직원들에 의해서 특별해게 만들어진 수준 높은 호텔입니다. 이곳에서 나머지 여행을 위해서 몸과 마음을 준비했습니다. 현지 식당들과 비교해 보면 비싸긴 하지면 다양한 종류의 와인들과 질 좋은 음식이 있습니다. 호텔은 호이 안에서 좀 떨어져 있어서 택시가 비쌌기 때문에 시내로 오가는데 더 많이 갈아타야 했습니다. 전체적으로 직원들은 세심하고 항상 미소를 지었습니다. 정말 다시 오고 싶은 곳입니다!

건물은 아름답고 뷔페 아침식사도 좋습니다. 서비스 부서는 조금 더 분발할 필요가 있으나 노력은 하는것 같습니다. 5성급에 아주 가깝습니다.

모든 면에서 기막히게 좋은 호텔입니다. 비가 오는 날씨였기 때문에 두 개의 일체의 경비가 포함된 스파를 매일할 수 있는 것은 진정한 보너스였습니다. 직원들은 폭우가 손님들에게 가능한 작은 방해만을 야기하게끔 하는데 놀라운 재주가 있었습니다. 모든 빌라안의 전용 수영장은 멋졌습니다! 어떤 점에서든 호텔의 흠을 잡을 수가 없습니다. 다시 가고 싶습니다!

이 호텔은 사랑스런 컨셉과 레이아웃을 가지고 있지만 서비스가 끔찍하다! 온천은 극도로 비전문적이고 체계적이지 못하다. 빌라는 멋지고 깨끗하며 조용해서 좋았다. 아침식사는 그들이 주장한 대로 한 사람 당 주었고, 당신이 원하는 어디에서나 & 아무 때나 먹을 수 있었지만 나는 뷔페식 아침식사를 하는 것을 제안한다. 따로따로 시키는 아침식사는 굉장할 정도도 아닌데다 양도 너무 적다! 온천도 괜찮았지만 굉장하지는 않았다. 온천을 예약하는 것도 힘들다. 그들은 항상 당신이 언제 이용할 것인지를 묻지만, 내가 숙박하는 4일 동안 나는 내가 선호한 시간에 온천을 한 번도 이용할 수 없었다. 하루는 온천을 예약하는 것을 포기했다. 빌라 안에서 단순히 휴식을 취하기에는 좋지만 나는 다른 리조트를 갈 것이다.

환상적인 호텔, 매우 세심하고 유쾌한 직원들. 수영장이 달린 아름다운 방에서 며칠밤 쉬기에는 완벽한 장소. 당신의 방에서 먹을 수 있는 환상적인 아침식사, 수영장 옆에서 따로 음식을 시켜먹을 수 있고, 그 안에는 뷔페식임. 음식의 질은 정말 좋았고 점심식사 또한 훌륭하다. 온천이용도 훌륭하고 제한이 없어 당신이 모든 것을 시도해 볼 수 있다. 이곳은 최상의 품질에 대한 경험이었다. 이 호텔에 있는 한 가지 단점은 호텔이 Hoi Ann에서 19km 떨어진 곳에 있어서 호텔에서 걸어갈 수 있는 거리 내에 볼 만한 것이 아무것도 없다는 점이다. 호텔은 하루에 3번 셔틀버스를 운행하지만 차 시간이 좋지는 않아서 우리는 당신이 있는 […] 나라를 고려했을 때 꽤 비싼 택시를 타야했다. 만약 당신이 호텔 밖에 나가서 도시로 걸어갈 수 있는 곳을 선호한다면, 이곳은 당신을 위한 장소는 아니지만 만약 당신이 며칠간의 휴식을 필요로 한다면 이곳은 당신이 갈만한 곳이다. 하지만 건물 앞에 있는 해변에서 끊임없이 걸을 시간이 있어서 당신은 여전히 운동을 할 수 있고, 해변의 아름다움은 당신이 지역 어부들 몇몇을 제외하고는 다른 사람을 찾아보기 힘들다는 것이다. 더 보기

This was our 2nd stay at fusion maia and was just as wonderful as the first time. The villas are spacious confortable and relaxing. The pool is great as well. The massages are excellent and proffessional. Breakfast is great with a large selection. We had such a great stay and cant wait to go back again.

What a beautiful hotel! The staff were delightful. Spa was superb - I had 7 fantastic treatments in my 2 day stay. The room was fantastic and having my own pool was fabulous. Such a lovely location. I will definitely be going back again. I took the shuttle bus to Hoi An which is a fascinating place and I would recommend a visit.

One of the best hotels we ever stayed at, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the free spa treatments is just a bliss. Overall a great stay and the touch that you can have breakfast on the beach or anywere else you want at any time is just so nice, and makes you feel special.

