Firstly, this is a hostel not a hotel. I would not say this is a suitable environment for people traveling with children or looking for a romantic, quiet place to stay. Our room was clean, but not as clean as I would like it. The walls were paper thin, and we could hear everything going on outside our room, including people moving things around upstairs, […] people squealing in the hallway, and doors closing all through the night. There is free wi-fi, a decent bar, and a very helpful staff though. If you are okay with the hostel environment then this would be an okay place. 더 보기

Recognize that this is a student hostel. Its location is convenient. It provides the bare bones minimum. If its comfort you are looking for, this is not your place. The "Not Included" breakfast is ample. If I am on a tight budget, I would stay there again.

First of all it us a hostel not a hotel. Secondly the place is not very clean, we stayed for 2 nights our room was not cleaned and no fresh towels was provided. The facilities was very basic, yes they do have a swimming pool and sauna but as this HOSTEL is geared towards young travellers on a budget. DO NOT be fooled by it

Very well organized. Staff very helpful. AC wasn't working but overall everything was perfect.

Room was hot, had AC but it did not circulate the room at all. Bare minimum. Strictly for a crash pad, nothing else. 8 min walk from the SMN train station.

We stayed there (private room fir 2) for 2 nights, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, location is okay, everything was fine in the first night. On the second night of our stay, the crazy neighbor kept making noise from 2am to 4:30am, they were running, shouting and playing in the corridor. We reported to the staff at the reception […] and I think they did something as the crazy neighbor have stopped for awhile. Well, we were just unlucky to meet those guys and I think the hostel is still very nice! 더 보기

The location, considering that this is a small city, is not that good as some advertise. It is at least 1km away from everything you want to do in Florence: Train station, restaurants, museums, etc. The rest is quite ok for a hostel. I'm giving 4 stars to the quality because they do offer a variety of travel options in the city and in Tuscany and were […] very helpful. 더 보기

This is not a hotel it's a hostel. Not a good place to stay with kids or to have a restful night. I can recommend it to college students if you like the party atmosfear. It can get loud at night

Muito bom hostel, perto de tudo, fizemos tudo a pé. O clima jovem do hostel é muito conveniente.

O quarto era sempre muito gelado, não trocaram nossas toalhas de banho, mas o hotel é novo e proximo a estacao de trem.

Otimo hostel. Quarto de casal reformado, limpo, pessoal atencioso. Rua segura e tranquila. Pode chegar na maioria dos pontos turistícos a pé. O café da manha de 8 euros nao vale a pena. Tem um otimo café-padaria na mesma quadra, a esquerda, do outro lado da rua.

Gia' il bancone della reception non dava l'impressione di un albergo di buiona categoria. Poi mi e' stato in un primo tempo richiesto di pagare la stanza, ma poi si e' chiarito che era stata gia' pagata (ma il sospetto rimane che ...). La camera pulita ma anonima, triste, mobilio insuffciente.

Este hostel es perfecto calidad precio teniendo en cuenta la oferta que tiene Florencia, bien situado, cómodo. Nosotros nos alojamos en una habitación doble con baño privado, éste totalmente nuevo y limpísimo. La habitación perfecta para descansar, la cama podría ser un poco más cómoda al igual que las almoadas, pero si pides alguna más en recepción […] te la dan. Esta muy bien ubicado, pero hay mucho ruido no de la calle sino del mismo hotel que tiene dentro discoteca e internet, quizás en el tercer piso o mas o incluso en el segundo sería mejor pues en el primero esta la recepción y es terrible el ruido y mas si son las habitaciones justo al lado. La habitación nunca entraron a hacerle limpieza.

Хостел в 7-10 минутах ходьбы от вокзала Firenze S. M. N. Рядом расположен центральный рынок, до Дуомо 5-7 минут пешком дворами. Недалеко от хостела есть русский храм. В хостеле есть номера на 2-3 человека с 2х-ярусными кроватями. На ресепшоне всегда кто-то есть и хотя вход после 23:00 по своему ключу в хостел, но мы возвращались и позже и было открыто. […] Так что думаю, что поздний чек-ин не проблема. В хостеле есть бар, столовая - завтрак-ужин за доп.плату - омлет, грибы, бобы, кофе, тосты - в основном мы завтракали в близлежащих кафешках. Есть сауна и небольшой бассейн, спортзал с беговыми дорожками и т.п. Очень освежает после утомительных пеших прогулок. Чтобы не быть оторванным от цивилизации есть вайфай. В номере душ, холодильник, кондиционер, тв. Неплохой вариант для экономного отдыха. 더 보기

Hotel pas cher ,très propre,superbe terrasse avec vue sur Florence a 360 °et ts ces monuments !!!!les chambres st spacieuses et les toilettes st indépendantes de la douche très propre !!!Piste de danse ds l'hotel mais si vs n'aimez pas le bruit demander a etre coté parking !!

- Cadre et ambiance ultra jeune en mode colo universitaire et "collège party" avec bar, discothèque, lits superposés, chambre d'étudiant, etc... (manque d'intimité) - Petite piscine en sous-sol avec mini sauna, hammam et espace fitness appréciables après une journée de visite. - Hôtel idéalement situé, à 10 minutes à pieds du centre ville. - Prestations […] hotellières impeccables. 더 보기

Das "Plus Florence" entspricht eigentlich rundum den Erwartungen für ein preisgünstiges Hostel. Ein Luxushotel darf man da natürlich nicht erwarten, aber dafür zahlt man auch einen kleinen Preis. Die Lage innerhalb von Florenz ist so ziemlich optimal und das Personal ist sehr nett. Echte Abstriche gab es letztendlich nur beim Badezimmer: Die Dusche […] ist letztendlich nur ein Abfluss der in eine Ecke des Badezimmers integriert, ohne eigentlich Duschkabine usw. Dieser Abfluss war ziemlich verstopft, so dass sich beim Duschen langsam der Boden mit Wasser füllte und man in diesem watete bis es endlich alles abgeflossen war. Das ist schon ein bisschen ekelig. Dazu sorgt es natürlich auch dafür, dass es im Badezimmer etwas unangenehm riecht und leicht schimmelig ist. Sonstige Einrichtungen des Hostels haben wir garnicht genutzt (also z.B. Frühstück, Pool, Computerecke). Deshalb kann ich nicht viel dazu sagen. Machte aber alles einen soliden Eindruck und viele Backpacker und sonstige Touristen haben sich da sichtlich wohl gefühlt. 더 보기

O hotel tem uma estrutura de albergue com um quarto grande com várias beliches e armários e ferro. Nada aconchegante. Fiquei uma semana e não limparam o quarto e nem trocaram toalhas ou lençois. Quando fui reclamar da falta de limpeza disseram-me que eu teria de pagar para limpar o quarto e pagar para trocar as toalhas. Absurdo!!! O café da manhã é […] o básico, sem variações, o queijo é aquele ensacado e o pão sempre duro. Foi uma estadia terrível, mas pela cidade valeu. 더 보기
