Liked the hotel and the surroundings, Haarlem is a really nice town with a lot of old beautiful buildings. The hotel was good value for the money. great hotel and location - breakfast not cheap but worth it

Good luck finding it! The parking was a long walk and expensive. It was convenient to the square but it was also extremely noisy. The Church Bells DONGED all night long and the people below were very loud. Good breakfast though.

It is an old , run down, hotel in the old section of Haarlem. The problem is that you cannot get there by car and the best you can do is park several blocks away if you can find a parking spot and then haul your luggage through the walking only section fo teh Town Center to the hotel. The rooms are sparse, no air and the bathrooms are terrible by any […] standard. The breafast in the mornign was terrible and the help does not seem to want to be helpful. The breakfast and service in the morning was absolutely poor poor quality - the worst ever experienced. E.g arriving at the restaurant the hostess/waiter didn ´t have us on the list and this was clearly a big problem for her instead of just follow us to a table. The cheese has very dry egdes, I mentioned this for the lady (hostess/waiter) after I have […] went out to the reception to get her back to the restaurant, she got clearly irritated and finally after she realized I was not satisfied with her answer she went to the kitchen after 2 new slices of cheese for me. The edges of the table in the restaurant is filled up with very old bread crumbs - so disgusting. The hotel is placed perfectly has a good atmosphere - to bad the morning restaurant and the person working there, didn´t live up to the of the rest. 더 보기
