Hampton Inn and Suites Riverside/Corona East - 리버사이드

I was there a very long time and had no complaints, the gym was clean, the breakfast had a good variety to choose from and plenty of parking.

It was fine, except it's been almost a week and they still have not credited my credit card for the $25 they charge you when you check in. We did not buy anything during our stay.

I thought the service was great, the people was really nice. The only but i pur is the pillows, way to uncomfortable.

Just needed a room for the night. This hotel fit the bill beautifully.

The only thing i din't like from the whole experience was the pillows, to high!

Came in late and manager was really nice. Needs better maps or the area. ie. directions to UC Riverside/CSU Fullerton. Breakfast was great to have before heading out for college preview days. Only complaint is should vaccum elevators more often. But rooms were clean and fine.

My stay was great. The people at the hotel were very friendly and willing to help you anytime. The only problem we had was with the key cards. I had to go 1 night and 2 days without a key card to my room. I felt like a hostage in my room that night because anytime I wanted to leave, I had to get an employee to let me back in.

Enjoyed our stay! The hairdryer didn't work in my room. I told the front desk. They said that they were going to fix it, but when I tried it the next day it still didn't work. Luckily I didn't neet to use it that day which is the day we checked out.

Confy beds, nice personell, and a better than avarage breakfast. Would stay at again!

Great room, nice breakfast, lovely neighborhood. Hotel could be improved a little. There is a lovely fire area next to the pool. The only problem is there is bits of broken glass in the fire pit and it gets out and I found a piece right next to the pool. People also like to sit and smoke there.

The hotel was perfect for us. Quiet. Clean. Good breakfast. Quality for the money!

This was our 4th stay at the Hampton Corona/Riverside. Staff and facility has always been very good. This time, I found a smell in the room (like vinegar) asked for another room on another floor and smell was the same. Hallways didn't smell like the rooms. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay as usual.

This hotel had a great price, great location and was 5 star clean. However, If you are a LIGHT SLEEPER the lack of sound proofing between floors and hallways will keep you awake.

The stay was great . I give it a 5 star . Rooms were very nice . The location is also great . Anyone who stays here will be very happy

I found it very upsetting that I let the desk clerk that I would not be using any in room services, but she demanded that I have a credit card hold, just in case. She was not very accomidating or polite about the fact.

Had a king suite and the people over me were very noisy. They moved me to a king suite on a different floor and I experienced the same problem. The walls and floors in the hotel must be very thin. Other than that the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The room was clean and roomy. The shower was of adequate size and the beds were extremely comfortable.

When we arrived there, the room we were assigned to was not cleaned or ready for us. The front clerk apologized and upgraded our room to a suite which was nice. Our stay was pleasant but the room was a bit warm despite setting the air to cool. Cookies were nice but a bit overbaked. Breakfast was also pretty good.

Although Riverside has many areas that might be considered unsafe and lower economic housing, this hotel is near Corona and in a very good neighborhood. It is a wonderful hotel with staff that was superb. This is the second 4 day stay at the hotel. The breakfast is great with a variety of hot and cold to choose from....the fresh fruit bowl was my favorite. […] Jaccuzi, pool, exercise room and free small private office with computer and internet use was most convenient. Also used the laundry as our visit was extended. There are 5 quick type restaurants across the parking lot....tried most and they are all very good. As we have relatives in Riverside, we'll be back. Also allow dogs with a one time charge for entire stay. 더 보기

We did punch in the address in our GPS and took us somewhere else. Had to look for another Hampton Inn nearby to ask for printed mapquest driving directions and map to finally get to this one!!!. Very hard to find!.

This was just a one night stay for a holiday party. But location, condition of the hotel and room were excellent. Bathroom was spacious. The hotel was quiet with no interior hallway noise or exterior street noise. Would definitely stay again. Front desk both afternoon and following morning were very nice.

Visit was during the heat of the summer. Stayed one evening with family to enjoy the pool, dinner at the pizza place near by. The only negative was the huge cockroach crawling in the sink in my niece's suite. We eventually caught it, killed it and management moved us to another room immediately. No other problems after switching rooms.

