Hotel Santa Barbara Real - 보고타

Terrible hotel and I will never stay there again. Terrible service, safe didn't work and the beds are harder than the floors.

The best thing this hotel has going for it is its price, cleanliness and friendly staff. After that it's all up in the air: hot shower? depends on time of day; wifi? comes and goes; room service? into cold french fries? wake up service? sometimes... you get the picture.

I did not like the location, it did not have a gym and the service and the restaurant was real bad.

The hotel is really nice, clean and comfortable. Good value for the money. Excellent service and good breakfast buffet. I can only recall two negative points: 1. Barking dogs in the neiborhood all night long, every night. 2. Toilets that can´t even take toilet paper and you have to flush al least twice every time.

My first impressions of this hotel when I saw my room was a feeling of disappointment. It was the SMALLEST and DARKEST hotel room I had ever stayed in ,and I have stayed in ALOT of hotels in my business and leisure travels. I had pre-paid for 4 nights and if I could have gotten my money back, I would have gone elsewhere in a heart beat. Don't let the […] other reviews fool you, the location requires a taxi ride to the nearest mall. If you want to walk, it's about 6 long blocks to Santa Barbara mall or 10 blocks to Unicentral. Very good location: Close to Unicentro, Usaquen and just half block down 7a. Clean, great service and an awesome breakfast. Would definitely go back.

This hotel is conveniently located to UNICENTRO Mall and Usaquen. Very friendly personnel, with a touch of family own. Do not expect 5 star rating quality. Be sure you get a room in the back of the hotel. Street noice can be overwhelming. Great pricing for the room.

This is a very nice, convenient and very good value for money. The bathroom is new and clean.

THE HOTEL IS NEW AND PROPERLY LOCATED HOWEVER, MANAGEMENT NEED TO INCREASE THE WATTAGE OF BULBS USED IN THE ROOMS. ALSO, THE TOWELS ARE VERY ROUGH...THEY NEED CHANGING. THE STAFF VERY HELPFUL..SMILING. HP

This hotel is a good deal. It seems most hotels in Bogota are WAY over priced!. The rooms are modern and the staff is great. it is on a noisy street, so bring ear plugs - overall a good experience.

The hotel is nice and comfortable, the only MINUS would be if you are in Bogota for tourism is far from downtown where all tourism happens, so will take you 30-45 mins to get to downtown from the hotel, on the other side the neighborhood is very nice and you're in the uptown area in Bogota. The staff y VERY friendly and make you feel welcome.

Nice hotel for the money, they deliver what they promise. Don't expect plush accommodations, just a convenient hotel with small, comfortable rooms and a convenient breakfast buffet. Friendly staff.

Relacio precio calidad, bien, cerca a buenos lugares, unicentro, y buenos accesos, en la noche si un poco desolado, pero bien, la atencion muy buena, el personal super bien, muy atentos!!

HOTEL INCOMODO, LAS COMODIDADES QUE OFERTAN EN LA PAGINA NO SE AJUSTAN A LA REALIDAD. BAÑO DE 2 MTS X 1.5 MTS APROX INCOMODO. LA VISTA PANORAMICA QUE OFRECEN ES POR UNA VENTANA DE 30 CM X 20 CM QUE DA A UNA PARED. TOTALMENTE INCONFORME CON EL HOTEL.

Hotel perfeito na relacao custo beneficio para quem tem como objetivo aproveitar a cidade pois oferece boas acomodacoes e precios atratativos

las habitaciones son pequeñas para ser dobles, el servicio es bueno, el entorno es un poco ruidoso por estar en una via con mucho trafico y no poder descansar bien.El desayuno un poco escueto sin mucha variedad.Recomendado para una noche de transito pero no para varios dias

Estuve hospedado 4 noches en este hotel y realmente cumplió con todas mis expectativas, un hotel pequeño y acogedor, ubicación estratégica, decoración de la habitación moderna y de buen gusto. A un precio conveniente.

Muito bom, fiquei hospedada com minha família e voltei em outra data, pois o atendimento é ótimo.

Esperaba una noche tranquila, de reposo despues de un largo viaje. Lo que encontré fue un lugar donde hasta los gemidos de los ebates pasionales de las damas en los cuartos vecinos se escuchaban como si fueran en el cuarto mismo. Encontramos un hotel muy nuevo, con habitaciones muy comodas y bien decoradas. El desayuno estaba muy bien y el personal no podia ser mas amable. Estaba situado en un buen barrio.

Etter en lang flytur på 22 timer, var det veldig deilig å komme til Santa Barbara i Calle 127. Vi ble møtt av et personale som viste hva god service virkelig er. De tok i mot oss som vi var gjengangere. Utover i oppholdet merket vi mer og mer at det norske service nivået har forbedringspotensiale.Vi er kjempe fornøyd med hotellet og er ikke i tvil om […] hvilket hotell vi vil benytte dersom hotell skulle være et alternativ i Bogota. 더 보기
