부모님 모시고 가는 여행이라서 미리 호텔로 직접 픽업 예약하고 확인까지 했었는데 나오지 않았습니다. 택시비 300페소면 가는거리인데 일부러 1400 페소나 주고 예약한건데 나오지 않았고, 새벽에 아무도 없는 공항에서 2시간 넘게 기다리다 어렵게 호텔로 전화하고 6명인것도 미리 다 말했는데 3명 만 탈수 있는 차가 왔어요.. 그래서 또 기다리고.. 넘 화가 나서 프론트에서 업그레이드 요구 했지만 거절되고 다음날 피드백해준다고 했는데 아무말 없고 다음날 저녁에 프론트에서 말했더니 라운지만 이용하게 해주었어요. 술 잘 안먹는 저희 가족한테 라운지는 별로 였고요.. 직원들의 실수로 여행 처음 부터 고생 했는데 업글도 안해주고 해준다는 […] 피드백도 없고 픽업비 요금만 다~내라고 해서 다 내고 왔어여.. 그냥 버스비 7페소씩만 내고 싶은 심정이었어요. 시설은 좋은데 픽업 때문에 너무 화가 났어요. 직원도 그냥 미안하다는 한마디 뿐이고.. 그러면서 팁은 잘도 받아가네요. 그냥 시설만 좋은 ...호텔...그리고 창문이 안 열려서 실내 공기가 좋진 않아요..마사지도 그냥 그래요.. 더 보기

실버 엘리트 업그레이드 프로모션때문에 일부러 예약한 호텔인데 갑자기 장사 잘 된다고 규정을 멋대로 바꿔버렸네요^^ 그거 때문에 좀 실망. 위치는 SM몰 근처에 있다는 게 하나만 장점. 뭘 하려고 하면 워터프론트 호텔 근처로 택시타고 가야함. 직원들은 친절한 편이었음.

SM몰에 붙어 있기떄문에 쇼핑이 용의하다. 하지만 근교에 관광지가 없다 주변이 좀 횡한편

조식은 맛이 없었지만 서비스와 룸컨디션도 너무 좋았고 위치적으로도 너무 좋았네요. 다음에 또 이용하려구요~

보홀에서 나와 페리부두 근처에 있어 이동이 편했어요. sm몰도 바로 옆에. 그러나 객실에서 바라다본 뷰는 그닥...공단이 있더라고요. 컨테이너박스들 있고... 수영장도 대로에서 올라오는 소음과 매연이 느껴졌고.. 하지만 객실 컨디션은 아주좋고 또 매주 화요일에 페리아 뷔페에서 점심,저녁 50%세일해서 좋았고 올해 말까지 매주 금,토 재즈 세미뷔페를 로비에서 하는데 350p 라네요. 이건 이용못해봤습니다. 그러나 좋고 웅장한 호텔이긴한데...서비스는 그에 못따라오는것 같아요. 특히 체킨 프론트 직원들...좀더 친절했으면 좋았을텐데. 분명 아침포함으로 예약했음에도 불구하고 아침미포함으로 체킨이 되어 식사하고나서 bill이 charge가 […] 되어있더라고요. 상황설명하니 프론트직원이 바우쳐 다시 보여달라고 해서 어제 이미 제출해서 없고 스마트폰으로 보여주니까 비즈니스센터(2층) 올라가서 프린트해오라는거에요. 자기들 실수인데도 손님보고 올라가라 내려가라 지시하는게.... 스마트폰보여주는건 보지도 않고. 뭐 프린트해서 갔다주긴 했지만 유쾌하지 않았습니다. 그리고 한참을 기다리게 만들고. 그러고서도 불편함을 드려 미안하다는 얘기조차 안하는... 호텔 편안함은 좋았으나 프론트 직원때문에 기분이 나빠졌지요. 프론트 직원은 그 호텔을 대표하는 얼굴인데요. 다음에 또 가면 다시 이용할까말까 살짝 고민하게 만드는 점이었습니다. 더 보기

