I am not sure who is responsible for this problem whether hotels.com or the hotel. I was promised a King bed by the hotels.com agent ( said he called the hotel directly) but when I arrived for a 5 day they had us in two twins. After a 45 minute standoff ( I could not reach hotels.com customer service long distance - no answer) they called someone, somewhere […] and we got the room we had purchased with hotels.com. We did not need that stress after a long international flight and a late night arrival. Otherwise, I can only say the hotel was great, the staff excellent and the eventual room just what we needed. I don't write many reviews but felt compelled for this one because it was so enjoyable. It is new, great location, and all the perfect little amenities (free wife in the room, not just the lobby; nice spa area, wonderful top floor small veranda, great restaurant). Good job Hotel 116 Cosmos

I've stayed in this hotel 4 times. However, in my last stay, they gave me a really bad room - noisy and with no view except roofs. I complained and they moved me to a much nicer room.

The staff were very accommodating and always willing to help us out. When we wanted to move from one floor to another because they were painting and the smell was strong until it dried, they didn't hesitate to change our room and move us. The rooms were clean and everything worked correctly although not particularly large. Breakfast was good and varied. […] The hotel is in a nice residential neighborhood and not far from the TransMileneo. It takes 20-30 minutes by taxi depending on traffic to get to Zona Rosa, the T, La Candalaria, and downtown. If you like malls, the UniCentro is not far away. Usequen is fairly close, too. 더 보기

Excellent in all respects, with a friendly and efficient staff. Located on Calle 116 in North Bogota, where the air is less polluted than downtown, it is five blocks from the TransMilenio Express Bus station. (Bogota´s centre is Calle 13 (Jimenez). This is a really nice hotel... until you get to your room. their common areas are very nice, clean and modern. However the room made me feel some buyer's remorse based on the amount I paid the the night's I stayed there. this is a great place. experienced traveler, have stayed at many hotels in bogota and throughout south america. rooms and hotel are modern and attractive, impressed me and my girlfriends. free wifi and cable connection in room, works good. spa with free sauna and whirl pool. From checkin to checkout this is the perfect place for tourists, honeymooners, families and business folks. They have everything you could ask for (and more) at a reasonable rate: Helpful bilingual staff, sophisticated and abundant buffet breakfast, jacuzzi and spa, 24-hour fitness center, business center, conference rooms, enclosed rooftop terrace […] with a view of the mountains, a first class Italian restaurant and much more. This Hotel is very new it open on August 2010. Is not an issue by itself but this Hotel charge me something they call Hotel security insurance, so keep in mind that. Also they charge you for received local phone calls.

Excelente la atencion del personal y las instalaciones!!!

Es un hotel básicamente moderno, iluminado, agradable decoración, con un excelente servicio. El personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Muy limpio. Desayunos completos. Con transporte disponible (pagado aparte). El único detalle sería agilizar más el trámite de facturación a la hora del checkout.

En lineas generales el hotel es muy recomendable. La atencion por parte del personal en especial el area del restaurant es optima. Desayunos excelente. El unico punto negativo que note fue que como carece de aire acondicionado (como la mayoria en Bogota) los ruidos externos molestan. Tendrian que buscar alguna alternativa para este asunto. O hotel é muito bom, quanto a limpeza, acomodações, localização e café da manhã, mas um defeito grave que destaco é que alguns quarto não possuem ar condicionado e nem aquecedor. Também não gostei de uma cobrança de um tal seguro hoteleiro no check-out. Tirando esses problemas o hotel tem um ex- celente custo benefício.

No tiene aire acondicionado y hace calor, aun siendo Bogota con clima frio. Al hacer la reserva decia que todos los impuestos estaban incluidos y al salir del hotel me cobraron los impuestos y el seguro hotelero.

Impecable.Excelente lugar,el servicio de primera.

El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado si te gusta estar en el Norte de la Ciudad, queda cerca del Trasmilenio, Restaurantes, zona tranquila y buen desayuno. Preguntar por el uso del Sauna que me parece es pagado. Los botones son muy atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudarte a encontrar direcciones.

Je me suis rendu 4 jours à Bogota avec ma fiancée et cet hôtel est très agréable. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable et la propreté est plus que correct. Le petit-déjeuner est parfait (buffet,etc) vraiment bon. L'hôtel dispose d'un taxi personnel un peu plus cher mais je conseille de l'utiliser car c'est vraiment plus sûr surtout le soir (demandé […] le numéro aussi pour vous récupérer). tienen una muy buena atencion, la comida del desayuno es muy buena y variada, el personal brinda un excelente servicio. el hotel se encuentra en un area segura y cerca a diferentes centros importantes ubicacion estrategica. facil de movilizacion. lo recominedo en todos los aspectos.

Good, modern hotel in the north of Bogota. Safe and OK neighborhood with many shops, banks and restaurants. Nice staff who may help arrange sightseeing or shopping trips. The hotel restaurant serves excellent breakfest (included), as well as other meals, although slightly on the expensive side. Conveniant, nice and clean hotel.

El hotel está muy bien, sólo que alejado de lo interesante de Bogotá.

The hotel is quite new and the staff is very helpful. The standard room is not very spacious but u won't be in the room for the most of the time anyway. The location is fine. Not so far from the commercial area (99-100 st.) but during rush hours, it'll take almost 1 hr to get there. So u can imagine the traffic in Bogota... The only thing i'd like to […] remind here is if u book the pick-up service to the airport, make sure the car will be on time no matter how bad the weather is. Es muy limpio, nuevo, la atencion es excelente, todo el personal es mu agradable. La ubicacion es buena. mbiente agradable, bonito. Ambiente bonito, tiene las istalaciones necesarias para pasar unos dias para conocer la agradable ciudad que es Bogota..

el hotel es nuevo, bonito y de buena ubicacion, el trato del personal del hotel es excelente. La limpieza es buena. Los desayunos, estan bien. Solamente es deficiente en los servicios de carros, tienen pocos, en esto es regular el s.ervicio, creo que mejoraran
