위치는 어차피 택시타고 이동하여서 문제가 없었고 실롬지역에 있어서 접근성이 좋고 객실의 넓이와 상태가 너무나도 좋았습니다

쉽게 말해 내가 태국에서 숙박했던 곳들 중에 최고의 아파트였다. 리셉션 직원들은 매우 친절하고 영어를 아주 유창하게 하거나 좋은 영어실력을 가지고 있다. 모든 직원들(보안 직원들과 청소 직원들을 포함해)은 정말, 정말 친절하고, 그들은 그들의 일들을 잘 해냈다. 그 아파트는 24시간 보안과 함께 매우 안전하다. 객실들은 깨끗하고 안락하며, 가격도 매우 적절히 책정되어 있다. Silom road에 좋게 위치했으며, 아파트 옆에 있는 작은 soi에는 훌륭한 음식들을 가진 작은 시장이 있고, 근처에 7/11도 있다. 나는 이곳을 깨끗하고, 안전하고, 친절한 숙박 경험을 원하는 누구에게라도 추천할 것이다.

The hotel was clean and close to all major sites in the Silom area, particularly Lumphini Park. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I emailed the staff several times prior to my arrival in Bangkok and they were extremely helpful in giving advise on airport transfers. Once I arrived, the lady working at the desk was so helpful in giving me directions […] and assisting my taxi driver in translating where I needed to go. She also looked out for my safety! Excellent little hotel right in the heart of Patpong nightlife only 10 minute walk from Chong Nonsi BTS will stay here on my next trip.

Was attracted by the high score review, but was disappointed when I stayed in. Aircon was very noisy and it need to switch off if you want a quite sleep but not only this, and was woke up by the dog shutting. The contraction work is next to the hotel, you will feel frustrated if you stay in room in daytime.and the cleanness of room is not good. This is my second time staying in Baan Silon Soi 3 hotel. I choose to stay here again because of the perfect location in the center of every prime area. Near BTS and also very near to Silom Night Market. Reasonable room rate and on top of that the room is big as well as the bath room too. The staff are very very friendly. There is one night when we reached back the hotel with the door latch accidentally being latched when we left our room in the morning. The staff are so nice and without hesitate they help us to force the door open. This time i noticed that the hotel have improvised its facilities by changing all the door key lock to card locking system. The safe in the room have been changed to a newer version. But i would like to give some feed back regarding the bathroom shower should be replace with new one too because the one in my room have already not functioning well which the water splashes out by the side of the shower head. The blind should be replace with anti-UV penetration curtain so that when anyone wanted to sleep late they won't be disturb by the UV light which is kind of bright although the blind being pull down. One more comments is that the pillow is a little bit too small. Other than that everything is so perfect. It is just like a personal studio apartment. If it is for sale i would consider to purchase a unit. Rating this hotel according to its comfortable, hygiene, staff friendliness, location and facilities, I would give 8.5 out of 10... Great location walking distance to BTS Station right on doorstep to the night market Patpong comfortable and quiet will stay here again on next visit.

Excellent location, very clean hotel and staff were very, very nice. When I return to Bangkok I will stay here again without a doubt.

Very well located. Only 10 mins walk from DjStation, G.O.D, Balcony, Telephone Bar. Very helpful staff, but only one person speaks English, the other guys really speak little or no English at all. When I'm in BKK next, I'll definitely be staying there again.

Hotel is fine, Internet is not. If you need reliable Internet stay somewhere else. Most of the time there is no English speaking staff to assist you to solve problems.

I have been traveling to Bangkok very often, i had stay in many other hotels in different district and i finally found that Baan Silom Soi 3 is the most convenient hotel to stay in and on top of that it is the room is clean, hygiene and comfortable. The best part of Bann Silom Soi 3 is the front desk staff. They will do anything to help make your trip more enjoyable. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The location is […] very good. It is a 5 minute walk to the Chong Noonsi BTS station, a 7 minute walk to the Sala Daeng BTS station and a 10 minute walk to the Silom metro station. The Patpong market is right across Silom Road, but Soi 3 is quiet and peacful. The only minor drawbacks are that it is hard for a cab driver to find since it is a small hotel and it is offest from the room. The hotel is 100 meters from Silom Rod, right past the 7-11 on the right hand side of the road. There are also not the nest sidewalks on Soi 3, but that can be said about much of Bangkok. A simple family-style hotel, cosy and easily accessible from airport.

My room is big enough for 4-5 friends to hand out! The beds and linen are comfy and not coarse at all. The layout is good and I have no problem with finding it the first time on arrival.

This hotel is a little bit difficult to find, but it is a good value in the center of town. It is small, quiet, extremely clean and modern and not expensive... you cannot ask more! They don't have any restaurant or special facilities, but food is abundant around... very nice service from the main service personnel, but lacking sorely in english speaking […] personnel when those main people are not there, which pose a problem if you have urgent request! I had to have a lot of dental work done at the Silom Dental Clinic (which I highly recommend) and Baan Silom 3 is very close. I was pleasantly surprized at how nice it is here. Location: Baan Silom 3 is in the southern part of Bangkok, away from the touristy areas which was exactly what I wanted. The Skytrain was right around the corner and was able to get to where I needed conveniently, including the airport. Great 20 rooms boutique hotel. Spacious, clean, modern decor. Best location, easy walking to both BTS and MRT stations (Sala Deang and Silom). I feel safe walking around the area at night.

I come to Bangkok twice a year for a few weeks and this hotel is my favorite inexpensive hotel in Bangkok. Love it.

I used to live in Silom Rd for 15 I years so I chose this hotel. The most important things for me are location and cleanliness. They are highly recommendable. Yes I will go back there again.

good location not far from transportations, avenues, local and international restaurants and on the street food. Helpful receptionists, sometimes difficulties in understanding, but without adverse consequences. Roms clean, air conditioning, everything working, free internet via wifi etc.

Отель понравился в первую очередь своим расположением, номера чистые но немного старые, персонал как всегда приветлив.

就近BTS和MRT, 步行只需5-10分鐘, 非常方便! 酒店對面已有7-11. 附近就係泰版廟街, 加大量泰式按摩, 價錢實惠! 至於附近既酒吧同「看表演」的地方我就不清楚了, 因女朋友沒興趣觀看..哈哈哈

HOTELS.COMのサイトでは、このホテルの全室に洗濯機・乾燥機付ということで宿泊したが、洗濯機なんてなかった。フロントでクレームを言ったら、ランドリーサービスは有料であるが、洗濯機なんて付いてないと言われ、仕方なく近所のコインランドリーに行った。 至急ホテルの詳細を修正してほしいです。 洗濯機がないなら、このホテルなんて選びませんでした。正確な情報を載せてほしいです。

Super bon hotel, tres propre, tres bien situe a 10 min de marche du skyrtrain silom, il y a de bon cafe dans le secteur ( le bon pain, dunkin dounut...), le marché de nuit patpong a 3 min de marche, on y a sejourne deux nuits et nous avons ete tres satisfait, tres bon rapport qualite prix.

Located at the center of Bangkok, but situated in quiet area. Decent room for reasonable price. But staffs do not speak English well. So I needed to ask staff to call manager for me when I wanted to request anything.
