레단 아파트먼트 (Redan Apartments) - 세인트 킬다

The whole building is tired and in need of some serious upkeep and repairs. We were awoken at 0330 hrs by the alarm bell screaming and no one had any idea why until it was found later that a tenant pushed all the entrance buttons as she did not have a key. No duty Manager on site and when telephoned about the female and the alarm he said "phone the […] police"! Positive aspect is the nice area and close to trams etc and good free secure car parking. We will not stay here again until we are satisfied that it has been improved as it is certainly not deserving of its rating of 3 stars. 더 보기

Very dirty, run down building and room. We were quite disgusted considering the price. I doubt the rooms are being serviced by professional cleaners. Yuck! Don't stay here!

It is good only if you dont get anyother accomodation in melbourne we booked it since on new yr nothing was available room is not presentable and not worth the amount we paid....no shampoo/soap is given or bedding change is done...shops are far too from the location overall bad experience...will defenitely not recommend..

It was a nice room......bathroom was a little small!!! the beds were nice and comfortable and the room was lovely and warm. One problem was that the cleaners didnt check the microwave and there was someone elses old food in there....yukky!!!! Overall we enjoyed our stay....close to tram stops!!!!

The apartments are in desperate need of a refurb. The carpets are stained and generally dirty. The soft furnishings (pillows) had stains from bodily fluids. The bathroom door could not be closed as it hit the toilet. There were no face washers. No shampoo etc. The milk in the fridge was a half empty 2 lt bottle. There was no iron or ironing board. The […] shower alcove was in need of a good cleaning. The water pressure was non existant. The springs in the bed could be felt through the sheets. The access pad to allow you into the car park had no illumination and you needed a torch to enter your code after 6pm. All in all this was below backpacked standard and does not deserve any starts on its rating. 더 보기

Room were cold. Internet was 10 $ a day without a reception in all rooms. Good point, you have your own kitchen

Perfect location for me but not recommendable to anyone really. It was almost clean, but broken furniture and kitchen utencils, door to shower almost impossible to either open or close, showers with no pressure.... the list can be made long. Not too expensive and I could consider staying there again just because of the location!
