유료셔틀버스가 있지만 시간이 안맞아 친절한 안내원의 도움으로 기차를 타고 공항에 다녔음.

이 호텔의 위치는 훌륭하다. 그곳은 많은 작은 상점들과 철도에 가깝다. 우리는 도쿄와, 신주쿠, 그리고 Harajuku로 가는 기차를 탔다. 이 호텔에 대한 한 가지 단점은 프론트 데스크 직원들의 서비스가 느리다는 것이다.

Stayed only one night, but everything went well - from the check-in information prior to arrival, the effective check-in at front desk and quite, fresh and clean room, even if small. Unfortunately, I cannot review this hotel as Delta Airlines caused us a seven hour delay. The trains had stopped running. A Delta employee called the hotel, but they were unable to send a shuttle at that time of night. Therefore, I paid for a hotel that I was unable to use. very clean and convenient. no complaints.

I find the Japanease people the most friendly and polite people in the world. This hotel was perfect because it had everything you need and for such a low price. The front desk staff was always smiling, and very polite in everything they did. The room was small but it was cosy. I got a single but the bed was a lot bigger than a single bed you would […] expect and very comfy. They even provided a bed gown. Free fast internet and a free shuttle bus to get to the airport. This hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the Narita train station, and about a 25-minute bus ride from the airport. A free shuttle service is provided and certain times throughout the day. Hotel is ok only for a few hrs stay- room is small. Breakfast didn't have a large display. Dinner was disappointingly european. Only great attraction was the walk to the temple and park.

The hotel is fairly new and conveniently located. It is about one block to the Keisei train station, about four blocks to the JR train station. The train trip to central Tokyo takes about 1 1/4 hrs. The hotel offers free shuttle service to the airport. We used the shuttle both from and to the airport. It was reliable and convenient. Note that the last shuttle is at 2:30 PM. This is a great property near both Narita train stations and very competitively priced. My room was comfortable, the staff were great and I will definitely stay here again given an opportunity to do so!

Wish I had more time to stay. Unfortunately, my airlines got the dates wrong and I had to cut short my trip by one day. Your staff was wonderful in getting me to the airport. Although I was late and had to rebook my flight your team was great in helping me every way they could.

Nice hotel, but if you arrive early, expect to pay a high fee charged by the hotel. Additionally, wait for the free shuttle bus (runs every 90 minutes), or take the train (very close to the hotel). Taking a taxi is supprisingly expensive for a ten minute ride. I was not pleased with the hotel food service. Many other options close by. The Richmond Hotel is a great hotel for a great price. It is within walking distance of Keisei Narita station (about 10 min train ride from the airport) and has a free shuttle to the airport. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are new and modern.

Good, clean hotel convenient to airport and rail system. We toured Japan and reserved a room at the Richmond Hotel for the night before we returned home. This allowed us to go sight seeing as long as we wanted and the take the train to Narita station. Narita has two stations, both only blocks from the hotel. I had a great experience at the Richmond. I spent one night in Narita and I highly recommend this hotel. Shuttle dosen't run in the afternnon.We didn't know and no information at the timetable shuttle pannel. My 5 years ols daughter and I were waitting for one houra and at the end we took a taxi. Following earlier postings for directions from train to hotel were spot on. After going thru exit gate, Go three levels down and turn left. Used hotel shuttle for return to airport. The hotel staff spoke enough english to assist us. One issue we had was when paying for our late checkout with credit card we were told our card had an error so we used […] cash(called the credit card company only to be told that the pin number was not entered at time of transaction. Our own fault for not realizing it at the time) Took shuttle bus to Aeon Mall. Bus stop is outside train station (The main exit on upper level) also use this exit to walk to Temple. (turn right after exit from station and follow the road. Takes 15 minutes) Hotel room is comfortable-had double comfort room. Had complimentary wifi-used IPad with no problems. Very nice hotel, room, and service. Included meal vouchers a bonus. The room was small compared to western standards, but very livable none the less. The double room had two beds stuck together and was adequate for my wife and I plus our 3yr and 5yr old kids. The only complaint is that it was further from the airport than expected. Stayed one night before flying home from Narita. Very clean and comfortable; soft pillows and mattress which is a rarity in Japan. There are convenience stores about 100 yards away. Close to the train station, about 1/2 mile away. A newer hotel, fresh and comfortable.

Two train stops from Narita airport so good place to stay if overnighting before catching a flight from Narita airport. Access from long stairway to street level from the station. Would be difficult to walk to if you have a large amount of luggage. Hotel and room was excellent. Has on-site restuarant. More than an hour by train to get to Asakusa.

The room is suitable for one person or 2 max but it is modern and neat. Quiet environment, but it is walking distance to the closed transportation. Fairly easy to get to from the airport (two stops on the Keisei train line from terminal 1 and one stop from terminal 2). The airport stations are located in the terminals and the hotel is about a three minute walk from the Narita train station. Be aware that there are no elevators or "down" escalators at the Narita station so, if you have luggage, […] it is a bear carrying it down those flights of stairs. The rooms are very small for American standards, but that is how it is in Japan. Many fun typically Japanese sights within walking distance, especially the Narita Buddhist Temple grounds and park. Good location, staff was very helpful - would definitely go back.

Lovely stay in this sweet little town. There is a nice walk through town but it's hard to find in the dark. Try to get there during daylight so you can find your way from the train down to the hotel. It's a short walk as long as you take the right way. Hotel has free shuttle service to the airport (not that you need it since train is so close, but shuttle […] is very convenient). I tried their 2800 Yen dinner set, which I thought was good value. I can recommend it. Rooms aren't spacious but I didn't expect them to be. They fit the bill as airport hotel perfectly. Shuttle was free and included.

I stayed at the Richmond on my way home for a visit between semesters in Japan. The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are comfortable. It's also a perk for non-Japanese speakers that the people at the front desk speak English very well, which isn't true for all of Japan (my fiance doesn't speak a word of Japanese, and I played translator a lot […] while he was visiting). Those unfamiliar with Japan should note that the rooms are small by American standards, as space in Japan is at a premium, especially so close to Tokyo. I stayed at the Richmond Hotel on two occasions recently and was very impressed with the hotel. It is about two years old and spotless. The rooms are small and elegantly designed, and perfect for up to a 2-3 day stay. The hotel has an attached restaurant that offers good value breakfast buffets with both Japanese and Western style food - 1000 jpy to […] guests. I noticed the restaurant was busy with locals in the evenings too. The hotel does offer a complimentary bus service to Narita Airport up to very early afternoon. Not much use for anyone arriving in the afternoon or evening. However, it is very easy to get to/from using the Keisei line railway from the airport - it is the first stop - Narita City - fare 250 jpy. Look to your left as you slow down as you enter Narita City station - you can't miss the hotel. To get to the hotel from the station, look for steps going down directly opposite where you go through the ticket machine. Follow this underpass and turn left when you get to the streeet level. Hotel is ahead of you about 120 yards. There is a 24 hour Lawson convenience store very close (think 7-11 stores). Most guests appear to be Japanese, and you will find that the TV does not carry CNN or the BBC. One of the best things is that you are in the city of Narita, which has a wonderful temple within a pleasant 20 minute stroll - the Narita-san Temple along with several other historic temples, a Museum of Calligraphy and a beautiful park area to wander around in. Narita City has many good restaurants and bars - which are frequented by many airline crews from around the world, so several places speak English. I travel to Japan fairly often, and have stayed at several hotels in the Narita area over the years, and this hotel is the best value/best location by far. 더 보기
