투몬 베이 캐피탈 호텔 (Tumon Bay Capital Hotel) - 괌

This was awful experience to stay at Tumon capital bay. A lot of ants and, I even caught a centipede.. Do not stay there.

Location is very nice! DFS Galleria, The Plaza, JP Store is near this hotel.

밤 1시가 넘어서 도착하는 호텔이라 첫 이틀을 저렴한 곳에서 묵으려고 찾은 호텔이에요. 위치는 dfs갤러리아 등 시내 중심가와 5분 정도 거리고 바닷가와는 15분정도 거리이니 참 좋은 위치에요. 단 호텔에 커피포트와 드라이기 대여료는 각각 사달러를 받구요(투숙기간 총 사달러).. 시설은 좀 낙후되어 있지만 그럭저럭입니다. 커플보다는 남자끼리 또는 저렴한 숙소 찾으시는 분께 추천합니다.

It's a dump...pure and simple. Floor in the room was filthy. Beds are horribly uncomfortable (unless you are in to spring coils poking you, and waking up with back pains). Pillows are about an inch and a half in thickness. Plaster falling off the crumbling walls. No clock in the room. Pool looks like it has not been cleaned in quite some time. Hotel […] staff is unhelpful at best. I asked for any info they could give on car rentals and was told "look in the phone book"....wow!....now that's service. Had a room for four. It came with 2 towels. At the front desk they considered charging me for 2 "extra" towels. If you you don't like steep climbs you will need to rent a car. The return walk from the main strip is steep. Not a deal breaker, but it gets old. If you are desperate and just need a place to crash then this might be for you. 더 보기

Room is okay for its value, very accessible to DFS and other malls. doesnt serve breakfast though but nonetheless, its worth your money.

Room walls had been recently painted with an enamel paint that hadn't dried. The fumes drove us out of the hotel. We stayed less than five hours. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Very friendly customer service but the hotel structure needs serious work - poor lighting in the lobby and rooms, privacy doors breaking off, mold growing all over the bathrooms, and even the pool was green as if algae was growing in it. I got sick in this hotel. At least they had a "Swimming Pool CLOSED" sign at it and cleaned it up just before I left, […] after two unpleasant nights here. The only reason why I stayed a second night is because I got a good deal on it and the hotel manager was friendly and took care of whatever needs and questions I had. The pros first (they're short), walking distance from the DFS Mall and beach) The cons... 1. The word "cheap" extends beyond the price. 2. The moment you walk in the entrance, you want to walk back out...the place doesn't use Air conditioning. 3. The place should be called a Motel not Hotel, Hotels have better accommodations than there. 4. There was […] no end to the insects we found in our room (room 702), ants and especially the small cockroaches. 5. The refrigerator, after 4 days, never got our drinks cold, milk was ruined. 6. The ceiling and baseboards showed water stains and peeling material. 7. The pool looks like it hadn't been cleaned in months. 8. The Air conditioner and bathroom exhaust filters look like they haven't been cleaned in months. 9. The water pressure for the shower and toilet were next to a trickle. 10. The bed sheeting showed stains from previous guests. 11. The walls, furniture and chairs looked like they have been painted over a dozen times, smell of paint was still present and they were had a sticky feeling when touched. 12. The floor had sand, hair and other dirt from previous guests. 13. Internet went out twice for most of the day. 14. The trashcans were overflowing multiple times. 15. The elevators had strong cigarette smoke inside. Overall, this was the poorest quality "hotel" I have ever stayed in. This is not the kind of place you want to spend the night after an enjoyable on the beach or out siteseeing. The only problem that i had when i was there is that the fridge was not cold at all (Rm 702). It also said in the booking confirmation that free internet from the room but couldnt get internet in the room. But overall it was a nice hotel. Good accommodation valu for money. Cheers

This hotel is in excellent location to walk to most things or bus routes. We just needed a place to sleep at night. If you want to hang out at the hotel, this is not the place.Free internet a definite plus. Most hotels in Guam charge high fee for internet. This is a bargain no frills place. All rooms have ocean view.

寝るだけならば値段比較すると立地はよいところだと思います。 ただ設備は冷蔵庫のみでした。湯沸しポット等も貸し出し料金発生でした。(片手でおつりがくる位の料金) 電子レンジがロビーにあったのは良かった。 日本人女性の方は覚悟が必要だと思います。（日本人利用者は少なく、中国の方が多いそうです） 部屋の中にヤモリがいました。(私は全く気にはなりませんでしたが、気になる方にはちょっと･･･) インターネットも出来ず、近隣ホテル内のカフェまで行かないとできませんでした。 男性で格安ホテルお探しの方には、良いと思われます。

一週間の滞在中　ベッドのシーツは一回も　新しいシーツに交換してくれませんでした。　更に、部屋の掃除も　全体的に行き届いていません。　 窓の内ドアーはレールから外れるし、テレビはNHKが放送されない時間があったり　管理が悪いと思いました。 ホテルを選んだ理由は　電子レンジが無料で利用できる事と　タモン中心地に近い事が最大のポイントです。 この点が無かったら選ばなかったかも知れません。　

订这酒店的时候是挑选了当时最价格最便宜的一家，在此住了十天，整体还是不错，主要的是地理位置相当的棒，附近几分钟就有水上乐园，DFS免税店，SUPER STORE，海滩也就只有几分钟步行而已。但是酒店的网络还是很一般，在订的时候说是房间有网络的，实际上房间的网络信号很不好，和服务员沟通后说是要带电脑到大堂上网，很郁闷。但是偶尔还是能有网络。对于它的价钱，总体算是还不错的了！还是值得推荐，主要是地点好！设施还行。

場所や環境もまぁまぁって感じですが、まぁ安いのでそれほど期待してなければちょうど良いとこでしょう。

このホテルは過去数回利用させて頂いてます。理由は、立地だけです。 スタッフも愛想が無いので、日本の様な応対を求めて行ってしまうと、嫌な思いもするかと・・・。 今回は、１人で宿泊しましたが、ベッドメイキングは雑だし、タオルは新しいのを置いていってくれてないし、バスマットに関しては、取り替えたのかと思いきや、裏返しにして置いてあるだけっていうぐらいのヒドイ環境でした。 立地にしては、価格が安いので、そこだけはオススメできますが、期待はしないで欲しいです。 プチ情報としては、部屋のテレビがDVD再生機能付きになっていたので、DVDを持っていた私は、快適に観ることができました。
