오션뷰 호텔 & 레지던스 (Oceanview Hotel & Residences) - 괌

I am very satisfied with staying this hotel. People working at the information counter are kind. They provided me a free shuttle from/to the airport. I want to stay this hotel again on next vacation. Thank you for recommending me this hotel!!

사실 room rate이 저렴하여 묵었던 호텔.... 전반적으로는 깔끔하였으나, 신관과 구관의 시설의 차이가 많이 났음. 가격대비는 so so ..

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel and both times were very happy. The bedroom is clean and the beds very comfortable. The price is very reasonable considering there is a view of the ocean from the balcony. The hotel is in a great position, less than 10 minutes walk from the main beach. The walls by the bath could be a bit cleaner […] and the toilet is prone to blocking at times. (This tends to be a Guam problem not a problem specific to the hotel.) Recommendable for family tourist and especially backpack tourists ! Why ? 1. pay very affordable rate ~ (more low price when reserved on-line beforehand) 2. provide good service and care ~ 3. free shuttle ride between hotel and airport at any time, 24/7 (I wish you don't forget tips for shuttle driver ~) 4. Easy access to downtown and beach ~ 5. […] dining places and stores nearby ~ 6. Red bus(One-day, 5-day tickets) stops nearby. The hotel is in a very convenient location. The hotel staff are very helpful and courteous. The room is very clean and well maintained. The hotel is close to all the places you want to see. The hotel price is very reasonable and the place is very cozy. The staff are very warm and makes you feel comfortable.

I know that "nice" can be a bit nondescript but that's what first comes to mind. While it is not luxurious it is very satisfying and has everything that you will need and probably want. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a very fast hard wired internet connection in the room. The TV was old style but adequite. Everything in the bathroom […] worked fine. There's a large pool with lounge chairs spread around. The staff was super nice - five stars to them. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance and there are busses readily available or local sightseeing, shopping, etc. If you are looking in this price range you should consider staying at the Ocean View - you will receive good value. 더 보기

Friendly staff made the stay all the more enjoyable. Good exercise too walking up the driveway :-)

My family was so delighted by the location of the hotel overlooking the beautiful scene of Tumon Bay but quite disappointed of our expectation that it is still a partner of Outrigger Hotel which is located right infront of the beach. However, we discovered days later that we can still enjoy the beaches even though we don't stay on any hotel located […] along the beach. セフティボックス、電話、テレビすべてだめで、メンテナンスもなかなかきてくれない。やっと半ばに部屋を替えてくれた。何回も利用しているが、今回は対応が、遅く、ひどかった。

本館のコンドミニアムへの宿泊でした。シャワーが固定式であることや、エアコンの音が大きいなどのマイナス点もありますが、総じて快適に過ごせました。 ただ、帰国日の空港送迎を頼んでおり、１１時のチェックアウト時にフロントスタッフからその旨の確認があったにも関わらず、ドライバーにきちっと伝わっていなかったのか、指定の１４時３０分になっても車が来ず、結局フロントスタッフの１人に送ってもらうことになりました。 また、滞在中はずっとレンタカー利用だったので、よく言われる「心臓破りの坂」は一度しか歩いていませんが、言われるほど急ではないような気がします。

今回は７泊ではじめてこのホテルを選んだ。心臓やぶりの坂だと言われていたのでよほどきついのか？と思っていたけど７０歳の自分で全くどうもなかった。喧騒から離れてゆっくりするのに良い。フロント横のパソコンも自由に無料で使えてプールも毎日利用できて私はタモンの某有名ホテルよりここを選んで正解だった。部屋の設備は年月が感じられるが毎日メーキングと珈琲セットがなされる。唯チャモロレストランでの朝食はお勧めでない。

フロントは日本語も通じるし、対応も丁寧で、かなり好感がもてました。 急坂を登った立地ですが、レンタカーを借りっぱなしにしていたので、全く問題なし。 逆に、眺めが良くていいなって感じです。 ただ、部屋にあるはずのセイフティーボックスが無く、尋ねると、リニューアルしたばかりでまだ届いてないとのこと。 まあ、フロントで預ってもらえたし、アバウトさは南国らしくていいかな？ 十分広いし、コストパフォーマンスはいいですね。 次回も、また利用すると思います。

エレベーターに乗っていて停電し5分くらいとじこめられました。その日の夜部屋に居て何回も停電がありました。バルコニーから見える他のホテルは電気がついているのでこのホテルだけだと思いました。翌朝ロビーでホテルのスタッフに会いましたが何もフォローがありませんでした。 5回このホテルを利用しましたが以前は日本語が解るスタッフが居なくて苦労しましたが、ホテル名が変わってはじめて利用しました。日本語が通じるスタッフが少なくても2名は居たので空港送迎など頼むのに助かりました。でも空港送迎をチェックインの次の日頼んだけど不安になり確認の為帰る前日に送迎予約が入っているか聞いたら入って無く不手際を感じました。でも部屋は広いしコンドミニアムがあるのでまた利用します。

いわゆる高級ホテルではないのですが滞在は 良好です。ベッドメイクもしっかりしてくれたし 空調も万全。食事もまあまあ。ホテルまでの坂道 もまあこんなもんだと思います。このレベルで ちいさなプールもありのんびり昼寝もできます 良い場所だと思います。

ホテル自体は古いです。
