This hotel was a very pleasant experience. Immaculately clean. Helpful front desk. Delicious free breakfast including eggs and bacon and bagels! Large rooms with just the right amount of furniture. Excellent web connection. Large shower. Nicely priced. Go for it!

Nice newish hotel. Staff was extremely pleasant, rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was OK, not spectacular. The only issue we had was the heating system in the rooms. Either it is full blast (and noisy) or it is off and cold. Overall I would recommend it and we plan on staying there next time we come back to visit family.

I was in Ellsworth on business for one night. The hotel appears relatively new. It was Immaculate and well appointed. It has an adequate workout room And nice pool. The front desk staff was over-the-top helpfull and the Breakfast buffet was plentiful. We may stay there with kids on our next trip to Acadia (20 miles ; 3O min).

If you can't find a hotel in Bar Habour, this is the best choice. The hotel is basically new and very clean. Staff are very firendly and helpful. Breakfast is nice.

the hotel is very clean. the mattress and the pillows were too soft for me though. breakfasts were good and the staff were helpful .

clean Hotel, rooms okay, perfect Gateway to Acadia NP in Maine... nothing to complain

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Our room was neat and clean. We found it to be a longer drive to Bar Harbor than we anticipated. But, it turned out to be fine when we finally figured out how to get there. The free breakfast is a nice perk. However, we found it to be very average and nothing to write home about.

Very nice hotel staff - very clean - conveniently located near shopping/food areas - family friendly. Complementary breakfast was nice. great place to have a few days of relaxation close to Bar Harbor. I did not mind the 15-20 minute drive to Bar Harbor/Acadia area. Yes - it's not the same as staying in Bar Harbor itself - but that was not critical […] for us. Would definitely stay here again for my next Acadia visit. 더 보기

very personable desk staff. good breakfast selection. room was very quiet and promptly cleaned. room rate was substantially above nearby hotels.

Clean, new and with nice anenmities

We stayed at the Hampton Inn overnight to attend a funeral. We felt bad that we were staying there only 1 night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean and the beds were so comfortable, we almost forgot we were not at home. Breakfast the next morning was great. I normally lodge in Bar Harbor for vacation and when I couldn't find any accommodations, I was ready to cancel my family vacation. That is, until I discovered the Hampton Inn, Ellsworth, Maine. The location is only about 18 miles from Bar Harbor and the facility is less than three weeks old. The rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is hot! My son loved the waffles! With Acadia NP 15 miles away this hotel is the perfect place to stay. It's clean, nice and almost new. Although the rooms are a bit noisy. The pool with whirlpool is very nice after hiking or biking a day.
