I was at the hotel at 3pm to check in and didnt get to check into my room until 4:30pm. The girl at the front desk was very nice to me about the room not being ready ,it was not really her fault.Overall all my say was only for one night and it was ok. Thank you RD

Not a real big fan of having to pay to park, but that's life in the big city I guess.

NOT in a good neighborhood. Otherwise, it was nice.

I stayed there with my daughter for one night for a next day dance competition. The rooms were clean & comfortable but when it came to bed time- the walls are thin. Around 3:00 am the people next to us partied from 3-5 am. I called downstairs and the manager came up immediately and told them to quiet down. But sadly, it didn't. The Motel stay was wonderful! I did expect a little more on the Buffet Breakfast but it did serve the purpose..THE ONLY COMPLAINT that I have is that they DON"T TELL YOU ABOUT THE 9.00 PARKING CHARGE EVEN THOUGH YOU PAY FOR THE ROOM THEY STILL CHARGE FOR PARKING AT THEIR MOTEL!! It was very nice and had very friendly staff!!

Hotel is located right outside of U of Cincinnatti and seconds from the zoo. Beautiful accomodations, great staff, hot breakfast. Need a car for food and shopping. All in all a great value, great hotel and a great trip.

Very nice new place, helpful staff, convenient to meeting at UC - only problem a room full of party-ers kept me awake from midnight till 2:30 am - and I needed to get up at 6:00 am for a meeting. I called the desk twice - they sent someone up to check on the situation - but it persisted - probably a random problem. New hotel, so the accommodations are very nice and the people are extremely helpful, professional and friendly!

This hotel was literally down the street from my job site on the University of Cincinnati campus which was great. It was very new, clean and the service was excellent. My only complaint was that the neighborhood was questionable at best. Don't go wandering around at night looking for a place to eat.

I just wanted to compliment the staff of the Hampton in near the University of Cincinnati. They were all very helpful and made my short visit easy and pleasant. Please give them my thanks.

Nice place to stay, very comfortable. Service was extremely friendly and from the maid to the front desk to the breakfast staff, they wanted to make sure your stay was the best possible. This is how a hotel should be run, so my hats off to the managers and the staff.

We wanted to stay in a hotel close to the university and this hotel couldn't be any closer! The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was also very good. We would definetly stay in this hotel again!

this newly opened hotel is in excellent location, superb staff and customer service, and we continue to go back because we feel it is worth every penny. very good hotel for wheelchair accessibility and huge rooms

My family and I recently visited the Cincinnati Zoo and stayed at the Hampton Inn because of its close proximity to the zoo. I was blown away by the staff at this hotel. From my phone call ahead of time to make special arrangements (I spoke with the Manager, Mark), to check in, to the cleaning staff, and every single person I spoke to. This hotel is conveniently located near UC. It is also clean and comfortable. The free hot breakfast was better than I expected. I would recommend this hotel.

This is a very clean, family friendly hotel that is near the University of Cincinnati and medical facilities. However, the neighborhood is very 'sketchy' so kee that in mind because you won't be doing any walking at night. Great breakfast, very nice staff, nice facilities.

New and clean hotel located at the University. The hotel.com person who handled the reservation said it was walking distance to Great American Ballpark. Had I taken that walk I probably would not be alive after walking down Vine St. through the hood. They need to do better research before recommending a hotel. It is a short drive to downtown though. […] It was a comfortable room until 3:30 A.M. and a rowdy group in a room above us, came back after a night of partying. New hotel, as close to the campus as you can get without actually being on the campus. Family enjoyed the stay.

The hotel itself is fine, however, I think the cost of stay and parking is ridiculous.
