테라스 스위트 3박 묵었습니다 방 작은방이 연결되어있는 구조라 실제 좁지는 않았지만 조금 갑갑하게 느껴졌습니다 좀 생뚱맞았던게 전기스토브 냉장고 탈수기가 있습니다만 간단한 조리기구 세탁세제 아무것도 없습니다 그냥 자리만 차지합니다 커피포트 없습니다 끓인 물 룸서비스로 시켜야한답니다 방청소 그저그렇습니다 x코르 호텔 묶었을땐 동전하나하나 화장실 휴지 접은것까지 칼같이 맞춘듯 했지만 그런 감동은 없었습니다 택시승강장 있는 호텔 입구 정말 혼잡합니다 야경 좋았습니다 벨라지오 분수쇼가 바로 내려다보였습니다 위치 또한 좋았습니다 스트립 로드 가운데 있으니 천천히 걸으며 구경하기도 좋았습니다

윈에서도 숙박을 한 고객으로 코스모폴리탄이 가격도 더 저렴한데 시설이나 청결,뷔폐의음식까지 모두 너무 좋다고 느낌. 요즘 클럽도 코스모폴리탄이 제일 핫 하다고 한다. 깔끔하고 세련되고 최신식을 원한다면 코스모폴리탄이 최고인 것 같음. 다음에 오면 여기서 묶을 예정.

이번 가족여행때 2박을 했습니다. 서쪽 45층에 머물렀는데...야경도 정말 좋고 룸 시설도 정말 좋습니다. 침대는 아주 푹신해서 편안한 잠을 불러오고..와이프도 정말 맘에 든다고 합니다. 위키드스푼 부페도 좋았고 교통은 정말 좋았습니다. 노스 프리미엄 아울렛에서 RTC 타면 바로 호텡 앞에서 내립니다. 젊은 분들의 신혼여행 숙박지로 아주 좋을듯 합니다.

라스베가스의 타 호텔들의 분위기와는 다르게 모던하고 심플한 인테리어가 돋보입니다. 특히 가장 최근에 오픈한 호텔답게 깔끔함과 편안함 면에서 만족스러웠습니다. 특히 벨라지오나 시저스팰리스 같은 주요 호텔들과의 인접하여 도보로 이동이 가능하다는 점도 좋았습니다. 라스베가스를 두번이상 방문하시는 분들에게 추천합니다.

아침 식사시간 포함하여 2박 투숙하였습니다. 위치, 객실 구조, 호텔전경 등 대부분 만족스러웠습니다. 다만 몇 가지는 시정이 팔요합니다. 샤워실과 거실의 등이 켜지지 않았습니다. 얼마 되지 않은 호텔인 점을 고려하면, 시설 관리가 미흡한 것은 아닌지 생각되었습니다. 아침 식사 시간을 확인하려는데 묻는 직원마다 답이 다르고, 심지어는 호텔 사이트와 객실 내 스마트 TV에 기재된 정보도 각기 다르게 되어 있습니다. 전반적으로 만족 스러우나 세심한 관리는 개선이 필요합니다.

호텔은 아름다웠지만 서비스는 끔찍했다. 나는 사업차 와있었고 이 호텔을 비슷한 숙박을 원하는 다른 사람들에게 추천하지 않을 것이다. 2시간 전에 12명 가량이 미팅을 하니 룸서비스를 해달라고 했지만 호텔에서는 2시간은 충분하지 않다고 말했다. 체크인 했을 때, 프론트 데스크 직원이 업무가 많아 1시간을 기다려 달라고 말했다. 인터넷에 문제가 많았다. 데스크에 방 관련 문제들(TV, 인터넷, 하우스키핑, 룸서비스)에 대해 말하려고 계속 전화했고, 상황이 어떻게 돌아가는지 알아보려고 몇 시간 후에 다시 전화했지만 아무런 조치도 없었다는 것만 깨달았다.