Absolutely amazing resort. The only criticism is that the servers in the restaurants were too attentive. Best hotel/ resort I've ever stayed in. Great for a romantic get away or for those in search of peaceful solitude.

the total experience is exceptional - we stayed for 5 nights mid April 2012.. only wish we had stayed longer - didnt want to leave. The room is amazing (we had a pool villa) the pool is so warm any time of the day. I spent the first few days of my 2 week holiday AMAZED at how perfect this resort was! I was initially on my own and then joined by family who booked out separate pool villas. My pool villa was spacious, open, and immaculate. It continued to be a haven of sorts that I was happy to return to on a daily basis. Very new and clean, well-maintained, and […] extremely private. It felt like a small unit with a lounge area, wardrobe, coffee maker, ipod dock, even your own robe, flip-flops and beach bag. And importantly, the king size bed was wonderfully comfortable. Unfortunately there is a decorative piece of material which drapes over the frame and it was slightly annoying but only because I like to read and it blocked the already dim bedside lamp.The bathroom was huge with floor to ceiling windows overlooking own pool, courtyard, outdoor shower, table & chairs + 2 lounges. Very relaxing, free treatments are great, free shuttle bus to hoi an, all the staff are great and really friendly. Excellent breakfast! The rooms are awesome, private pool is great. Food is a little expensive for vietnam standards but is good quality.

We booked this hotel expecting to relax and enjoy the facilities offered after a hectic 3 week tour of Vietnam. We were not disappointed. The staff were clearly the most friendly and helpful we encountered in Vietnam. The pool villa was fantastic and provided a quiet area to relax and keep cool in the hot/humid conditions. The spa treatments were excellent and the staff encouraged us to utilise this service which is incorporated into the daily room cost. Hotel was everything you could hope for. Ok, within the hotel, prices are more western than local as expected. But the service was second to none. Distance to hoi an may be a good twenty min drive and locally not much to do (monkey mountain is close) but in fairness all the best hotels are out of town. However free shuttle is at convenient times ( book […] in advance ) and taxi's are relatively cheap (10 euros one way). Some reviewers have complained about spa availability. I can assure you that they will make sure each resident will have at least two treatments available each day. What they cannot do however is facilitate everyone at the same time ( peak being around 5-7pm) or at a moments notice. Be practical, plan a little and you won't have a problem. If I am honest the treatments aren't the worlds greatest; what it is really is just abit of indulgence nicely done. Breakfast?? The best we had in Vietnam without a shadow of a doubt. We also had dinner one evening and that was v good also (choose the local dishes much cheaper). Rooms are a treat, each is like a private condo with your own pool. Other good bits: free use of iPads in bar area (nice touch). Great coffee and wine. Lovely beach area and infinity pool. Kids room (we travelled with a 16 month boy) and games room with pool table and consoles ( closes too early if I have one gripe). This hotel won't be for all, you won't experience the real Vietnam here but you will experience a haven away from it all after a day in hoi an. Чисто, уютно, хорошие номера. Из отрицательных характеристик: не очень большая территория отеля; на пляже практически постоянно стоит красный флаг (5 дней из 8), и поэтому нельзя купаться. Если заходишь в море при поднятом красном флаге, сотрудники отеля требуют выйти из воды. Но в целом отличное соотношение цена - качество.

部屋もスパもプールもコストパフォーマンスも最高。あえてダメ出しするなら、食事がいまひとつな点と、従業員対応が少々雑な点。でも、そんなことは些細なことだと思えるほどに素晴らしいです。是非、また行きたい。

Vackert beläget ställe med skönt klimat och makalöst bra service. Stället får toppbetyg av oss. Rent och snyggt (byggt omkring 2010). Inte billigt, men ej heller dyrt.

スパ施術用の部屋はたくさんあるが、セラピストが居ないためか、なかなか思うように予約が取れない。またレセプションで対応してくれる方の能力にもばらつきがあり英語が通じなかったり（あまりに訛が酷くて何を言っているかわかりにくかった）空きがあるのに一杯だと面倒に答えたり、気持ちのよいサービスが全てで受けられるとは言いがたい。セラピストもお喋りをして手抜きされたのでその場で注意しレセプションにも伝えたが、全体へのフィードバックが行われておらず、これからも改善される余地が少ないかもしれない。フロントで対応してくれるホテルマンもとてもよくしてくれる人とそうではない人との差が激しく、こちらもこれから改良されることを望みます。 ヴィラのお庭にあるチェアーには日除けが無く、屋外で使用できる蚊取り線香みたいなもの […] も無いのでプライベートプール付きでも、あまり自室で寛ぐことは難しいです。 더 보기
