Just like other reviewers I only have 2 complaints, the first being that noise from stairs and other rooms can be heard all night long, and the second is the breakfast... I was expecting waffles at least or an egg bisquit. Overall is for a one night stay

Room was basic, but nice. Flat screen was hung on wall. Shower was decent. I would sugesst getting two room keys. You have to leave one in the key holder on the wall to keep the air or heat going when you leave the room. Also have $3 cash for a deposit on each key.

This hotel was wonderful. It was nice and clean. Bed and pillows were so comfortable. will stay there again in a heartbeat. I recommend this place to everyone

An attractive, comfortable facility for an overnight stay. The staff was helpful and friendly. I especially liked the laminate flooring in the room instead of carpet.

I was very impressed with the room , this is th first time i have ever stayed and did not find out about the pool until i was checking out.The bed was awesome ,the room was very clean ,i loved it.I will return.the person that helped me when i checked in was friendly as well as the young lady that helped me when i checked out.

This hotel is almost new. The staff is friendly and the rooms are comfortable. It gets an almost perfect rating for cleanliness just because we found a piece of gum stuck to the top of the AC unit. However, other than that, the room was perfect. I really like the fact that they use hardwood floors instead of carpeting. They also have complimentary breakfast […] which is a nice touch. Mixed review - the staff while very courteous to us - we were at the desk a lot.... didn't communicate at all and everything took mulitple trips/asks and staff is totally spanish speaking (we're not) so that was an issue. Internet was down more than half the trip and was a HUGE inconvienence, toaster broken - taken away and put back - still broken - […] some days we'd get soap - then not - Kleenex refill - asked for one ( I had a cold) - not - garbage full in breakfast area - supplies very sparse - If you want - cheap and clean (sorta) there was blood on bedspread of the first room we were in - we moved (actually comfortable beds and rooms) it was fine - if you need internet like I do while traveling - forget about it! Plus - brush up on your spanish. That part was of little bother - it was just that the staff never followed through on anything - oh and I had to pay a key deposit - (don't all guest or was it just me?) They said they had no record of it when I checked out - but then gave in and gave me $6 for two keys - really? 더 보기

First impression was good. Outside well kept and near shopping locations. Check in was easy, but the attendant was NOT FRIENDLY and NEVER SMILED ONCE. It was like we were an inconvenience. Had to wait until she got off her cell phone when I returned to the desk before I could ask for a second key. Still, NO SMILE and NOT FRIENDLY. The room was nice […] and beds comfortable. comoda y excelente para descansar

Si lo recomiendo; Por la relación precio - calidad está muy bien. Nada del otro mundo pero está para pasar una buena noche, cómodo y buen servicio. No me gustó que el check-in me lo dieron hasta casi las 3 pm porque no había habitaciones limpias a la hora que llegué. Fuera de eso todo muy bien. Si lo recomiendo.

Buen precio en comparación a demás hoteles y de mejor calidad a hoteles con precio similar

En general buen hotel, aunque podría ser excelente hotel si no fuera por el muy pobre desayuno.

Excelente ubicacion, cerca de tiendas, restaurantes y hasta una gasolinera. El area de alberca es agradable y da la sombra al caer la tarde, mientras mi esposa estaba en el gym. Por la noche vimos el partido de monterrey vs. Pumas. Solo un detalle: cuando llegamos no funcionaba el internet, pero lo solucionaron. Una sugerencia: conseguir mejores ma […] nzanas. 더 보기

Excelente ubicación para quien va de compras, buen trato de los recepcionistas, habitaciones cómodas y limpias, en mi habitación todo funcionaba correctamente. Hotel muy recomendable. Sólo les recomiendo poner atención a la limpieza de los pasillos y al área del comedor durante el desayuno.

Muy bien las instalaciones, la comodiad de la habitacón, la limpieza, el trato del personal, la ubicación. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

facil de llegar y buena hubicacion

El servicio del comedor del hotel es malo, ya que no planean los alimentos de aucerdo a la ocupación, lo demás esta bién.

Una tarifa justa para un hotel que ofrece las comodidades básicas para el usuario que va de paseo corto o de compras. Suficiente para lo que se busca: un lugar cómodo donde dormir.

A mi familia y a mi nos gusto mucho la ubicación. Solo sentí un poco descuidada el área de la Alberca, algo sucia. Los contenedores de basura ahí en esa misma área como que no los sacaban seguido. Pero en general me gusto el Hotel, por precio y ubicación vs. lo que ofrece.

hotel limpio y bien para dormir, solo el detalle que uno de mis cuartos rentados tenia una gotera y no pudieron resolver. habitacion 214.

Buena atención, desayuno muy malo, no ponen casi nada y no limpian las mesas., internet muy malo no servia y limpieza en general mal, aunque les falta mucha limpieza, está súper ubicado!

En realidad está muy bien en relación por el costo.

Todo bien, muy nuevo en algunos aspectos y cerca de McAllen. Lo único malo que yo le vería es que las paredes que dividen las habitaciones son muy delgadas y se escucha mucho lo de la otra habitación y también cuando la gente camina por los pasillo se escucha todo.

Solo me hospede un dia pero definitivamente usaria el mismo hotel para estadias mas largas, es practicamente nuevo y esta muy bien ubicado

Muy contentos con la elección de este hotel, principalmente por la relación costo/beneficio, y adicionalmente por la cercanía con tiendas, limpieza, comodidad de habitaciones y buen trato. Sin duda alguna mi nueva "estancia" cada vez que vaya a McAllen.

Bueno, pero el desayuno PESIMO
