반 라이마이 비치 리조트 (Baan Laimai Beach Resort) - 까투

호텔의 위치가 훌륭하다. 직원들은 매우 멋지고 협조적이었다. 객실들은 크고 넓다. 전반적으로 우리의 숙박은 환상적이었다.

다정한 직원들, 훌륭한 음식, 해변에 바로 있는 훌륭한 위치. 수영장은 멋지고 컸으며 훌륭한 스윔 업 바를 가지고 있었다. 호텔의 새로운 부분이 거의 마무리 되고 있었는데 곧 개장할 것으로 보인다. 이 호텔을 추천할 것이다.

혼자 여행하는 여행자인 나는 Patong에 있는 수많은 호텔들에 숙박해 왔고, 이곳은 내가 가장 좋아하는 곳이다. 나는 3달마다 한번 씩 휴가를 가고 다른 대체적인 숙박시설을 더 이상 고려하지 않을 것이다. 객실들은 깨끗하고, 직원들은 친절하고 협조적이며, 모든 종류의 음식을 제공하는 아침식사에, 길 건너에 바로 해변이 있고.. 나는 직원들이 얼마나 협조적이고 친절하며 공손한지도 언급해야 한다. Bann Laimaid, 고마워요, 몇 주 뒤에 다시 봐요.

We had some trouble with the shower and air conditioning at the beginning of the trip. We had to switch rooms twice. But they up graded us to a nicer room with a view, which was nice. The breakfast wasn't included but we ate there twice and it was delicious. Dinner was a bit pricey, but great food. The elevator was not in service yet, as it's a new […] building. That would have been nice to know prior, as we were on the top floor. However they did make me a delicious birthday cake on my special day, a nice personal touch. 더 보기

Very slow check in, and even slower check out, other then that nice hotel!

Front desk was very slow at check and check out process. Took 1 hour to get checked in then 20 minutes to check out. They needed more employees who know how to run a front desk.

This hotel has some pros and cons... But for the price it is a great stay. All the reviews about the front desk are true. They are slow and their English isn't the best. They do they their best though. Most of their stuff is done with paper as opposed to on a computer so that slows down the process. The rooms are nice. Ours was muggy and we couldnt […] get the temperature to regulate right. It also had a musty smell. However we were out and about so much it wasn't a huge issue. The pool and poolside bar are absolutely amazing. It was one of the biggest lagoon pools I have ever seen at a hotel. The water was super clean. The location of the hotel is perfect. I would not send my dog to stay at this hotel! The location is great but the staff at this place was horrible! It will take you over an hour to get checked in, and do not expect housekeeping unless you work out a bribe with an individual maid. Despite repeated calls to the reception area I could never get my room cleaned even after 3 days. Their english […] language proficiency is almost non existent, which is apalling considering most of their guests are foreign. Some great things about this hotel - fantastic restaurant food, the service and cocktails at the bar, great live band at night, the beautiful pool and the great location. There were some things that let down this hotel though. The old rooms were not nice, (the new side was ok), but we had a leaking aircon in the room, the beds were like concrete, the […] reception was unorganised so check out, and getting help took a long time, the service charges were expensive ( a small amount of clothes washed cost about $70 Australian) The hotel offered storage of our bags after check out until we had to leave for the airport and a shower room for freshening up before our flight, which we thought was great, until we got a key to a used, filthy room with rubbish everywhere. Not what we were expecting. A staff member broke the handle on our suitcase and we asked for the cost to be rectified, which it was by reception, but a staff member was upset about the money, (we presumed it is deducted from their pay) and he threatened my husband if we didn't give it back! We thankfully had the support of a staff member who knew us and he agreed to deal with the situation for us (we were on the way to the airport!) Overall I would say to eat at the restaurant, enjoy the great cocktails at the bar and the band at night, take a swim in the pool but we won't be staying here next time. 더 보기

If you are looking for a great pool in great location, this is it. But if you want a decent room, you would need to pay more and take the room with pool view as the other buildings are old with bad bathrooms whereas the poolview rooms are brand new. The service was poor both in reception and restaurant and also very slow in the restaurant. Although location was great and access to the beach (right cross the street) there, the hotel staff were mostly rude and not very well trained. They did not care about customer's concerns (we noticed many people complaining) given they are on a hot location and always on demand by tourist. If you want just relax or party this is it. Great location, seconds from the beach or should I say right on the beach. Great pool area and Resturant. The cleaning of the rooms was very late at 4 o clock. Twice we had to ask for clean towels and free water. There was no advising where to phone to the reception. The furniture was a good bed and a sofa but no chairs. The chairs at the balkon was very nice but a small table was missing. When we left you wanted to charge us for 2 water. It is not good […] enought for a luxery room. We had not taken anything from the bar. No signs in the room in case of fire. All together a very good hotel. But there are things you can do better. Your staff in the pool bars plays terrible music very high not music for elder people. The hotel is under construction in the future I am sure it is going to be a very luxery hotel 더 보기

