오라 럭셔리 카타니아 (Ora Luxury Catania) - Viagrande

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ora - kept extending it for an additional 4 nights! Bed is huge and super comfortable. Breakfast very good with attentive staff. Definitely recommend & would return ourselves if ever back in Sicily. Only negative was not being able to lay around the indoor pool without paying an extra 30 euros.

We stayed at the Ora Luxury Hotel for a long weekend due to it's proximity to a wedding we were attending. Whilst we found the staff to be very friendly and the hotel to be very comfortable - there were a few niggles. Firstly there were not any room safes (not that anything went astray, but it was a pain), secondly with two young children we were attracted […] by the choice of two pools - the outside pool was so cold as to not be useable and the indoor pool (in spite of no one at the time using it) was not available for the children to use, except for between 19.00 and 20.00 (I think as even this was not clear), thirdly, whilst sevice was always done by friendly and couteous staff - it was very very slow and finally, there was not a room service menu that I could find, which would have been helpful. Other friends who stayed minus their chidren I know were more able to beneft from what the hotel had to offer. 더 보기

Squeaky new. Excellent as of service and room features. I got a nice off-season discount. The spa facilities are good but not awesome. Off the main sightseeing routes, however it takes about 30-40 mins to get to either Catania or Taormina. Totally suggested if you need a quiet, out of town place to rest, have a car and are willing to drive.

This hotel will be fantastic, i say will be because it was very good during our stay but it had only been open a week so they were still experiencing some 'teething' problems. The outdoor pool area wasn't finished and work is still being done in some areas however the staff were very helpful, the hotel is immaculate and the food was delicious. Das einzige, was störte waren laute Feiern an beiden Abenden, die teilweise im Freien stattfanden. Ein Treffen von 13 Ferrarifahrern + Gefährtinnen am zweiten Abend unseres Aufenthaltes artete in eine Schreiorgie bis 2 Uhr morgens aus. Jenseits des Lärmproblems kann man das Hotel nur empfehlen. Freundliches, hilfreiches Personal, gute Lage.

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 2 al 4 luglio 2011 io mia moglie e 2 figli. Il Ora luxury è stata una bella sorpresa. Le camere sono ampie, pulite, con tutti i confort. La colazione è varia e abbondante di qualità eccellente. Mia moglie ha visitato la spa con il persorso benessere ed è stata molto soddisfatta. La piscina è dotata di sdraio e divani con asciugamani […] forniti dall'hotel e c'è un bar dove si puo' anche mangiare. La posizione è a circa 10 km da catania alle pendici dell'etna dove vi è un'aria pulita e un'atmosfera rilassante. Non abbiamo mangiato al ristorante ma ho dato un'occhiata al menu' che mi è sembrato ottimo (e visto che ci fanno i matrimoni la cucina sarà di alto livello). Abbiamo avuto un problemino con la doccia e subito alla reception mi hanno offerto un cambio camera (questa è indice di serietà) . Il personale è gentile, affabile e competente. 더 보기

Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto non mi aspettavo fosse così... da ritornare sicuramente... di altro l'unica pecca personale avrei preferito qualche tappeto in camera

Ho registrato come dato principale l' impeccabilità dei sevizi e la cordialità del personale. E' doveroso un ringraziamento alla Direzione.
