We enjoyed our stay at the Chatham appartments. But the boy racer reving his car up outside the building several times dueing the night was not good . also a lack of mirrors in the bedrooms was a concern.

do not stay on weekend. noisy very.

The Chatham took me in last minute after walking out of a previously booked hotel which was a dump. They went out of their way to accommodate me. The rooms are beautiful, roomy and very clean. The location is outstanding for public transport as nearly every bus in Auckland goes to Pitt Street or nearby K Road. Speaking of which, the area around K Road […] is horrible. 더 보기

The room price was more than reasonable for a 2 bedroom apartment. Spacious, modern and clean. Great location, close to shopping, restaurants and clubs. We would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are actually very large and comfortable. There is well equipped kitchen. Furniture is new. Warm atmosphere.

we have stayed here many times and normally the rooms are big enough for 4 adults. The room we were in last time was a small lounge which was not big enough for 4 adults to socilaise. 1 shower room which was small and the TV reception was poor. No point in having the TV in there. great apartment, walking distance from the skytower and the harbour if you dont mind the steep streets -which we didnt... downside was the nightclub across the street which apparantly didnt close over the weekend.....

A very comfortable 2 bedroom suite in the right location for my business meeting. Staff very efficient, helpful and friendly, Great Cafe's and Restaurants a a couple of minutes walk away. I really enjoyed my stay here and only wish I had booked another night.

Great to find a modern clean and reasonable hotel with secure parking. $20 a night a little expensive for the car though. Very helpful staff, we enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel with wonderful city views - an entire 2 bedroom apartment at the cost of a hotel room in the more well-known tourist accommodations. Very comfortable beds and sitting area. Friendly, helpful staff, everything new. The street location was the only drawback, something of a red light district opposite the hotel, fire station on one side so […] lots of weekend noise. Also, none of our pickups could seem to find the hotel, even with the address and I had to persist to get a hotel pickup at the door even though it was in the CBD. 더 보기

Yes, the rooms were great, but the service at the front desk was outstanding. We rented the 2 bedroom and we were traveling for business. Anything we needed - we asked the front desk and they took care of it! It was a pleasure staying here as you feel like a valued guest. The price was extremely reasonable, the room was clean and comfortable, and I […] would defiantly stay here again! You do have to pay for wireless in the room - it's only free in the lobby. The reception staff were excellent help and we had a very warm welcoming.The room on arrival was clean and tidy. Unfortunately our room hadnt been vacumed the whole time we had stayed,and our bathroom had also not been cleaned we stayed for 6 days.We would go out most of the morning but we would return back to our room in the afternoon and it hadnt […] been serviced yet.It was a little uncomfortable when the house keeper would come in and service our room at 1 stage the house keeper stopped and watched tv for a little bit.This has never happened to us ever.Maybe serviced appartments rooms should be changed and just put change towels and make beds.It also got noisy during the weekend period this was fine we are party friendly people but we would wake at 1am 2am or 3am to people yelling and other hotel stayers banging on others doors to turn the music down,It clearly states no partying,this was a little frightening at times.Cleanliness has to be addressed and a better time frame of when the rooms will actually be serviced also is there a security guard or staff on hand if anything happens.Im puzzeled of how this hotel was rated 4 stars. 더 보기

After getting over the shock of not being in the city centre this hotel proved to be a real gem and in fact quite convenient with excellent bus links to the CBD. The room was very well equipped and had great views but what really made it for me was the helpfulness of the staff - nothing was too much trouble for them.

Chambre très agréable, confortable et propre. Très bon rapport qualité / prix. Dommage que le Wifi ne soit pas gratuit.

Tres bon accueil et des conseils judicieux pour entamer la visite d'Auckland dans d'excellentes conditions. Hotel neuf donc tres propre . Tres grand chambre fonctionelle et agreable !!!

no fim de semana o hotel é muito barulhento parece que tem uma boate perto e se escuta a musica a noite inteira

hôtel propre, déconseillé pour ceux qui n'aiment pas beaucoup marcher car environ à 10 minutes du centre avant une petite monté, mais appréciable après la fin d'un repas, accueil sympathique
