jr 우에노 및 게이세이 우에노에서 매우 가까우며 아메요코 시장이 근처라서 좋았습니다. 호텔은 저렴한 가격에 서비스나 객실의 상태는 좋았고, 커피포트가 없는것이 아쉬웠지만 가격이나 위치 서비스를 종합하면 다음번에 또 숙박하고픈 호텔입니다.

이 호텔은 청결함과 편리함에 대해서는 훌륭합니다. Ueno 역에서 몇 분 떨어져 있지 않은 곳에 위치해 있습니다. 가고자 하는 곳에 도착하기 위해 지역 열차, 지하철이나 신칸센 열차를 타고 급히 가기에 쉽습니다. 또한 Ueno Keisei 역은 나리타 공항까지 가기 쉽게 가까운 곳에 있습니다. 객실은 좀 작은 크기 였지만, 쉽게 익숙해졌습니다. 청결함을 완벽했습니다.

Ueno Terminal Hotel 에 처음이고 이 작은 장소가 마음에 들어습니다. 객실은 작지만 편안했습니다. 정확하게 제가 예상했던 것 이었습니다. 직원들은 정말 정답고 친절했습니다. 호텔에 있는 카페는 정말 좋았고 확실한 자산이라는 것이 입증되었습니다. 다음에 이 도시에 온다면 꼭 다시 이 호텔에 숙박을 알아볼 것 입니다!!! 저는 연로하신 아빠와 함께 여행했고 마지막 도착지로 가기 전에 비행으로부터 건강을 회복하기 위해 관광을 하지 않고 호텔에 있었는데 영어 프로그램을 위한 케이블 TV 가 있었으면 좋았을 것 입니다.

호텔의 위치는 편리하지만, 유지관리가 잘 되어 있지 않습니다. 첫날 밤에 비데가 이미 고장나 있어서 저는 다음 날 다른 객실을 배정받았습니다(하지만 5층으로 이동한 뒤에는 객실에서 매연 냄새가 났습니다). 이후 넷째 날 밤, 변기 물을 내렸을 때에는 물이 멈추지 않고 계속 나왔고, 그 소리는 밤새 계속 됐습니다. 변기를 고쳐달라고 호텔에 요청했지만, 이미 자정을 훌쩍 넘은 시각이었고, 저는 지쳐 있었습니다. 그래서 저는 이 문제를 다음 날 아침까지 내버려두었구요. 호텔 직원이 이 문제를 해결해주기는 했지만, 솔직히 단순한 사과의 말로는 충분하지 않았습니다. 전반적으로 호텔 직원들은 모두 유용했습니다. 한 명은 근처의 ATM을 […] 온라인으로 찾아주었고, 다른 직원은 호텔 입구에서 길 아래까지 제 짐을 들어다주기도 했습니다. 제가 Ueno를 다시 방문한다면 아마 이 호텔에는 다시 묵지 않을 것입니다. 유지관리가 형편없으니까요. 이 호텔은 따뜻한 물 한 병(물을 끓일 수 있는 전기 주전자가 아니라요) 제공하는 것에도 인색했습니다. 만약 아침에 리필을 요청한다면, 호텔은 다른 날 제공할 물을 대신 가져다 줄 것입니다. 즉, 호텔로 돌아가기 전에 음료를 직접 사서 가야 하겠죠. 뿐만 아니라 제 객실의 소형 냉장고는 충분히 시원하지 않았습니다. 그렇지만 제 객실에서 WiFi를 이용할 수 있는 점은 무척 좋았습니다. 일본의 일부 비즈니스 호텔에서도 WiFi는 호텔 공동 구역에서만 제공되니까요. 직원에게 패스워드 물어보는 것만 잊지 마십시오. 패스워드가 날마다 바뀝니다. 더 보기

First of all Ueno is a fantastic location to stay in due to it being a major transportation hub in Tokyo. You can use wi-fi in your room but the hotel has a strange policy requiring you to ask for a new password everyday. It seems to be a trend with Japanese hotels though. They only provide one pillow and it's not usually a terrifically comfortable pillow. Great hotel in a terrific location. Only a 5 minute walk from Ueno station, where you can get anywhere in Tokyo/take the shinkansen and a 7 minute walk from Keisei Ueno station where you can get to Narita. I stayed alone in Ueno for about 5 days and wasn't looking for anything fancy. This hotel is a little difficult to find, but is very close to Ueno Station (3-5 minute walk from the station). The staff were always friendly, although they spoke limited English. I asked for a non-smoking room and received one, but there was a bit the scent of smoke in the hallways. You couldn't really smell it inside of the room. The room was very small, but clean. A hair dryer, yukata, slippers, and toiletries were supplied. Wi-fi is also supplied for free, but every morning after 11:00am, you will need to ask for the new password which changes daily. You can also rent a laptop for 1000 yen everyday. I didn't try the restaurants connected to the hotel, but if you're looking for a simple place to stay in Ueno, which is conveniently on the Yamanote line that takes you to just about every main spot in Tokyo, this is a nice place to stay. 더 보기

I was only in Tokyo for a few days so this hotel was perfect for me. The room was extremely small but it had everything a person would need. It's also located only 5 minutes away from Ueno station and 15 minutes from Akihabara Electric Town by walking. I'll definitely look at staying here again.

Har bott här tidigare så visste vad jag bokat. Hotellet ligger på en lugn gata några hundra meter från Ueno Station. Hit kommer man med Skyliner från flygplatsen Narita och här går anslutnigståg och tunnelbana. Mao lite av ett nav för transport. Good location - minutes to Ueno station Good service - English is bad but attitude is good and willing to help. Room - small and basic and old. Bad sewage smell and have to turn exhaust fan on all day. But for the price, still acceptable. Good if u just looking for a place to sleep and leave the luggage. Don't expect anything else.

場所と価格は良かったのですが、私が泊まった部屋はとても狭く窓からは手が届きそうな距離にある隣のビルの壁と配管が見えるだけで、暗く部屋からは天気の状態も分からなかった。 ドアチェーンもなく２重ロックでもなかった。女性の一人旅だったので防犯上の不安があった。
