ESH Executive Style Hotel - 로마

We stayed for 6 nights in the ESH hotel and cannot fault it apart from the service of the staff. You would think it was a chore for them to smile! Plus on arrival after waiting over 20minutes while the desk clerk chatted away to someone in Italian, he informed us that our room was not ready and to come back in 40mins. When he finally called us to give […] us our room key, he never got anyone to help us with our bags, he never told us where the lift was to our room, never told us what level floor we were on, never told us the time for breakfast or where it was and never told us our check out time. These requests come as standard. He wasn't rude, but in no way helpful. On check out we were served by a woman who was alot nicer in comparison. The rooms were spotless and had nice contemporary decor. We never ate in the restuarant apart from breakfast, which was lovely. The bar and restuarant are brightly lit, with no music, which doesn't really create a nice atmosphere, but these are minor complaints. The location was one of our biggest concerns given the reviews we read. But the bus (which is quite frequent) is literally outside the hotel or it is a 10minute walk to two metro stations. It takes about 10minutes to get into the city centre by public transport (just avoid rush hour, we found out the hard way! :-) Overall i would most likely stay here again. The only improvement would be that some of the staff should take some lessons in customer service and be alittle friendlier :) 더 보기

I suggest the manager to think about the following issues: 1- Putting a jug with two cups in each room. 2- Tea or coffee maker or at least water boiler. 3- Iron somewhere in the hotel and air conditioner in the bath room. 4- Improving the quality of breakfast by adding more fruits and ... Très bel hôtel 4 étoiles. Chambre très spacieuse, salle de bain très spacieuse (douche à l'italienne !). Petit déjeuner international très complet. Un seule chaine de télé française : arte. Hôtel bien desservie (1 arrêt de bus : numéro 889) toutes les 10-15 minutes qui mène au métro Cornélia. El hotel esta bonito, y si alquila un carro esta perfecto de no ser asi es muy largo de las principales atracciones de Roma. .

Kjempebra hotel , super frokost ,kort vei til sentrum med buss som stopper rett utenfor hotelet. eneste minus er at du ikke kan regulere temperaturen på rommet mellom16-22* det burde du kunne gjøre i 2011 og på et slikt nytt hotel

Schönes Hotel, gute Busanbindung zum Centrum (Petersdom) ca. 15 Min, Bushaltestelle gegenüber vom Hotel, um das Hotel direkt ist nichts zu finden, auch nichts zu kaufen ( Wasser, etc.), Personal sehr nett. Frühstück ok, aber nicht 4 Sterne Standard, sehr einfach gehalten. Der Raum wirkt etwas provisorisch. Für ein Städtetrip ein gutes Hotel, wenn man […] keinen Wert auf ein riesiges Frühstücksbuffet legt.