클럽칼슨 멤버쉽 실버엘리트 등급으로 업그레이드를 받아서 비지니스 룸에 묵었습니다. 라운지 이용의 혜택도 좋았지만, 잘 교육된 직원들도 무척 인상적이었구요. 룸은 당연히 수준급이었고 조식도 좋았습니다. 옆에 sm 몰이 있어서 간단한 간식 등을 사오기에도 무척 좋았습니다. 다시 세부시티에 가면 꼭 이 호텔에 묵고 싶습니다.

sm이 바로옆에 위치해 편하기는 했지만 주변환경이 좋진않음. 생긴지 얼마안되 깨끗하긴 하지만 벌써 손봐야할곳들이 눈에 보이는건 좋지않은듯. 꾸준하고 지속적인 관리가 필요해보임. 스모커를 위한 공간이 한곳도 없어서 불편했음.(앉아서 담배필공간이 전혀없음). 이제큐티브라운지스탭을 제외한 직원들은 대체적으로 친절했으며 아침식사의 경우도 먹을만함. 하지만 필리핀 4성급호텔에서 망고같은 과일을 따로 요청해야 먹을수있다는점은 이해안감. 룸상태의 경우 침대도 편하고 욕실도 좋은편이나 방음상태가 안좋음.

깔끔하고 시설 좋습니다. SM이 가까워서 아침식사먹기 좋고, 근처에 (SM 근처) 타이마사지 집도 있어요

매우 만족합니다^^ 바로 옆에 sm몰이 있어서 밥먹기도 편하구요 로비에서파는 칵테일류도 추천합니다 호텔도 쾌적하고 안전하고 다시 가고싶네요: ) 한가지 팁이라면 호텔보다는 sm몰 쪽에서 택시 타시기를 추천합니다!

혼자서 세부를 방문해서 좀두려웠으나 처음 이 호텔에 짐을풀때 즐거운여행이될거라고 생각할수있었다. 매우 깨끗하고 아늑하여 좋았고 직원들도친절하여 혼자서도 숙박하고 여행하는데 추천할수 있을것같다.

My main purpose of staying in this hotel is that I had been to a cheaper place and experienced some problems. I also wanted to watch the Formula 1 qualifying and race on the Saturday and Sunday. I checked ratings and this hotel seemed to have one of the best. On check-in I arrived early and was told I would have to wait for my room. I was fine with […] this and gave my mobile number and was told I would be called when my room was ready. I was then told I could have a welcome drink and waved in a direction towards the other side of the hotel. I walked off and then was not sure how I was meant to collect the welcome drink as it was far away and they had no idea who I was. The staff member then came over as I was obviously looking a bit confused and explained that I could just ask for one. I then waited for a few hours. The checkin time was 2pm and I was hoping to watch the Formula 1 Quality at 1:50pm. Around 1.40pm I went up to the desk again and explained I wanted to watch the TV at 1:50pm and did she have any idea when my room would be ready. The lady then rang someone and talked for a while and then informed me she did not know. I said the check-in should by 2pm, right? She said no, we cannot guarantee that. I then asked if she could give me any idea at all. No Sir. I walked off rather annoyed and sat back down and waited. About 3 or 4pm I was getting hungry, so I went next door to SM Mall for some food. I was really angry by this stage. After eating, I came back and had still not received a call and nobody had come to notify in the waiting area that my room was ready. So imagine my surprise when I come back later and walk up to the desk to be told my room is ready. I ask, "Do you happen to know when it was ready". The lady checks... 2pm. So obviously either someone is lying. The lady who rang should have known my room was being cleaned (which it must have been to be ready by 2pm) in the first place, or the second lady was lying that my room was ready at 2pm. One of the nicest hotels Ive been. The room is new, clean, elegant and suprisingly affordable. I love the place coz it's so quiet and peaceful plus its near the bureau of customs where my transactions take place. The transportation is available all the time and the attendants are very polite, friendly and helpful.

