With several choices to choose from in Mobile, Alabama, I choose Holiday Inn Express; Airport Blvd. I am so glad I did because the helpfulness and friendliness of front desk and house keeping made our stay even more welcoming and relaxing. Thank you all for making me and my family feel at home. I recommend Holiday Inn.

We spent Christmas in Fairhope. We had a very very early flight so we spent the night in Mobile in order to be close to the airport. Nice facility. Everything is fresh, new and clean, opened in Nov 2011. Friendly staff and even a small bar for a night cap.

Lumpy foam pillows. Called to front desk and asked for a feather or down pillow, but they do not stock.

This Holiday Inn was very new, clean and had great staff. Absolutely the cleanest hotel I've stayed at in many years. Very large rooms with all basic available amenities. Convenietly located bar/lounge. I did not eat there due to time constraints. Only negative was poor signage at entrance road. had requested 2 beds, but when we got there was told only king rooms were available. however, the mgr stepped in and got us the room we reserved. Now know that requests made on hotels.com are not guaranteed.

Great location for shopping. Not far from downtown Mobile.

Would have to say that both the Holiday Inn Express staff and Hotels.com exceeded my expectations. It was great weekend and the complete hotel staff made the stay a home away from home. The hotel is new, very clean and the staff is extremely friendly. I would both stay there again, as well as recommending it to friends and family.

It was hard to locate the hotel. When I called down to the front desk, no one picked up. The next morning, I ordered room service since I had to prepare for a meeting. The food came up, but no cutlery. When I called back to ask for a fork and knife, I had to leave a message...still no one came up. I called again and told the lady that I didn't receive […] any cutlery. She didn't know what that was---even though she works in the restaurant. There was hair on the bathroom floor and by the refrigerator (which made a horrible noise). 더 보기

New hotel, convenient to Sping Hill College. Excellent breakfast. Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Restaurant staff are extremely helpful. "Southern Hospitality" is truly practiced by the staff at this hotel.

Impressed with the cleanliness and comfort.

Have to say that I am extremely impressed with the Holiday Inn Express! The staff went out of their way to be helpful and the rooms were fabulous. The only thing that is bizarre, is its location--the gps could not help us get there! Recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised~ the hotel is only a few months old, Limited services available were fine-internet, restaurant. My daughter especially liked the idea of eatting breakfast and having a tv in the booth so she was able to watch a program she likes.Front desk were very helpful (both am & pm shifts), polite and […] friendly. I would highly recommend this location for anyone staying off Airport Blvd. Close to nice restaurants and shopping. The service road isn't clearly marked but a GPS will find it, it's set back off the road about 500 ft. so it was quiet as well. Worth every penny. 더 보기

Hotel was neat and rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel was not very busy but we were put on the 3rd floor at the end of the building while the elevator was at the opposite end along the the vending machines. Hotel location is hard to find because of frontal buildings along I-65 service road. Hotel is behind them.

Nice hotel with wonderful staff!
