저는 저의 첫 이틀밤을 대만의 Paradise Hotel에 머물렀습니다. 별로 좋지 않았죠. 이 호텔 반대편에 있는 그 다음 이틀밤을 위한 대만의 Astar Hotel은 저와 저의 형에게 아주 좋았습니다. 직원들은 매우 똑똑했고, 영어도 잘했습니다(저의 형의 어슬픈 중국어 조차 그들은 잘 이해했습니다). 그리고 전체적으로 아주 환대를 해주었습니다. 아무래도 이 호텔은 비즈니스를 위해 설계된 듯 보였습니다. 그러나 그냥 숙박을 하기에도 유쾌했습니다. 호텔에서 지하철까지 걸어서 10분 정도 걸렸고, 시장은 좀 더 떨어져 있으나 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리였습니다. 충분히 편안히 보낼 수 있습니다. 각방 각층 마다 무선인터넷이 지원이 […] 되었습니다. 그리고 로비에는 컴퓨터도 있었죠. 에어컨 역시 아주 좋은 상태였습니다. 더 보기

전체적으로는 좋았습니다. 방과 로비에서 무선이 잘 잡히는 것이 매우 좋았습니다. 단 한가지 불만은 직원들이 영어를 할 줄 모른다는 것이었는데, 이건 정말 드문일입니다.

The room was rated at 3.5 stars. That is way too high. The hotel was very old. The lobby was basically nonexistent. There is no way to have any kind of business mtg in the lobby. The elevator was not even big enough to hold 2 guests with luggage. The room was very old. The soap, shampoo, and conditioner were in little packets like a ketchup packet. I had some business associates come and pick me up and they told me it is located in the red light section of town. I felt safe walking the sidewalks as it is on a busy road but within a 1-2 block radius there were 10-15 massage parlors and that is not counting the ones down the alleys. It was very poor. The hotel has a great location, many nice restaurants nearby, easy access to convenience store and shops, and can walk to 2 MRTs within 10 - 15 minutes. The room size is decent though furnishings are a bit old.

Perfect location, free internet (cable or wifi). Staff very kind, speaking english. I could visit all important places in Taipei by walking. If i go to Taipei again i will stay there for sure!

This place is OK. The online price is very attractive. I thought there were quite a few positive ratings for the hotel, so I thought I would give it a try. It was OK on the week nights, but week ends, it seemed to attract some partiers. The smoke would seep into the room and just kind of had an overall stale smoke smell when that happened. I didn't really raise the issue, but perhaps I should have been more assertive. I think they would have moved me up to a higher floor. The steps in front of the hotel was too steep. It was impossible for me to move my suit case up the slope. Nobody was helping on the door until I asked. The carpet in the public area was suck! There was smell of smoke on the blanket and pillow. I had to suffer that night because there was no service during the night time! Not a good hotel for me!

