A pretty generic ski condo hotel. Nice feature: a sunroom part of the room divides off with a glass slider, which gives parents a nice way to segregate from kids. Bad feature: no central heat, only a through-the-wall electric heater, the kind you get in really cheap hotels. Wailing loud fan, no thermostat, no timer. Very courteous staff. Hotel and room was clean comfortable. Will stay at this hotel at the next visit to Waterville.

The hotel is old and not updated. Shower spout was awful, tv small, old, remote old and missing the back, cable wasn't clear at all. The walls are thin, kept getting woke up by the neighbors in the other rooms. The only thing that was nice was the convenience of location to the mountain for smowboarding. The Valley Inn is convenient to everything, affordable and comfortable. We've stayed here before and probably will again.

Disappointed to get a ground floor room with minimal mountain views when the views were specified on the booking. Apart from that though, pleased with the comfort and the quality. Not a lot happening, especially as we were there out of season. Had a good dinner in the center of town. Expect a quiet retreat type of atmosphere.

Upon our arriving at the hotel we didn't have anyone to greet us, but that was expected. The next morning we were greeted by two very friendly people. I enjoyed our conversation, coffee and the recommendation of a place to eat by the name of, "The Stixs". Great food! The management was very accommodating,this made for a great week-end. We had an okay experience at the Waterville Inn. We had a two floor condo room which we didn't expect. It was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Throughout the inn, we could see evidence that the property is not being maintained as well as it could be (peeling wallpaper, dripping faucets, water stains on ceiling, huge spider webs covering outside […] light fixtures). Yet the ambiance in the main lobby area was warm and most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. For the price we paid, it was a bargain! There isn't much around the inn to do, but we did eat at a great restaurant nearby, the Coyote Grill...5 stars for them!! 더 보기

Got the room to stay close to the Loon Scottish Highland Games. The room was really more than we expected and it was close enough to Loon but still very reasonably priced.

No air conditioning on the upper level sleeping area, only on the lower level living space. One fan was supplied to blow cool air up the stairs. The location had vacancies but when we asked to change rooms to one on the 1, 2nd or 3rd floor that were one level with air conditioning we were told that was not possible. in the area? i highly recommend it...... wish they had room coffee pots and they don't have coffee till 7 am...should be earlier.

The original room was not available,the upgrade only had one queen bed for to adult friends,not couple! Then next supposed upgrade had non-a/c room.NOTE, 95 degree @bedtime,very uncomfortable. Second night so hot no a/c in loft,went to front desk requesting fan or any possible dual beds? Alicia checked and found a original requested two queen bedroom,this […] was very much appreciated. This resort village is hurting to maintain a presence of visitors, we had to travel to Lincoln,N.H. To find breakfast and dinners.long drive. Maybe in fall,winter this area is booming. Very poor service the women at the counter could care less what we wanted ,she tried to put us in a standard 2 queen bed studio room when we paid for a 1 bedroom we refused the room and asked for the supervisor she gave us we paid for after 45 minutes,spend a little more and stay at the best western next door!

Two story room with fold-out couch, full bath, kitchenette on first floor and full bath and bed up. It was roomy and nice with a nice view of the mountains. The people were super friendly and accomodating. They had the pack and play I requested all set up for me. Versus on tv so I didn't miss any of the Tour de France either.

Hotel is dated, however we booked it when it was 50% off the advertised rate so it was well worth it for that price. Not sure I would stay here again for full price, but worth it at a discount. It is close to the Village and it is easy to hope on a shuttle up to the hill. They also offer a discounted multi-day lift pass.

At Check In the girl at the desk couldn't find us as a guest staying at the hotel. She checked and finally had to call the manager. The hotel is under new management and it shows in everything they do. We were finally given Room # 209. When we entered the room we immediately noticed that the room faced the front and gave view to a just about empty parking […] lot. The blinds were broken and the slats were bent. I had to bend them. I had to bend them so as to give us privacy in the room. When we finally retired for the night I noticed that what appeared to be a hairdryer that used to be on the bathroom wall was put under the sink and there wasn't a dispenser for the toilet paper. The blanket appeared to be dirty with what appeared to be fecal matter so we removed it from the bed. We checked in on February 13 and were to Check Out on February 15. We decided to sleep a little late on February 14 so I put The Do Not Disturb sign on the door. When we left I placed the Maid sign on the door. When we returned late night the room wasn't cleaned. I went to the desk and mentioned that I had asked to have the room cleaned and it wasn't. I asked for towels and was given them but no appology was given. Considering that the facility appeared to have no guest nothing was done including upgrading us to make us happy or comfortable. I can't recommend this hotel. 더 보기

we stayed there for 2 nights to check out fall colors.. and it was amazing.. we got a 2 floor room.. with and living room downstairs and bedroom upstairs.. the hotel is few mins away for the all the tourist activities and once can get a pass for complimentary bike rides, boating.. etc.. One big -ve point was eating options.. there are not that many […] out there.. one needs to drive down to lincoln which is 30mins away.. but overall .. i will def recommend it.. 더 보기

The hotel was nestled by mountains in a quiet pleasant area. The lobby was rustic and very welcoming. I felt the person at the reception desk could have been friendlier; he seemed to be bored and nonchalant. We had a room on the fourth floor that had two levels.
