Stayed here because I had a layover. Pretty decent distance to the airport about 15 min. away. Came late at night, tired and presented my confirmation number but the man at the desk could not find my reservation and went searching for it on the computer for a good 20 minutes. Finally, I said just let me just get a room. Paid for the room. Room is decent. […] Extremely extremely basic. Bed, tv, desk, bathroom, a/c. Shower water pressure is at a trickle. Hotel itself was comfortable. Restaurant Staff requires training before meeting residents and not while serving. There is a lack of communication, confidence. No one seems welcoming, no one smiles. As a customer I felt in the way, as if they would rather me not be there. I felt that it was up to me to make them feel at ease, the first to smile. My meal […] was served without cutlery, I had to get some from the next table. A total lack of staff training. For the Caribbean, it is a good value for your money. There is an adjoining hotel you can use the beach front and other amenities as well at the fitness room and pool of your own. You can buy food on the premises that was quite good but only open certain hours. Lots of palm trees and beautiful setting.

Hotel restaurant food was overpriced for small portions. Not enough staff on hand. No iron in the room, no ice, ants all over and the bathroom lacked Ventilation. Had to switch rooms because the Aircondition wasn't working. Hotel pricing is low but not worth it at all.

No ice in the rooms, Air condition wasn't working and no iron but a iron board had to wait 3 hours after contacting front desk for an iron. Ants in the room very spacious bathroom but no ventilation it was very hot inside. Hotel location is about 15 minutes away from the night life. Price was cheap but you get exactly what you pay for. This was my first time ever out of the country (yes I know...) The hotel was beautiful not to mention the scenery was gorgeous. Everything you need is close at hand, but I think I loved the staff the most. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly. They made me feel at home!