This happened a few times in Thailand. Reserved a double bed and when we arrived they told us they only had train beds. We ended up switching to a room with a double on day two. Then on the third day they upgraded us to a poolside room but when we moved in it was back to twins. I didn't even bother to complain, just moved the beds together. We arrived at Baan Laimai due to our previous hotel destination being totally unacceptable. My wife and I had 1 Deluxe Pool view room on the 6th floor and our 16 yr old daughter had another all to herself. Baan Laimai has a great location right on the beach and close to all the hotspots of Patong. Very nice rooms and initially great service from reception. […] Breakfast was really pleasant and a great variety most days. Now comes the "but", our rooms were separated by another room that happened to contain at one count 12 or more youngish guys that as it turns out were booked into rooms on either side of us as well as other rooms elsewhere in the hotel. Their idea of the right time to START partying in the room was 2.00 in the morning, and continue all night. Initially I politely asked them to tone it down, which lasted 10 mins. The next one was a little more persuasive, 20 mins. Rang hotel reception, they had very little effect at all, so threatened to ring the police due to the unmistakable odour in the air, this worked the 1st night. But this continued for 6 nights. Apparently another party had already booked out due to their behavior, and reception were not very helpful. WE were offered rooms hidden away around the corner to which we declined, so with some more persuasion and ear plugs we survived. Nice hotel, check your neighbours first though. 더 보기

The hotel is right across the street from the beach and there is ALL kinds of shopping and restaurants all around. Great walking distance to both. The beds were hard as a rock! The double beds are like getting a super single so if you need to share a bed then I do not recommend staying here. My husband had to share the bed with our youngest daughter […] and my older daughter slept on a cot that supposedly was more comfortable then the bed. The room is small with some sort of in-closed patio. The windows have no curtains so forget about it if you want to sleep in. NO good nights sleep here. The entire pool area was under construction so NO swimming. Thank goodness we only stayed one night here and was out of there by 12 pm. Cant tell you how the food was-we were suppose to have a free breakfast but slept past that since we got in so late. Maybe this is the place for some young party kids that just need a place to crash where all the action is but NOT for families or older people who prefer comfort and amenities as well. 더 보기

Hotelets service kunne godt være lidt bedre nogle dage manglede der håndklæder og toiletpapir. Maden var rigtig god, og tjænerne var meget flinke. Lidt dyrt at få vasket tøj på hotellet. Dejlig belligenhed tæt på strand shopping og masser af gader der bare er gang i. Det enda positiva med detta hotell är läget nära stranden. Dyrt, städningen strulade med att de glömde lämna nya handdukar, glömde lämna schampoo och duschtvål. Väldigt segt vid in- och utcheckning p.g.a. för lite personal... Ej att rekommendera.

Hotellia voi kyllä suositella. Erinomainen sijainti, kivat huoneet ja allasalue oli iso. Palvelu pääasiallisesti hyvää vaikka respassa palvelu oli välillä hidasta. Keskeisen sijainnin haittapuolena oli meteli... välillä kadun ja baarin ääni kuului, ainakin meidän huoneeseen. Myöskin alueen lähellä rakennusmeteli haittasi päiväsaikaan.

Dårlig service i receptinonen, en del skarpe kanter i swimming poolens bund, hvilket medførte et par dybe rifter i foden. Vi havde en del problemer med, at der ikke var varmt vand i bruseren. dette klagede vi over 6 gange, hvor de lavede det hver gang, og næste aften havde vi problemet igen. Alt i alt et ok hotel, men ikke til den pris vi gav.

Reception var lite immøtewkommende med fryktelig dårlige engelsk kunnskaper. Musikken i hotelets bar var meget forstyrrende,og alt for høyt. Solsengene ved svømmebassenget var meget harde og ukomfortable. Meget god og variert frokost. Hotelets restaurant var topp og det er rart at blant de mange tripadvisor anmeldelser ingen har nevnt hvor god og variert […] mat var der. Hotellet är inte i toppskick, men dom verkar jobba på att rusta upp det. vi trivdes dock väldigt bra här pga den trevliga personalen och bra service (dock så är in och utcheckning inte i närheten av smidigt om ändå vänligt). brukar inte äta mer än nödvändigt på själva hotellet men här jobbade vi faktiskt upp en anständig rumsnota. poolbaren gör sköna […] drinkar, happy hour hela dagen :) stor pool som nog passa de flesta. restaurangen var oxå bra, livemusik varje kväll, och kypare som var lite alerta än vad dom ibland är i Thailand. även rest. baren hade generös happy hour, vilket gör det till ett bra ställe att börja/avsluta på. hotellet lyses upp förnämligt på kvällen och kommer då till sin rätt. ganska mkt folk i barerna och restaurangen så det kändes aldrig ödsligt eller konstigt att slå sig ner. inget partyställer heller så ganska lugnt. partyt ligger dock inom promenad avstånd (bangla road) stranden bara över gatan, ändå känns hotellet avskilt från patong så det kan vara din lilla oas om så önskas. 더 보기