Much better than Motel 6 in the USA. I would say it is between a 3 and 5 star hotel style. Room is comfy and clean. Convenient location with 8 min walk to train station which you can go anywhere else easily and cheap. 7-elevent is at nearby, convenient to buy snacks and water. Room has LCD TV with lots of channel. This was a nice commuter hotel. We only stayed there 12 hours for a layover from 10 pm to 10am. We took the city bus, which looked like a Greyhound Charter bus from the airport to the Ambassador Hotel bus stop. From there it was was a 5 minute cab ride to the hotel. The hotel will arrange transportation from the airport, but expect to pay about $40. […] Our total cost between the city bus and a cab was like $10. Mornings in Taipei are crowed so add an extra hour travel time to get back to the airport. The hotel was clean but tiny for American standards. There were plenty of US adaptors so you will be able to charge up all of your electronics. There were several American television channels and they provide coffee, tea, and the standard toiletries. The tub was tiny and the shower was hand held. Beware, because the hot water takes about 10 minutes to heat up to a useable temp. The bed is rock hard! Maybe that's a cultural thing, but we were not prepared for that! The surrounding neighborhood seemed very busy, and there were alot of shops and places to eat. Also, there seemed to be alot of night clubs and bars, but you will need to know how to read Chinese because none of the signs are in English. All of the bars & clubs are down alleys for some reason? Kinda creepy looking?! But based on the number of drunk locals we saw stumbling out of the alleys, it looked to be a pretty good time! We were on the street pretty late (2am), and still found several restaurants still open. There was even a 24 hour McDonalds opened on the corner! All in all a good experience. The hotel is in a great location, near stores, food, and the subway. It has a small lobby, so it might be a little difficult to find. The sign is BIG and in Chinese, with the name "Astar" in tiny print at the bottom. As for the room...it was very nice, clean, and stocked with all the usual amenities (i.e. towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.). […] We did have our own control to the air conditioner/heater, which was wonderful. The Astar Hotel was conveniently located, in close vicinity of local restaurants, shops not far off, and <10 min walk to 2 stations on separate lines although it appears the lane next to the hotel is full of seedy bars. Excellent location. Staff tried hard to help as we spoke no Madarin and we not able to read Chinese. Good sized room, could be improved with a few more lights. Good quality beds. Free Wifi in bedrooms. Lots of coffee shops and resturants near by. 10mins walk to local 24 hour coin operated laundry - good dryers and you can hive a coffee in Mr Browns […] across the road while doing your washing. The front staff (all of them) speaks good English and was very present and helpful. I felt very welcomed from all staff.

The hotel was clean and it is like what the descriptions said. The only issues I have is about smoking. The room is non smoking while other rooms on the same floor might not be. So you can smell it if others smoke. Overall I'm very satisfy with the stay.

I moved from Dandy hotel in Tienmu to here because of the location and price. but the only good point was their location, everything else was 2 star... very close to Zhongshan area but the hotel is located in kinda getto... and the hotel is very outdated and the last night of my stay, I saw a mouse in my room... could not turn off the lights all night […] so could not sleep... the night staff were very helpful but the daytime female staff were not friendly or helpful. not recommended.... 더 보기

Walking up to the hotel, my girlfriend and I had a sinking feeling. The place looked a little shabby and the corner "restaurant" attached to the hotel was vacant and crumbling. The lobby is a little dark and the hallways are shabby. But the hotel is wonderful. All of the staff at the front desk were very kind to us. The room was totally clean, as was […] the bathroom. The TV is huge and there is a fridge. We stayed here for a week and had no complaints. The lack of a window in the room was strange, but seems common in SE Asia. It does keep out the humidity and you never even have to think about crime or noise. For those reviewers who mention that the hotel is in a "red light" district: it is true that there are many massage parlors of a potentially sleazy nature in the area that mainly cater to Japanese businessmen, it is pretty tame. Trust me, I lived near a similar area in Japan and it was much worse! I never felt I was in danger, even coming back late at night. We were very happy with Astar hotel in Taipei. The staff were very friendly and it was quite comfortable. The room was extremely clean. Other reviews mentioned a lot of nightlife in the area. We did not find this to be the case. However, it was easy to get to other areas in town via taxi or subway. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the MRT/subway. I was initially a bit fustrated with the hotel staff members for coming into my room to clean it despite my hanging of the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. However, that became a small matter with these positive points about the hotel: - Very courteous staff members, always smiley - Very apologetic when I told them about that matter - Made an effort […] to accommodate my requests - Room provided was basic but comfortable and spacious Other than that, I didn't expect rooms to be of five star standard because I didn't pay an expensive rate. There's a metro station which is of walking distance but not at the door step. I did not use that since taxi rides are affordable in Taipei. Stayed 4 nights. Not very satisfy the room cleaning. First day arrival found strange smelling (not smoking smell) in the room. One of the nights found some hairs on the floor in the shower room. I have no complaints about my stay. The hotel is very reasonably priced, and I got more or less what I expected for my money. The location is convenient, a 10 minute walk from the Zhongshan MRT station. There are tons of convenience stores, restaurants and small shops, many of which are open late, in the immediate vicinity. The staff is minimal--just one person at the front desk--but friendly and helpful. There were a couple of very minor issues with our room, which they took care of immediately. The room itself was fine. It had a comfy king size bed, a desk and reasonably fast internet connection (no wireless). They provided free bottled water. The shower was fine. The only complaint I had was that the room had no window, but that made it better for sleeping. The walls seemed pretty thin--I occasionally heard some sounds from the hallway--but overall the hotel was quiet and I had no trouble sleeping, despite being sensitive to noise. Spacious room, short walk to Taipei main station, plenty of shops around. Lots of bars in the alleys for men at night. Overall very nice for the price.

