Mu husband and I stayed for 6nights between 24th and 30th Dec, 2012. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, the restaurant offered a good variety of both thai and western dishes, at very satisfying quality level. The spa therapists were very skillful and attentive to our physical conditions when giving the massages. Our only "complaint" would be […] that the hotel lacked some event planning regarding christmas, although we did see that they were planning a new year's party. All in all we had a nice stay with good food and friendly staff to care for our needs and because of the hotel's remote location, we were able to relax and enjoy a very quiet and much needed vacation. PS. If you ever get tired of the restaurant's food, a short walk on the beach will take you to a local restaurant "the beach restaurant", they serve quite good food. Excellent place to stay in Phuket if you want to enjoy the beauty of the area and islands around, but don't want to deal with the crazy nightlife. Cloud19 was our favorite hotel on our SE Asia adventure. It's outside of town which gives you a relaxing area to enjoy the scenery, and access to town and all tours/adventures, but not put you in the middle […] of the party scene. Extremely relaxing place. We stayed in the Poolside villa which was amazing with its own patio overlooking the beach. Staff was hard working and very nice. The food was good. Great hotel to forget your troubles at. Not easiest place to get to but well worth it. Cheap beer and food can be found at a couple beach restaurants a short walk down beach.

We stayed here for 10 days as a group of three: me (25y), my mom and her friend. We really enjoyed our stay - the personnel was very nive and always there to help and treat, the location was away (exactly what we were looking for), the sunsets and views breathtaking. The hotel is set on the beach with nice sand but not that nice sea - for good swimming […] you have to somehow swim over or walk through 50 meters of not pleasant corals, but after that the depth is very low and water is clear and good. Also the ebbs can be really awfull - you won't believe it is the same sea as you can swim in during tides) But overall - if you are looking for beautiful location far away from crowds and you're not afraid to spend much for car-rental or taxis - GO HERE. 더 보기

We had a perfect stay at Cloud19 in Nov 2012 for 5 nights, the hotel staff made us feel very well looked after, they couldn't do enough for us. We have been to Thailand 3 times now, staying in lots of different locations with this hotel being up there for their hospitality and facilities. If we go back to Phuket we would definitely stay here again. […] The hotel is quite a distance from the main seedy tourist areas (one of the attractions for us), but everything you need is nearby. The hotel restaurant was superb, and very cheap (by Western standards at least) we ate there most meals. The spa was also excellent, and a very reasonable price. We picked this place primarily because there was not much else in the areas we wanted (kata beach and karon beach) so cloud 19 sounded like a good idea. We arrived late eve due to a late air Asia flight and a staff member was waiting for us despite having been closed for an hour. Our room was right by the top floor pool with an ocean view. Breakfast […] was really Yummy. You can choose from four types of breakfasts all with 6 or 7 choices within that and its right by the lower pool. A 5 min walk to the right from the resort on the beach will take you to Beach Bar, a nice cheap place to eat. We kayaked to Ko Lon in about 1hr . Area is very far from anything, taxi to patong cost a lot but there was no other choice. Otherwise awesome little piece of heaven. 더 보기

Great service, great location in the beach. We had 3 lovely relaxing days in the hotel. In the beach there is also small cozy and cheap restaurants.

If you want to avoid the overcrowded Phuket beaches but still want a stunning beach outlook and be right on a sandy beach that faces the sunset, Cloud 19 provides a relaxing and secluded haven. The staff were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for them. While the location does provide quiet seclusion it also adds to the cost of taxis. Of course […] hiring a car solves that problem. We arrived at Cloud 19 and were greated by friendly staff, a complimentary drink and a short massage. We loved it. The resort is beautiful and the staff extremely helpful and kind. We really enjoyed the food. The Apple salad was amazing. I would highly recommend booking a Thai massage. It was very enjoyable. We walked the beach and found it to be dirty […] and a disappointment. Although the beach was not what we had hoped the resest of the resort was exceptional. Take a swim in both pools. The view from the upper pool is amazing. L’hôtel correspond parfaitement aux photos. Nous étions au calme loin de l'agitation de la ville avec une vue magnifique. Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits et nous avons eu du mal à quitter notre petit nuage. Pour manger en passant par la plage à droite de l’hôtel vous avez 2 restaurant à 600 le 2ème le "rock on the beach" est très très bon avec une cuisine […] traditionnel avec un prix défiant toute concurrence. Om du vill ha lugn och skön semester, bort från alla tokiga turister, är detta hotell rätt för dig. Ligger 1 timme från Flygplatsen. Ganska öde. Inte så mycket aktiviteter runtomkring. Bara strand, sol o bad. Servicen är bra, och rummen ok.

We were given a room with less standard than we paid for and the hotelmanager didn't want to help us, even though he admitted that we paid for anorher room. All togheter the staff was not very nice at this hotel.

Hotel ist sehr sauber und freundlich. Jedoch die Lage ist am A...... Strand nicht zu gebrauchen da viele Steine. Aber ideal für Poolferien und Ausflüge auf Phi Phi oder Coral Insel.

Litet och väldigt trevligt, vackert och mycket fräscht hotell med ovanligt vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Vi blev mycket väl omhändertagna! Ligger otroligt vackert med utsikt över bukten, lite "off" men söker man lugn och stillhet är läget helt rätt. Dessutom ligger Phuket Town bara 10 min bort med taxi för en billig peng, och stränderna på västkusten […] kan nås med en bilresa på 20-30 minuter. Stranden nedanför hotellet har egentligen stor potential med vit, finkornig sand, glest med folk och promenadvänlig. Detta förtas dock av att den är skräpig och skitig, lokalbefolkningen använder t o m ena änden som soptipp. Själva hotellet kan jag dock varmt rekommendera! 더 보기
