the room was fine and clean. It was quiet. we arrived after 8.30p.m. to find we couldn't get a hot meal only sandwiches. The advert on Hotel.com said complimentary breakfast, that is not true, what they offer is you pay £7.50 and you get a £10.00 voucher, saves you £2.50!! The room itself was fine though and free parking, just beware of my 2 points […] as we were caught out. I still would of booked even if i knew, i wish we were just informed. 더 보기

This is a former Travel Inn which is located on the M6 toll road. The hotel does not appear to have been pointed or updated since being taken over by Days Inn

In terms of the room itself, no complaints. The standard of service at reception however, needs to improve. We stayed on a Saturday night, and on waking on the Sunday morning discovered that we'd been given only 1 set of towels for 2 to share. I popped down to reception to find no one there, just a sign saying push this button and the receptionist will […] be with you shortly. I waited 10 mins and nobody came to serve me. Very disappointed, what if it had been an emergency? So we had to share towels, and were also unable to buy the breakfast vouchers which give you money off in the neighbouring service area. It was a shame, as the receptionist the night before had been very helpful and friendly, and the hotel itself is well located. Just left with a very negative feeling about the lack of service available that morning. 더 보기

It took ten minutes to work out how the find the right car park and entrance to this hotel having just come off the M6 toll road. If you want a challenge you will not be disappointed. The accommodation is excellent . The receptionist was helpful .

I have stayed here many times when it used to be Premier Inn. Nothing has changed apart from the introduction of FREE Wifi (yey!! -- had been asking that for ages!) and upgraded flatscreen TVs with digital channels. The facilities available in the motorway service area are a bit basic but the town in only a 10 minute drive away if you want a wide choice […] of take-aways, restaurants and pubs.