刚到的时候心里还在打鼓，因为从外观上来看，真的挺一般的，甚至可以说有点儿破旧。但进去以后悬着的心就放下了。里边还是很不错的。房间很干净，住着也挺舒服的，服务的态度也相当好。唯一遗憾就是我们的房间不带窗户，略显憋闷，还好啦，反正也不会整天在房间里。不过，带窗户的房间临街，不知道会不会吵呢夜里，没住过，没有发言权。酒店地理位置还不错，周边挺热闹的，临近7-11，吃的喝的该有的都有。离捷运站有一点点远，走着大概10分钟到15分钟左右，不过还好。总体来说亚士都酒店很好，我们都很满意。

交通尚算方便， 如要步行, 約10-15分鐘就可到達。雖然酒店並不是太新，但房間乾淨,舒適。

除了舊了點, 房間地點, 大小, 乾淨度都ＯＫ, 還有, 我那間的熱水器不好調, 容易太冷或太熱.

地下鉄や、中心地に出るためのアクセスが良く、アクティブに過ごしたい人にはオススメです。 私が利用した際には、日本語が通じるスタッフがいたので、日本の方は安心して過ごせると思います。 いわゆる高級ホテルではないですが、値段の割には満足度が高かったです。

地下鉄の南北２線のそれぞれの駅まで歩いて５～６分、大変便利であった。周りは台北でも有名な繁華街だけあって、日本料理店はじめたくさんの飲食店があり、便利であった。 フロントスタッフ日本語がうまく、いつもにこやかに応対してくれる。

駅からも歩ける範囲内だし、近くにたくさん飲食店があったので、なに不自由なく滞在できました。 フロントの方も日本語もしくは英語がある程度通じたし、日本円への換金も普通のレートで出来たので問題なく旅行を楽しめた。

それ程不便を感じる事はなく近くに食堂がいっぱいありその辺はとても便利。ですがプロントのｐ方方が日本語対応にもう一つ不慣れで少し不便を感じた。

暖氣不是很工作， 調到很暖感覺房間還是比較冷。 房間用的鎖不是用刷卡的電子鎖，是一般鑰匙的鎖，懂鎖很容易就可以進房間。 沖涼的地方比較小。 但下次去台北應該還是會考慮再去因為價錢比較合理，客服和衛生都很好，只要暖氣工作就行了。

当日予約でしたが、問題ありませんでした。 フロントの方も親切でした。 皆さんが日本語ができるというわけではありませんでした、 英語と日本語で意思疎通ははかれます。 早朝出発でフロント(兼門番・笑)のおじさんを 起こしてしまいましたが、 タクシーをつかまえてくれるなど 親切でした。 お部屋もWi-Fi使えます。

我是從花蓮來住亞士都飯店，可以從台北車站下車，或是可以從善導寺1號出口下車都可以走路15分鐘內到達，當時我住的是210房，這間沒有窗戶是比較可惜一點，在這網頁上訂房確實比哪裡都更便宜，只是訂房的姓名會變成英文要留意，不然會浪費在找的時間，飯店附近很多腳底按摩、吃的基本都有，所以整體很棒。

以飯店來說 沒有飯店的水準 是夠靠近捷運 真的只走10分鐘 飯店還用舊式鎖(用鑰使的方式) 小姐都沒解釋有關於任何使用飯店的說明
