Comfortable stay with room bigger then expected, greatlocation.f ast check in and out. would stay again. Only small issue was that flushing preasure was weak.

Small floors, decent size rooms. Great amenities. By NY standards, you get a lot of the money. Even small fridge and microwave. Highly recommended and will definitely stay there again.

I was assigned to a room equipped for a handicaped person, which had a very low rod in the armoire leaving clothes to drag on the floor, and it took a long time to have the room changed . In both cases the view from the third-floor windows was dreary. On the other hand, thedining room or restaurant is illuminated by a huge, splendid crystal chandelier […] and several small crystal chandeliers. Reasonable base of operations. The hotel is close to major attractions such as Times Square, the Empire State Building, and Macy's, as well as NYCT and PATH transit systems. Our particular room was a bit "pokey", in that it was very small and difficult to move around in at times, especially when manipulating a suitcase. The room was overall clean […] but a number of minor areas were clearly not dusted for quite some time. If you require large counter space in the washroom, you will NOT get it here as the sink covers most of the surface area of the counter. One of the two elevators was not working during our stay, which led to some lengthy delays. The Internet password is apparently shared amongst multiple customers and changed every so often. This password was changed without notice, and a call to front desk was responded to with "it's free and subject to problems, so try again later". Calling back the next day and repeating the problem resolved the issue (different individual on the other end.) All hotel staff were very courteous, and the bell-hop knowledgeable of the area. The attached restaurant was quite good, with a similar friendly attitude as the hotel staff. The front revolving door is a pain at first but we got the hang of it after a few trips through it. All in all a good base of operations for the money for a Manhattan stay, though with minor hiccups. I would stay here again. 더 보기

If you are looking for spacious rooms, do not expect it here however, this hotel is pretty close to all attractions and in the heart of NY city which is great. Very clean, apparently very new (2012 January). The room size is ok considering we got 2 queen beds. Just enough for the beds, restroom and shower and a credenza with flat screen TV and dressers. […] Really that is all you need if you are visiting NY city. Very nice room and very clean hotel in respect to what is outside of it. I would recommend it and will come here again. 더 보기

I had a really poor experience at this hotel from start to finish and because of that, I don't think i would stay there or recommend this place again. When I go to check in, I reserved a King Bed and I got 2 small, rock hard queen beds to sleep on. Then, I could never get the internet to work. It finally started working on my 3rd/last day - and I found […] out I needed a code that I was never given when I checked in. Finally, on the last day, I called down to check out - and the clerk said I had to come down to the front desk and do it in person (even though I had no charges). This hotel is nicely situated relative to train lines and sights to see, although the surrounding neighborhood is a bit sketchy. The room was a good size, clean, quiet and comfortable, with a good bed. The lobby is cramped and elevators are scarce, but the price-value was a good deal. I would stay here again!

If you buy this hotel with breakfast, you should know that you're paying the breakfast and will have to pay later the breakfast AGAIN! You only get a coupom and the prices are so high that you'll have to pay more at the counter of the cafeteria! The cheapest item costs much more than half of the coupom, so if you're going with anybody else you WILL […] HAVE to pay more. Horrible! Better book this hotel WITHOUT BREAKFAST and go to McDonalds that is next door to the hotel. Although not mentioned at the site, parking is expensive at the hotel. Stayed here to shop at Mood and it was a short walk away, also short walk to subway and megabus arrival location (departure location is farther away). Service was friendly and prompt, and room was very clean and nice albeit a bit cramped. Booked for a room with 2 doubles but they only had a one-kingsize left, so be prepared that you might not get what […] you thought you would. Didn't notice any noise and felt safe in the area. 더 보기

Terrible WiFi. If you need to get work done from your hotel room, stay elsewhere. Otherwise, excellent accommodations and location. Great lobby restaurant, too.

Great room, good location, excellent value. Only one problem: rooms were not ready even at 4:30pm. Many guests faced delays of 15-20 minutes waiting for rooms to be cleaned even late in the afternoon.

Dejligt hotel med bedste beliggenhed i New York. Venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Det bedste var dog den uventede udsigt fra værelset: Empire State Building.

Boa opção de hospedagem na cara New York!! Pode se passear , ir a teatros, compras, tudo a pé !

离梅西百货，地铁站都挺近，服务也挺好的，交通方便，住宿舒服，值得推荐
