We lived in Argentina for many years and were visiting old friends in Buenos Aires. We chose the hotel for its location, price, and based on previous reviews. The hotel is a good value for those that want to get out of the immediate downtown BsAs area and desire something closer to Palermo. The zoo is only 2 blocks away and there is easy access to the […] local areas of Palermo as well as getting out of town quickly via the highways. Our family consists of 2 adults, and 2 children (ages 2-9). We were very comfortable in our room and would rate the hotel 3.5-4 stars. Our only complaints are not major ones, but things that would have made this a solid 4 stars: loading/unloading area in front of the hotel (double parking is needed and cars turn fast onto the street), safety locks and/or nets available for the balcony for those of us that have young children, additional electrical outlets in easily accessible places for electronic devices. Absolutely wonderful hotel! Really glad I chose to stay at this hotel, it was really worth the money. I tried room service and the laundry service as well as the pool in the basement, and everything was very satisfactory. I stayed for 14 days so it was nice to have a home away from home.

Nice and spacious rooms, well-equipped with kitchenette and large bathroom. Great spa downstairs so take your bathing suit! Great location! We arrived and walked less than two blocks to a coffee shop on the corner where we enjoyed a less-busy street over coffee and medialunas! Stayed in this boutique hotel a total of 5 nights. It was located in a great neighborhood near resturants and attractions. We felt safe walking around late at night. Staff was helpful and friendly and I would recommend this hotel. Only downside was except for the hotel staff, not many people spoke English in the area because it is an authentic neighborhood, […] not a touristy area. Loved the hotel. great location, clean rooms with very comfortable beds and pillows. After 7 nights at AWWA, had to change to Sheraton because of business. The AWWA was much nicer and newer and I would recommend it highly. It gave me a feel of being in Argentina rather just another bitg chain hotel that could be anywhere in the world.

Stayed 6 nights and loved the hotel. Staff is very nice. Rooms clean and nice size. Location is great lots to walk to plenty of cabs when needed. Highly recommend the aww a. Only negative was noise so ask for a room on a top floor.

No Interest on helping or accommodating guest request...... Awwa is the only hotel SPA that has nobody in house to do massages. Stayed there 5 nights and was never able to get a massage.

Hotel is small and comfortable and in very safe area. Very helpful staff. Rooms were good sized with balcony and small kitchen and very clean. Within a five minute walk of Zoo, Botanical Gardens and two other parks. Good neighborhood restaurants are nearby. Fitness room is small and machines are acceptable; Pool is also small,but quaint, more for spa […] than swimming. Downside: Wi-Fi reception is problematic, depending upon where you are. This hotel is well located with very friendly staff and brand new. Nice gym,spa, pool etc. Perfect for tourist. The problem is that the internet, and the phone lines don't work well, they blame the phone company but I don't thing that is the case.

Location in BA is superb, 1/2 block from Libertador in Bosque de Palermo. The park across the boulevard is wonderful. Had room with balcony. Was comfortable and clean. Nearby shops excellent. By cab, this location is 10 minutes from busiest part of BA. NYC comparison is 60's on 5th Avenue.

Not far from Plaza Italia, an important subway and bus transportation hub, and from Avenida Libertadores (quick bus access to downtown). Near the biggest parks in the city. The room was small, but well designed to include a kitchenette and table. We were able to use the fridge for our own beer and the coffeemaker in the morning (great pastry shop 1/2 […] block away). Achei que o que estava sendo dito na internet sobre os quartos nao condizia com o que eu paguei.

Um hotel muito confortável, limpo, com ótimo atendimento e uma excelente localização.

Fui com meu filho de 3 anos e fiquei muito satisfeito; havia equipamentos adequados para cozinhar, o berço era bom, e ele adorou a piscina aquecida, e a localização é bastante segura. O serviço de quarto também foi atencioso a qualquer momento. Há um pouco de barulho nas janelas de frente para a rua, mas não foi nada que nos incomodasse.

Excelente hotel ubicado en uno de los mejores barrios de Buenos Aires. Limpio y bien mantenido. El único problema es que el WIFI no funcionaba. Todo lo demas es de muy buena calidad. Recomendable

Hotel com boa localização e confortável. Faltou água quente em um dos dias. O barulho da rua incomoda os quartos da frente do primeiro andar. Optei por não contratar café da manhã por ter lido reclamações na net.

Hotel bem conservado, bonito, quarto espaçoso e em boa localização. A piscina aquecida é ótima. Porém, o box é pequeno e molha o chão do banheiro. Caso precise que limpem o quarto, tem que pendurar o aviso na porta. E durante 2 dias, uma etiqueta que estava no chão continuou no mesmo lugar.

A unica critica à ser feita : LIMPESA DA VARARANDA . O restante , ÓTIMO.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, muito bom mesmo, café da manhã excelente. O hotel fica próximo de todos os shoppings, mas recomento o shopping Palermo e tambem fica próximo do aeroporto, facilitou muito a vida. Não peçam taxi para aeroporto diretamente do hotel, sai muito mais caro, peçam diretamente na porta do hotel. Recomendo.

Foi tudo tranquilo, checkin, estadia, serviço, pgto... Tudo muito bom... Hotel novo com excelentes instalaçōes e funcionarios muito bons tb. Único ponto negativo foi não ter conseguido ligar para o Brasil pois ninguém sabia como fazer e nem o concierge conseguiu efetuar a ligação, nem mesmo a cobrar...mas isto pode não ter sido um problema do hotel. […] Para quem deseja conforto e qualidade em um bairro maravilhoso como Palermo, recomendo muito este hotel. 더 보기

Excelente ubicacion, muy buena atencion, el spa y piscina son preciosos!

Hotel novinho, ótimo estado, conforto e um pseudo-luxo. Porém, quem não tiver o café da manhã incluso no pacote, pagará (se quiser) 96 pesos para duas pessoas no restaurante do hotel. o que é bem caro, pelo que é oferecido. fora isso - muito bom e recomendado.