Hotellet ligger med närhet till stranden, bara tvärs över vägen. Även shoppingcentret Jungceylon ligger inom promenadavstånd (ca 10 minuter). Stort och välskött poolområde. Frukostbuffen är mycket fin och kaffet är utsökt! Personalen är mycket trevlig. Alla hotell i Thailand verkar ha minst en vinkelslip och även gärna en cirkelsåg gående konstant dagtid. […] Så är även fallet med Baan Lamai. Renovering och reparation är inget man gör klart utan det verkar vara en process mer än ett projekt (färdigdatum saknas) på de flesta ställen i Thailand. Se upp med att använda ditt kreditkort på hotellet. De debiterar dig i din hemvaluta (SEK) till en mycket dålig kurs utan att fråga dig först. Detta vill du inte vara med om eftersom din bank gör konverteringen billigare. Begär vänligt att de debiterar dig i den lokala valutan THB. Var beredd på att musiken från scenen kommer att höras ordentligt beroende på var ditt rum ligger. Slutligen vill jag verkligen rekommendera hotellet men Patong är ju Patong med allt vad det innebär. 더 보기

Det var mye tull med rengjøring av rommene måtte enkelte dager vente til klokken 6 på kvelden før romene ble rengjort slik at man kunne få tatt en dusj. og veldig ofte manglet det håndklær og det kunne ta enda en time før vi fikk nye.Veldig mye rot

酒店位置很好，出门就是巴东beach. 侧面有条小巷可以通到购物中心。游泳池很大环形的绕酒店各个大楼一圈。房间干净舒适，是不错的选择。我们住的是标间，如果住两个以上的大人，酒店是要收取加床费的，而且价格不低，当初订这个酒店的时候是5折优惠，后悔没有预先订加床。

Ligger precis vid Patong Beach. Nära till de mesta här ifrån. Helt ok hotell. Bodde i rum med pool utsikt och utan. Tummen upp för pizzan på hotellets restaurang!

toegang eigenlijk alleen vanaf de boulevard. Bagage lopend naar receptie brengen via terras. Ontbijtbuffet slecht gesitueerd in onafgewerkte ruimte.

De billigaste priserna avser den äldre delen av hotellt, se upp! (inte så dåligt, men nya delen är bättre). Jag är riktigt nöjd med standarden och läget. Stort rum. Lite av en byggarbetsplats på ena flygeln, men endast vissa oljud dagtid. Jag är jättenöjd.

年末年始2泊しました。窓から見える景色やプールも良くのんびり滞在できました。アメニティイは簡素だったので持参した方が良いかもしれません。赤ちゃん連れでしたが朝食やベットメーキングの際にそれ用のちび枕やクッションを用意してくれたりと配慮してくれたりありがたかったです。良い滞在でした。

Fräscht och prisvärt. Lite pågående om/tillbyggnation men inget som störde. Vill man sova före 23 ska man välja ett annat hotell, då det är live-band som uppträder på hotellets restaurang om kvällarna.

Kjempebraservice hos betjening som også er hyggelige, veldig ok frokost, totalopplevelse forstyrres av renoveringen som gjør at oppleves støynede og ligge ved bassenget (som forøvrig er veldig bra), mye musikklyder på kveld men ikke mer enn forventet når velger bo ved beach road.

there is still construction ongoing, we had to wait more than 2 hours for check in - finally after 4PM we got our rooms. The rooms are clean but no space in the bathroom to place anything there like a tooth brush or anything else. Wireless isn´t working in all rooms - no cable connection in the room.

Dette hotel er helt nyrenoveret, faktisk er de stadig i gang med at renovere, men det er ikke noget der er til gene for hotellets gæster. Dejligt pool-område, store værelser, god morgenmad, tæt på stranden og i gåafstand til natteliv, shopping og restauranter - dog uden at man bliver generet af larmen.

Hotellet er super fint, og ligger perfekt lige ved patong strand og kort gå afstand til Bangla road og shopping. Servicen er rigtig god, lækker pool område og god morgenmadsbuffet. Hotellet var under ombygning, så i dagstimerne var der en del støj ved poolen... Vi havde booket room med no view, hvilket virkelig var no view, da vinduerne var muret til...men […] stadig super lækkert og gode rummelige værelser. 더 보기
