting event while in town its within walking distance to many venues. The hotel was very clean, spacious, and the complimentary wi-fi and breakfast is always a plus. I didnt have time to take advantyage of the pool or gym but they looked to be high quality and up to standards. We were able to walk to dinner, in PNC Park, […] and then for a nightcap after our nights activities. Super convenient, the staff was very accommodating, and I plan on staying there next time the opportunity arises. 더 보기

Great time!! Surprised my husband with a night away and a Steeler game for our anniversary! Having the hotel within walking distance to Heinz Field was perfect!

What a dream come true! I have been a Steeler fan for decades and received a phone call on my birthday from a friend (Steeler Fan / Pittsburgh Native) who had two extra tickets for the game on Sunday, it was Wednesday. Needless to say I accepted them, not having any lodging planed, I live in Virginia Beach, VA.That night I made reservation at the Hyatt […] because it was so close to Heinz Field. My daughter and I arrived at 9 am. After a 7 hr. drive...Got a parking pass... changed in the hotel lobby restrooms(no rooms were ready)... ate breakfast there ( thanks Hyatt, its was good) met my friend at 10 am. in the lobby... walked over to the stadium after some tailgating... Watched the game... walked back to the hotel... got our room...walked to jerome bettis GRILLE 36 for dinner ... walked back to the hotel... slept in the most comfortable bed and room I have ever stayed in... ate breakfast... drove home... If you are a STEELER FAN and need a place to stay for the game... treat yourself and stay at the HYATT ! At first, we were hesitant about staying at this hotel due to the price. After we arrived, we were so glad we booked it! You HAVE to stay here if you are flying in to Pittsburg for a Steelers or Pirates game. You are within a stone's throw of both places and many restaurant/pubs. Taking a short walk to the casino or river walk is worth it! The rooms […] were clean and VERY friendly staff. We spent a few minutes at the hotel bar/food area and got some great tips on the area from the attendants. We were fortunate to stay on the 7th floor (window overlooking Heinz Stadium). Simply the best & most courteous staff. Rooms are 1st rate & very clean. Walking distance to Heinz Field & neighboring restaurants is easy. If it's not to cold you can even walk to the River Casino. I will stay here again & again.

Overall, it wasn't a bad hotel. The latch on our bathroom door didn't work right and locked my wife in the bathroom for a couple of minutes. We told the front desk and they sent up a maintenance guy who then proceeded to get locked in the bathroom, twice. We were moved to a new room with a working bathroom door and everything else after that was pretty […] decent. The staff was very apologetic about the whole incident. The location is good if you want to go to the nearby stadium, but beyond that it's kind of confusing to get to and not in the most convenient location. Our room smelled musty and my daughter's allergies began bothering her as soon as we walked in. Other than that the hotel was nice and conveniently located.

My friends and I got together for Light Up Night this year. The hotel was beautiful and spacious. The employees were very nice and helpful. There is a little cafe in the lobby that was nice to grab a coffee when we got back. The hotel was super clean (which is really important to me). I have stayed here on 2 occasions and have to say that the staff couldn't be friendlier or nicer. The room was immaculate and the beds are probably one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on!