My family and I stay in this hotel for 6 days in February 2012. We like their tight security and walking distance to SM Mall. The tour services offered by the Concierge is well worth the money spend. We took an island hopping tour and we felt safe and protected throughout the trip. They assign 3 people to us and they are quick to attend to our needs […] without we even asking. Located next to sm city, 25 minutes from and to aurport by taxi, good security and facilities. However, dont believe hotel will offer you a earlier check in if you come to the hotel in the morning unless you pay the 50% more of the hotel's daily rate. Other than that, overall is the best in cebu city

This hotel is AMAZING! Very new, huge and clean. Staff are very friendly. There's only one thing that really annoys me, it was their phone operator for international calls. I was on hold for 20 minutes and was asked twice about the details of my phone call to Canada. Not very happy that the information wasn't passed to another operator. They could've […] been more efficient. Calling internationally shouldn't be that painful. It should be smooth and easy since your guest are mostly from other countries. For me, calling internationally should be fast and easy. Radisson Blu is what you'd expect from a hotel at this price range: the hotel is very well-maintained, the rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is professional. We stayed there for 5 nights with my girlfriends and overall we were very happy with our stay.

This hotel looks rly nice and fance, the poolside is big, staff is friendly (perhaps even overfriendly as I am blond girl and staying there alone, felt abit akward) But, there were more misuses than plusses: the food was really bad and expensive. The two times I ordered the food, first time the club sandwich was cold and tasteless, second time the […] lasagne was cold and salty. The breakfast buffet may seem fancy, but in the end, there was nothing for me to eat except for sushi, youghurt and juice. All the foods were greasy or too foreign to a tourist. I don't usually eat a whole leg of a pork in its salty greasy sauce on my breakfast. The location being right next to SM mall may seem nice. But then again, there is nothing else close. The hotel is on a harbour area which looks boring and grey. The hotel was fance and decorated and lighted out very nicely, but if they'd want to impress the customers like me to come again, they'd need to invest on the food they are serving. The Staffs were all so helpful and nice. The room was excellent, clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for who loves to shop like me and my family.

Great hotel in Cebu City and lives up to its reputation as one of the best the City can offer. Fantastic staff too who are keen to help and offer advice where appropriate. Only down side is the area it is in which feels rather run down apart from the SM mall right next door.

stayed at the executive room at Radisson Blu, my room was located on the 10th floor, The hotel had a nice big lobby, due to my limited time, i was unable to check the gym and pool.however the room was really clean, nice and worth 4 star. Also closeby is the CNT Lechon restaurant which serves the best lechon ( cebu style roast pig). Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location beside the SM Mall - and for eating because unfortunately, the food is lousy at the Hotel and expensive! The bartenders and waiters need to learn how to pour wine and beer, but other than that the staff are great! JR did our room up excellently, and the staff in the gym were very helpful. The quality and selection of food was outstanding. The hotel entrance is beautiful, with very friendly staff. The main desk was staffed with knowlegable personal. We stayed at the Radisson Blue for New Years and had a room over looking the city. At midnight the fire works in the city were amazing. This hotel is very nice and the staff are very helpful and friendly!

The breakfast is unbeatable. Staff is nice and polite and the room is clean and tidy. Good view of the city and higly recommended.

Very comfortable hotel with nice renovation. SM mall is next to the hotel and only 10 mins walk to ferry pier 4. Convenient to go Bohol by SuperCat.

The check in staff were a bit arrogant and impersonal. I felt like I was standing in a line at the airport while checking in. The room was OK but does not meet your expectations but still it was the cleanest room among the hotels I have stayed in Cebu. The swimming pool was only four feet deep ...

A very inviting and luxurious hotel. The warm smiles and friendly service coupled by the beautiful interior is a delight and treat for any traveller. The service was excellent and the staff very accomodative. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The added bonus is the Shopping Mall just next door.

I was very suprised at unkind receptionists. I booked a non-smoking room with breakfast but they gave me a smking room without my consent. Second morning, I met duty manager. She was sending text messages by her iphone while I was talking. It was very unpleasant manners. I'll never book a Radisson hotel again. I recommend Marriot cebu.