Check in took too long, the room was amazing, the food was amazing, however, waking up to a jackhammer was not so good. They could have warned me when I checked in OR just not filled any of the rooms close to the repair work. It was so loud and annoying I could hear it in the shower. However, the front desk was awesome, gave me a food and beverage credit […] so I could go and get breakfast and coffee by the pool vs room service. The first pool, NO service, grabbed a menu, waiting about 45 min on my chair by the pool and NOTHING. Second pool, went in, sat at a chair in the bar area vs pool side, went and asked for the menu, still no service. I would stay again, but I would verify NO maintenance/repair work was being done. The pool service needs to change... I have never experienced poor pool service in any other hotel in Vegas. Big money is made pool side because most hotels won't allow you to bring any food or drink. 더 보기

As a Las Vegas resident I have stayed in and experienced most of the hotels on the famous Strip but I have to say that this has been my favorite hotel yet. The customer service was kind, thoughtful and prompt, the grounds clean, and the hotel is smack in the middle of the action of the Strip. The three swimming pools offer three different and wonderful […] experiences. My husband and I started off by taking our four children to the Bamboo pool during the day. The pool has a large wading area with two fountain-like showers for children to play in as well as a hot tub and two food and beverage bars. The atmosphere was laid back and the views were beautiful. The city room we got faced the Bellagio fountain pool and we were able to enjoy the lights of the fountain show all night long through our floor to ceiling windows. The beds are plump and comfortable and PLENTY of pillows were provided (most hotels skimp miserably on pillow quantity per room). The main focus of the interior of this hotel is the three-story crystal chandelier that houses several small classy bars with lounge type seating as well as an eating area on the third floor. This hotel embodies the glittering upscale Vegas nightlife and does it with modern grace. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. It was an unforgettable experience that I intend to repeat. This was my first time to stay at the Cosmo hotel. I was reluctant at first but since the hotel was sponsoring the event I was attending I went ahead and booked it. This is the newest hotel in Vegas and it did not disappoint. Everything about the hotel was great. The Wicked Spoon buffet was the best. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Only complaint(s) I had was the unexpected "resort fee' they tack on at the end of the stay. Its a daily fee that they state is for use of the facilities, whether you use them or not. Not fair!! Secondly, the prices for food in the hotel restaurants is OUTRAGEOUS!!

The Cosmo is a great hotel. Our room with the terrace overlooking the Strip was amazing. The Room had a huge bathroom with a jetted bath tub and separate standing shower as well as his/her sinks. This hotel is definetely a place to be if you look Vegas Party but nothing else. It is great to be in the center of the action but when you want some tranquility it will be difficult. Our terrace suite was stunning room wise. I didn't like the fact you could smoke on the balcony as we got a whiff of cigars, cigarettes, and weed while enjoying the view. There were some minor irritations, remote wouldn't work for one t.v., 30 minute late wake up call, our room key quit working had to have the maid let us in, then waited 1 hour while […] they were suppose to send up new keys which never arrived. When we went to the front desk to get keys the young girl was rude!! The marquee club caters to huge crowds of young kids and there were no less than 200 in line getting cabs at 5 a.m. yelling throwing up etc. Forget about trying to get in the pool, but I will say it was the quietest room wise we've ever stayed in. Would be nice if they cleaned the glass on the balcony so we could have enjoyed the great view of the bellagio fountains!! 더 보기

A LITTLE DISSAPOINTED WHEN WE ARRIVED. We were told the hotel would call us when our room was ready. We did get there at noon and official check in is 3;00 so that was fine. At 4:00 we still didn't get a call so we went to the front desk to ask why we didn't receive a call. The front desk clerk said our room still wasn't ready and they had no idea when […] it would be. The hotel is beautiful, but the service was extremely lacking. Not once were we (group of 4 women) asked if we needed assistance with bags (and the walk from check in to the East Tower is not a short distance), or if we wanted anything to drink/eat at any of the pools, etc. We sat for 4 hours at the Bamboo pool without even an acknowledgement from the […] staff. I had a comfortable stay at The Cosmopolitan and found the hotel staff to be very helpful and friendly. The design of the hotel and the rooms is great, very well-thought through. The hotel looks new and the bldg modern and all glass but fast deteriorating too many guest checking in.The surrounding hotels and area in general is fantastic, its in the very center of the action in Las Vegas. My main complaint is the bed linens, at the rate of a 5'star plus tax plus resort fee per night , they may want to change the bed linens everyday […] but NO if you do not call Guest Services, they change your linens to fresh ones after the 3rd nigh and they state they want to save the earth, HEY... From the modern design to the sheer luxury of art and comfort, The Cosmopolitan hits on every level. There is not a bad room I've stayed in, they're all extremely comfortable and well designed. I've stayed in many properties across Las Vegas, and even the Wynn and Bellagio are fantastic, The Cosmopolitan is at the top of my list.
