I was very happy with the hotel, the staff was friendly and very helpful, The rooms are adequate, comfortable secure. The breakfast buffet had american and oriental cusine. Fruit, eggs, cereal, susage, bacon, yogurt, lo mein noddles, vegetables.... The front desk was helpdul and ebven wend out of the way to send a bell man up the street to by a phone […] card for me in the rain when my minutes ran out of my cell phone.I would definately stay there again. Excellent Location; across the metro; restaurants, mall and supermarkets near by; Clean big rooms; Cable tV with English channels; The only challenge is the Internet can be slow but all in all I will stay there again. Stayed there for 2 weeks.

Good wine concept Hotel in Guangzhou. The room very clean. But just a bit noise from outside of the window, it's acceptable and I think it's from other buildings. For this budget I will stay for the future.

While the hotel is resonably located in the heart of the city, they have no concierge who speaks well in English and who takes interest in communicating especially during the Canton Fairs which have been running for over 50 years primarily catering to a large English speaking community. While the rooms in appearance were nice, the daily upkeep was below […] average and one needs to call continuously to get things done. The Airconditioning threw poor quality air and the beds were hard, so one would wake up tired instead of fresh. The shower would never blend hot and cold water properly and the shower would suddenly go cold. The breakfast was below average and they would close this by 10am and not extend any service after. The restaurant was extremely basic with a limited menu. They have no information on Guangzhou and any tourist info I wanted they would guide me to Garden Hotel which costed 12RMB one way by taxi and was such a pain just to get basic info. While I believe that hospitality in general in hotels should lead to one expecting a basic standard of service, here some senior staff bordered on being rude and never took initiative to give answers when world over I have had senior staff in large hotels take trememdous interest in assisting me in any matter. I would expect that any hotel during a major event atleast hire a concierge to attend to the English speaking community as I do not believe that they should struggle to communicate even the most basic of things like milk, sugar, cold, hot etc. All in all, this spoilt my experience of staying for these many days in Guangzhou and I can say one thing that it is the Hotel from where the experience to a city begins. 더 보기

This hotel is clean and opposite to a subway station. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

Location close to MTR, facility is very new n well maintained, service is okay, room is spacious, price is relatively worth

The hotel is comfortable and very clean. The location is very ocnvenient, being next to a Metro staion.

Value for money. Close the subway, quite and calm environment. Clean and comfortable room.

the staffs are all friendly, helpful. room was clean and very comfort. it just like i stay at own house.

Everything is very good. The room is new, clean and spacy. The room is well furnished; fridge, Tv, hair dryer, etc... However, if the weather is cold the air 'con couldn't b use as heater, they only circulate the outside air through the room and it's been freezing during our stay. But i believe the room will be cozy in autumn and summer.

muy buen hotel con relacion a su precio tan economico, buena ubicacion cerca a la estacion de metro, cerca de todos los puntos de interes de gz, en general muy bien todo.

酒店非常新，房間乾淨。地點方便，行三至四分鐘便到地鐵站，地鐵站一出便看到酒店，位置很好。

地下鉄の駅前にありますが　道をはさんでいるため結構歩きます。ただ場所が判りやすいので安心しました。周りに店舗が少なく　コンビニをさがすのに一苦労しますが　立地以外　部屋などの質はまぁまぁ (日本のビジネスホテルより少し上くらい)なのでお勧めします。ホテルご飯はあまりお勧めしません。

部屋は適度な広さで、料金も他の広州市内のホテルよりリーズナブルで、一人でビジネス用に滞在するのにはちょうどいいホテルです。

Overall the hotel is comfortable! The Internet is a litte bit slow! The breakfast serve is a litter bit late! I think the hotel can improve a lttlie bit better!

飯店新而且乾淨 但房間網路常會斷線 洗手台漏水經反應也沒動作

好: 1.有酒送, 2有兩支細水送... 3環境幾好. 4早餐有戶外同戶內坐位選擇 5用具有大酒店質素(唔係好差) 壞: 1.沒有WIFI.,只有網線. 2.不知道是否新開.職員沒有什麼講解(如幾時退房.打一個電話要幾錢..等.), 3.支酒好難開加唔好飲. 4. 早餐環境好.但食物較小.麵包類型多.. 5沖涼液.聞的味道好似洗潔精

酒店很舒适，性价比不错。订了豪华套间，送了瓶红酒。牙刷还分开两种颜色。但是如果能改进下两件事情那就更好了。1，空调温度不够低，整晚都感觉热；2，没有浴袍。总体说还是一家不错的酒店。下回去广州还是会订这家酒店