I HAVE STAYED AT THIS AND MANY OTHER HAMPTONS, AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO. THE RIVERSIDE/CORONA HAMPTON IS A GREAT DEAL, VERY SECURE AND DOES NOT SEEM TO HAVE THE PROBLEM OF OUTSIDE NOISE ( THIN WALLS) THAT OTHERS HAVE. SEVERAL NICE EATERIES IN VERY SHORT WALKING DISTANCE AND ALSO A DOG PARK WITH SEPARATE AREAS FOR LARGE AND SMALL DOGS!

Hotel is newer, in a good location by shopping and dining and updated style. Rooms are clean but standard.Nice tv with pay-per-view. No vanity outside the bathroom and no vanity mirror. No luggage rack. No bath gel for bathing -just bar soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Just the minimum in amenities. Breakfast very basic. No cut up fruit (like […] most hamptons) just whole fruit. Scrambled eggs (not real) low quality sausage patties, low quality potatoes, self-bake waffles, yogurt, cereal, juices, milk, coffee, tea, toasting breads, mini muffins. Convenient and better than other hotels that offer continental breakfast. Should have fresh cut up fruit. Room rates higher than should be, but still a good stay overall. This hotel does not offer any evening food or beverage other than coffee or hot water. Comfortable beds, medium rate range, rooms not serviced everyday, front desk staff friendly. 더 보기

The hotel was very clean, staff were professional and the breakfast was adequate ( not gourmet but alot better than other hotels we've been in). The hotel is conveniently located to 91 and restaurants/coffee shops nearby. I would recommend staying here.

The hotel was a very nice find after a drive from Anaheim. This was our stop between Anaheim and Disneyland trip and our Las Vegas trip. The hotel is in a newer strip mall area and was in fabulous shape. Nice staff. Great breakfast. Room was very clean and had nice beds. Only bad thing is that on hotels.com it was listed as having a microwave and fridge […] and it had NEITHER. The surrounding area is very nice with a walking path called Riverwalk. There is not much to do in Riverside. There is a minature golf and entertainment ctr. with rides. We had a nice stay except for not having a microwave and fridge in the room to keep our perishables from perishing. 더 보기

Our family was in town for wedding. this was a nice place to stay. Front desk employees were very helpful. Our GPS unit had a hard time finding it and it isn't a hard place to find.

Overall we had a great experince at the hotel which we stayed at from 7/15-7/17. The staff was very nice and the room and hotel were kept quite clean. The only disappointing experience was the breakfast the second morning. Apparently the hotel staff was caught off guard by the size of the group that would be eating that morning since everything was […] out when we arrived at 9:00. Breakfast was to be served from 6-10. There was only one person servicing the area and she obviously couldn't keep up with the crowd and didn't want to ask for help. After inquiring at the front desk they did reallocate staff to the area to get everything filled back up, but there were several people who weren't happy about them being out completely. I'm glad we chose this hotel even though we were given the name of another place closer to our destination. The beds were comfy which ensured a good nights sleep. Breakfast was nice since we had 2 children with us. My only complaint would be that items weren't replaced timely when running out. On the other hand, the attendant went the extra mile when […] running out of syrup. She came up with a bottle of syrup for those of us who had made waffles and found that they were out of syrup packets. THE PLACE WAS NEW. EVERYTHING VERY MODERN AND CLEAN.

I made last-minute reservations for two rooms for several family members, and was anxious that the hotel would turn out okay. I was very pleased with the neighborhood, the condition of the hotel and the service, and it was great to have coffee/breakfast in the hotel. Our group hung out by the pool and patio during our leisure time, and there were restaurants […] and the freeway nearby. The staff was friendly and efficient. me and my family had a great time. and injured the breakfast there. the rooms wetter clean and the beds were soft. all the people working there were very nice.

This hotel is very new and clean, very reasonable price. I'll stay there again if I go to Riverside.

Hampton Inn Riverside, California was a great overnight stay! From check In to check out everyone was helpful! The room was clean and the beds were so comfortable with soft sink into pillows! The breakfast was great my two little grandsons loved all the choices...and so did I...being a diabetic! Thank you!
